Vorteile:

Project management features are perfect for managing workflow and task. And it allow to customize data.

Nachteile:

Nothing to least like however mobile app is a little slow.

Great software for CRM

Kommentare: A good platform that saves a lot of time, good customer support, suitable for many companies.

Vorteile:

A good program for managing CRM operations, it helps a lot in automating spreadsheets, also makes it much easier to issue and track reports, offers a free trial, frankly I highly recommend it to increase work efficiency.

Nachteile:

Indeed, it is an almost complete program, but it is preferable to constantly develop by adding new features, especially with regard to dealing with data.

It's A "OK" product

Vorteile:

It can assign someone with a certain task, and it's easy to create some easy apps.

Nachteile:

It cannot do certain things like anker link. It is very inconvenient that it cannot do something easy like this.

Kommentare: It's just so great! We used to ask constantly to other members where the documents were filed and trying to look back at our last quote, last project, last shipping documents, etc.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, coming up and making our own apps.

Nachteile:

It can't email documents from the app.

A great fit for our company

Kommentare: We researched and purchased Kintone to replace a paper process that had been taken advantage of. We needed a software that we could program several programs. We also needed these programs to have process management checks and balances and an audit trail. Kintone seemed to fit all of our needs. We've been very happy with the program and how easy it has been to use.

Vorteile:

It is very user friendly, very easy to setup new applications. Support is easy as well, quick responses. The process management piece is very simple to setup. There are lots of add-ins that are free or for purchase that make it even more useful.

Nachteile:

There are no cons at this time. It has done everything we've needed it to.

Perfectly suited to our needs.

Kommentare: Our firm has been more organized and our work product is more streamlined. Deadlines don't get missed and we love that the software keeps track of the changes made, as well as who made them.

Vorteile:

This program is easily customizable. Perfect for keeping our team on task and preventing them from missing critical dates and response deadlines.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything I dislike about this software.

Kintone saved the day when I couldn't find any service that fit my business.

Kommentare: Overall, we love this program. It's currently used by 10 folks but will be used wider soon!

Vorteile:

Customer service! They respond within hours and are always free to meet with me when I have a new request on ways to customize the platform to fit my specific business' needs.

Nachteile:

When filtering by a piece of data that contains letters, you have to ensure all data that is entered is done exactly the same (even with capitalization) or you will miss data. It would be great for the program to pick up all data despite this. Ex. Addresses are entered by my team and might say "630 S San Pedro" while others say "630 san pedro".

Outstanding Technical Support

Kommentare: Overall, I have been able to make Kintone work for my application. There have been some frustrating workarounds that have been required due to Kintone limitations, but it works.

Vorteile:

I am most appreciative of the Kintone's support staff. I am extremely impressed with response time, knowledgeability, professionalism, and willingness to help that I have experienced when working with all levels of support, but most notably,[sensitive content hidden]. [sensitive content hidden] is always quick to respond to my requests for assistance, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my Kintone application is meeting all my company's needs.

Nachteile:

I am frequently frustrated by the narrow definition of what constitutes uniqueness in Kintone. The fact that I cannot define a unique record across multiple fields boggles my mind. In my opinion, that is a basic tenet of any database platform. And beyond that, I have had to jump through hoops to make sure that my unique values don't occur within other records. Very frustrating, indeed.

Kommentare: The requirement for a bespoke application to manage leads and track our sales pipeline is one of the most significant business issues that we have been able to resolve with this software. We were able to create a solution that met our specific requirements without requiring extensive coding knowledge or IT support thanks to the dashboards, workflows, and forms that are highly customizable with kintone.We have reaped a tremendous amount of benefits. The collaboration and communication features of Kintone are one of my favorite features. Our team can collaborate effectively with real-time data and graphing features, automatic notifications, and a centralized workspace. We are able to keep up with our sales pipeline, share important information and updates, and utilize the most recent data to make educated decisions.Overall, I've had a very good experience with Kintone. Even though there are some drawbacks, like the high price and limited integration options, we've found that the benefits more than make up for the cost.

I've struggled to find a platform that, as the owner of a small business, can assist me in developing bespoke applications that meet my specific requirements without costing a fortune. This is why I was thrilled to learn about Kintone. I can create forms, workflows, and dashboards that meet my specific needs using the platform's extensive customization and adaptability, even without extensive coding experience.The features for collaboration and communication in Kintone are one of my favorite features. We can also create guest workspaces for customers and partners outside the company, making project collaboration simple.In general, Kintone has been an excellent tool for streamlining our business procedures and enhancing internal communication and teamwork.

Nachteile:

Kintone has a few great features, but there are also some drawbacks to think about. The limited options for integration are one of the drawbacks. As a user, I've discovered that, in comparison to some other low-code development platforms, kintone doesn't integrate with as many third-party tools and services. This can be constricting. For instance, I use a project management software that Kintone does not currently support, so I must manually transfer data between the two platforms.The price is another drawback. Despite the fact that kintone may provide more advanced features and functionality than some other platforms, its price can be quite high, particularly for startups or smaller businesses with limited budgets. Overall, even though kintone might not be right for everyone, it's important to weigh the benefits and drawbacks and decide if the platform's features and functionality are worth the cost and possible restrictions on integration options.

Versatile and Efficient business platform.

Vorteile:

This platform works with a variety of business models. Given that it doesn't require coding, the majority of its functions are simply and easy to use. The flexibility allows it to satisfy our currently requirements at acceptable level.

Nachteile:

As a techy person, this platform is too simple as it doesn't require coding. However, I would really like to see how it's been done on the background. Also, adding more features would be beneficial such as sorting of apps based on personal preference rather than when it was made.

Kommentare: Our organisation was driven by spreadsheets and staff worked incredibly long hours and we imposed inefficient processes that were time consuming on our contractors. We have more than halved the amount of time required to undertake basic operational tasks and similarly reduced non-value adding effort on the side of our contractors. Our corporate knowledge is now supported by a strong and secure auditable system. The Kintone team have been exceptional in assisting us to realise our business vision with regard to systems.

Vorteile:

Kintone was flexible enough to be allow us to re-create our somewhat unique business requirements from data collection, to workflow, to linking with other systems such as Formstack, Docusign and Xero, to communicating with contractors and customers. We were able to eliminate as much mundane and time consuming activities as possible to ensure that the only interventions required by staff members is to "add some value".

Nachteile:

It is a little clunky around external organisations and users which we need to duplicate and link as organisations/contacts with departments/users

Best tool for increase your productivity

Kommentare: Kintone is very powerful software for companies that need to be more productive in less time. I have used Task Management feature of this tool and it's works effortlessly. I have setup multiple projects with this software and manage my tasks flawlessly.

Vorteile:

Task and Projects Management features are perfect for managing your workflow. I specially like one more feature that sends alerts notifications about your work progress. This software is very easy to use and generate more productivity in less time.

Nachteile:

I used this software for Task Management, for that I didn't find any disadvantage.

Easy-to-use platform with great potential

Vorteile:

It is a good alternative that incorporates simple to use and very efficient tools. It has the drag and drop tool that speeds up the creative process without code. It allows the development of an ideal database to track our customers and web forms. Creating simple and personalized applications is very simple and necessary to process time in the office.

Nachteile:

The only thing I have noticed is that its user interface can be more visually pleasing.

Kintone is ideal for people who are looking for highly customizable platform.

Kommentare: In general, I have been very happy using Kintone, I have built a variety of customized solutions using Kintone and I am hoping to do more.

Vorteile:

Flexibility is what I love about Kintone. It has core features needed to handle many type of workflow in many industries. For those that are looking for more, It is also very easy to implement additional functionality and work with API from other system.

Nachteile:

The UI really could use some work. As far as I think the UX is great, UI is struggling to hit good impressions.

Great software which allows to quickly optimize analog processes. Fits small and large organization

Vorteile:

Very easy to develop forms and workflows. User driven. Allows to deploy apps fast and supports quick changes based on user needs.

Nachteile:

The mobile version needs improvement and is not as user-friendly as the desktop version. A better mobile version would greatly add to the overall value of the software.

Kintone Makes Reports Easy

Kommentare: The data allows me to understand our target audience and see when the dynamics of our audience change over time. For example, we always assumed that 90 percent or more of our audience was low income. Now that we have more data entered into Kintone, I see that our audience is 80 percent low income. This reflects the shift in our local population, but it wasn't until we had more data in Kintone that I could see our assumption was wrong.

Vorteile:

It's a comprehensive database that helps me wrote reports to funders. It allows me to customize the data I collect and easily make changes as needed.

Nachteile:

I wish there was an app that I could easily use on my phone in the field without having to use the desktop version.

Kintone is simply amazing

Vorteile:

Easy to use and has many functions that can make life easy for users

The downtime is frequent but they do it during weekends so it’s not that big of a deal

Kommentare: I liked the software. It has helped us find an easy way to track certifications for our organization.

Vorteile:

What I like most about this software it is super easy to build a database with drag and drop. Also, if you need something more advance there is a custom development team that is affordable

Nachteile:

I think the look of the user interface needs to be updated. The visual design needs work as it doesn't look visually impressive compared to some tools.

Is a tool that allows me a much faster work than normal, I recommend 100%, does not need any type of update or changes, because it is an excellent application, recommended.

It is better than what we had but that is not saying much. I am hoping that future enhancements will make it better.

Every time I click on an app etc. it keeps opening a new tab.

Data made easy - no experience necessary !

Kommentare: Excellent ! While the self serve help center has its limitation , my overall experience is positive because when I reached out to someone in the Kintone team , I always got the answers that I was looking for.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that I was able to figure it out by myself , without the need to run to IT , as we all know that once IT is involved you usually get something that work for them and not for the end user.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I dislike , although I would want to see a more in depth self serve help center . In the current form when you search for solutions on how to solve a problem ( problem in terms of figuring out how to build exactly what you need, not system being down or the like) you might get lucky and find something that will help you. In my view , it would help if customer generated "help solutions" would be made available.

Kintone is extremely easy to learn and use. Each application is customizable so that is extremely useful too.

Nachteile:

I think the overall look of the software may be a bit outdated but there is nothing about the performance that I would say is a "con".
