The one con I find a little frustrating is when searching for a customer you must have the exact details - it doesn't auto suggest from just a few letters.

Almost 3 years underway with our partnership with Hapana and it's been quite a tricky road to learn the system needless to say, given both our business and Hapana themselves are always adapting to the current market demands. But having the dedicated/allocated account manager, [sensitive content hidden] recently assigned to us, it's made my 'getting up to speed' way way faster, allowing the business as a whole, tighten areas of Hapana that I don't believe we were utilising to the fullest, but now we are. Thanks again [sensitive content hidden]! Your wealth of knowledge has been wonderful! You really know you stuff, it's impressive how quick you can get me an answer - not just any answer, but an answer that is a solution.

Vorteile:

My account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been absolutely amazing. Couldn't praise her enough. I'm not tech savvy, so this platform has been quite a challenge for me, but [sensitive content hidden] has been able to address every one of my questions and been able to provide a timely answer or workaround. The platform itself doesn't seem as complicated to navigate once I learned what I'm doing, but I'd have been very stuck if it weren't for [sensitive content hidden] -so well done.

Nachteile:

Without a dedicated accounts manager, like mine - [sensitive content hidden] - raising service tickets can be quite lengthy. Whilst all the team work tirelessly to address all the questions directed at them, raising service tickets loses the more personalised aspect, as tickets generally get addressed by another staff, different to the one you might have previously used/received a response for - more often than not, I'm needing to explain my situation over again so they understand what it is that i'm asking, as our company is a little unique to the mainstream client accounts.

Nothing. please when you are considering this platform, please use the other option

Nachteile:

1. Slow CS 2. Very low capacity for IT development => Most IT guys are outsourcing in India3. Booldy expansive then product quality4. Only care about expansion even platform has lots of problems5. If extra requests, you have to yourself. They do not care about your request.

Great Beginnings

Hapana has been great for our systems. Were a growing company with growing needs and their development team has been open and receptive to new ideas!

Nachteile:

Because they are newer - some core functionality you would think would be built hasnt yet. This does create limitations

- Changing a clients details can be tricky - our old software had tabs within the client where you could see all their details instead of having to go back to the dashboard to click into a different section (eg. Payments)

Vorteile:

The functionality to be able to create your own packages and memberships. Gives us the control to grow our businesses effectively.

Nachteile:

The reporting can be hard to find and very time consuming. A accurate dashboard would make this incredible.

There is a support hub but it would be great if there was a user manual / guide.

Kommentare: Happy, however, there is always room for improvements. The Support from my Hapana team has made a positive outcomes with Hapana.

The support from the Hapana team has been outstanding. It has worked well for the business Easy for members to create profiles

Nachteile:

Need to be an All-in-one member CRM journey, that would seal it for Hapana. Lead>Sale>Retention>Ongoing Messaging Campaigns>All communications with Members through Hapana, so it's all captured.

A platform that has a great support system

Vorteile:

The support team at Hapana are really helpful and get back to us really quickly. They have strong knowledge of the system and do their best to explain things really clearly and send looms/ screens shots when needed, which is a huge help. Massive kudos to the support team.

Nachteile:

Finding out data in terms of billing for clients and understanding invoices is a bit confusing. As a master franchise with franchisees the question of billing does come up a lot and we can't see this data from our end. Integrating STRIPE has also been an issue for us at some point also.

Hapana is a GAMECHANGER!!!

Vorteile:

Hapana is the only platform that I have found that legitimately competes with the industry leader. Their customer service blows EVERY other platform out of the water! The Hapana Team puts so much care into their product and genuinely listens to their clients.

Don’t waste your time

Kommentare: Horrible also they trap you into their payment provider who rips you off and demands unrealistic payment if you try to leave.

Vorteile:

It was reasonably easy to learn and cheaper than others

Nachteile:

Poor response times, billing on system was always different to what customers are charged and you couldn’t explain it, unable to check people in for gym us only so we had to keep a paper book as well and hope that members were paid up, extremely slow, very poor service if you’re not a massive facility.

some functions for admin, eg. more functions available for revenue and also being able to change anything if needed, which for something s it doesnt allow.
