Useful reporting, quick and easy booking features and settings are easy to amend and use. Useful add ons such as wristbands and E-tickets, which is very helpful.

Nachteile:

I wanted to change the time that sales could run to - couldn't find it on the evening of my event, so may have lost sales.

the refund process for one of our 2000+ customers was a little confusing, however with 1 call it was resolved

Excellent and easy to use

Vorteile:

It’s very simple and intuitive, we have used a competitor until recently and TicketSource was half the price (as were a registered charity) and provided a much better customer experience when booking

Kommentare: Excellent for our beer festival - will use again.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up - intuitive - great 'help' section with video turorials that mske it all very clear. Every booking has to have an e mail address so really easy to contact the customer base with info about the event at any point.

Nachteile:

I don't think you can go back on as a customer and buy sundries once you've booked tickets, it could be made clear that you have to purchase these at the same time.

Kommentare: Used it for the first time recently and found it much better than the other systems our group has used, Will definitely use it in future.

Vorteile:

Ease of use for admin and customers, reasonable and transparent fees, Simplicity of setup. Good reporting tools.

Nachteile:

Slightly tricky to make alterations to seating plan, but that might have been just my lack of familiarity with the system.

Vorteile:

Bit of a cliche but we love EVERY bit of Ticket Source. It does everything we want and more! The recent addition of being able to print tickets that are reserved, rather than sold has become invaluable.

Nachteile:

There's nothing we don't like. When stating out we thought one or two things might be better but we have to be honest and say that it was our lack of understanding the system and not the system itself. Support has been invaluable.

Island Shakespeare Festival LOVES TicketSource!

Vorteile:

Being able to respond to folks quickly with questions and change their reservations in a flash, make our own maps, the customization, the TicketSource customer service.

Nachteile:

The only thing that we couldn't figure out how to do was exchange for a ticket that was on a sliding scale to another performance - which I don't think was an available option. It would be great if it could be! But I'm sure you could have done if from your end if we had asked :)

Kommentare: I am so happy i am using this service and it will recommend to others. They are on the ball and they are extremely helpful. The service is easy to use and set up. I struggle with technology and this has mad what i thought would be a nightmare to use a walk in the park.
I put off using any ticket company as i was scared and apprehensive. I wish i come here sooner its eased my work load no end.
I literally have nothing to worry about with bookings.

Ease of use around setting up and the customer service. I was recommended by a fellow colleague as i had looked at others but couldn't get my head around use. Went to this website and was a breeze they even emailed me upon setting up my account as they noticed i had ticked something that did not fit in with what my service was and said they would sort for me. Absolutely amazing. so easy to get in contact with.

Excellect choise for Self managed event ticketing

Vorteile:

Easy to set up and manage. Easy access through usual browsers on PC and phone, with addition of mobile app for Front of House . Multiple users with ability to set up different roles for each. Flexible to our requirements

Nachteile:

Initially found it clunky in parts of the setup as some information was repeated per individual event, but got easier with more use.

Great UK based Ticketing System

Ticket Source is the best!

Vorteile:

Ease of use both as a manager of the site and for customers buying tickets. Also, customer service was amazing!

Nachteile:

Just a little nervous because we've never used them before and would not be getting our money until the end of our shows. But they contacting us right away with final total and the money was in our account when they said it would be there!

Excellent product which simplifies the process of selling tickets and monitoring sales.

Kommentare: Very positive. Aside from the minor issues mentioned above the product made selling our own tickets very simple and painless. None of our customers reported any issues either, so we will certainly use Ticketsource again when circumstances dictate.

Vorteile:

The range of very useful features and reporting options, both during and post event. The largely intuitive UI and ease of use of most features - once the user has taken a few minutes to familiarise themselves with the explanations and instructions.

Nachteile:

For me at least, I had some difficulty finding where and how to edit front page, generic user content relating to our theatre company, as opposed to the specifics of the production itself. I will also need to put some time into learning how to import images (if that's possible) to make our information more attractive.

Kommentare: Overall, TicketSource made it easy to create and manage the event. I will definitely be using it again next year!

Vorteile:

For years I had parents asking for an online option for ticketing. Ticket source made it easy for patrons to use credit cards and also allowed us to have cash payments while keeping track of the tickets sold in person. It also allowed for easy ticket scanning with our mobile phones and kept track of how many seats were filled in the house.

Nachteile:

The only option I wish existed was if the ticket source could send a check with the final amount to be deposited rather than only offering direct bank deposit.

Very good app for ticketing - first time user found it very approachable!

Vorteile:

There was always someone there to answer any queries we had - this was the first time we had tried to use a ticketing platform and will definitely try again - it was so straight forward and easy for our customers to use the website and buy tickets.

Nachteile:

The report at the end of the process re who bought tickets had too much information on it - I had to download and erase lots of info so I could give to the people on the door without email addresses, how much they had paid etc - it would be great to have a report solely with names and numbers of tickets they had bought.

First Time TS Users

Kommentare: This was our first year with TS, and we’ll certainly use them again next year. Over 50% of our pre-sales came via TS, even though it was a late decision to use it and our poster’s didn’t include a TS reference.

Vorteile:

It was extremely easy to set up and use. Prior to using TS we had used manually numbered tickets to check sales volumes. The TS sales reports were used on a very frequent basis to check sales.

Nachteile:

Nothing really, at first the idea of a booking fee for our customers seemed unattractive, however, there were no negative comments and people really liked being able to pay electronically.
