Vorteile:
It fits perfectly into my sales process. In my business, I usually have to talk with a potential customer to advise about my products and schedule a meeting. LiveCall helped me engage girls who visit my website and offers them an easy way to contact me. I like the software a lot because it does not distract me from work (answering emails or live chats is a problem in my case). All I need to do is answer more incoming calls. These are usually new customers. In fact, I've managed to make my first sale even before launching my brand. The girl that I've called back in 25 second was shock how quick it happened. That make the conversation about my products much easier.
Nachteile:
The dashboard is a bit outdated. They should also work on reports so I have more information about the visitors. Other then that, it's pretty cool.

Dashboard sometimes crashes and there's no data or its out of date
Best website tool to generate quality leads
Vorteile:
This is the best tool available to generate quality leads. The widget is awesome to entice users to leave their mobile number and receive a callback. You can customize widget easily to match your website color theme. I will recommend it to every website owner to generate quality leads. This worked better for us as compared to Chat Tool.
Nachteile:
I didn't find any option to customize fields, the only information the user can share is a mobile number. Perhaps an extra field should work to allow users to enter their email or name.

Kommentare: My customers are positively surprised when I call them back in 25 seconds. With Livecall we started receiving around 60% more calls than before. For me, that plugin is a new type of customer support approach. I like Livecall also as a lead capture. My website visitors very often are curious about the promise of calling them back in 25 seconds so they trying to test that plugin. That's a good way to get high-quality leads. Moreover, once you talk with them through the phone it's easier to build trust and close the deal. If you care about customers service - that plugin is must have for your business! I am 100% sure that you will be happy with the results.

Easy to use CallCenter Software
Vorteile:
Very easy to set up and use. Low on cost. Perfect way to get high-quality leads.
Nachteile:
Nothing. LiveCall plugin works as we wanted to.
LiveCall increases # of inbound sales calls.
Kommentare: For my business, where I need to talk to prospective customers over the phone before they buy LiveCall is a great solution. It's like livechat but with audio conversations vs. typing. The only cons: their backend is not very intuitive.
