Live Plan for MEBG

Kommentare: I had a very good experience with it. I liked how the platform breaks the plan up into a step by step process.

Vorteile:

Very easy to understand and use. The graphs and charts were very helpful.

Nachteile:

I was looking for the ability to save multiple versions of plans for the same business. Maybe you have the capability but I could not find it.

Live Plan pros and cons

Kommentare: I am a user of the system and I have really enjoyed it and it helps me in my work developing various consulting projects, but some adjustments are needed and some other features need to be added.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, good tools, exceptional forecast

Nachteile:

When I make a copy of a Business planner to be used as a reference in building another one, the counter for the total number of images I have placed is not reset, thus creating problems for placing new images as the limit is reached very quickly. It is not possible to use a copy of a forecast from one plan and copy it to another or to use the outline structure of one plan in another empty plan.

There is limited selection for template design. Also, it can benefit us if there were an unlimited number of team members that can contribute to an account.

Great Value for Money

Kommentare: Increased my value to clients. I really appreciate the efforts of the team to constantly improve the tool. I note the constant improvements, which have only made my client service better.

Vorteile:

The intuitiveness of the tool and the recently added AI assistance. Seamless syncing with QuickBooks, allowing for better guidance to my clients.

Nachteile:

No issues. I really have no issues with the tool.

Business Planning made Easy the LivePlan way

Kommentare: Easy to use. Affordable. Superb support and training.

Vorteile:

The product flow. The plan guide allows you to move step by step through the planning process. Very easy to follow and is more or less a plug-and-play system. The support team are most professional and very quick to respond.

Nachteile:

To date, nothing has cropped up causing me concern or to dislike the product.

Kommentare: I have used it for several years now for several different adventures and it has always done us right.

Vorteile:

I like the way that it does all of the forecasting and calculations for you. I like the format of the plan itself.

Nachteile:

I am currently having an issue with figuring out how to get the payroll taxes included.

Mostly Great!

Kommentare: I love how easy it makes writing a complicated document.

It allows for several different scenerios and is easy to change numbers as you learn and grow.

Nachteile:

It does not have a Sources and Uses page. This is the most important when asking for money.

LivePlan - A Great Business Plan Tool

Kommentare: I build many Business Plans for my clients and find LivePlan to be the easiest solution.

Vorteile:

A really easy to use platform. The platform links the Business Plan with building a Pitch Deck, creating graphs to easily explain the detail of the plan.

Nachteile:

The fact you have to pay extra for some functionality around finance is an issue.

Very Helpful for Founders Like ME

Kommentare: I avoided writing a formal business plan for my new startup until I found LivePlan. The tool's structure made it very easy for me to bring my ideas and notes from other sources and compile them into a more complete and accurate plan. This helped get my team of advisors and early-stage employees on the same page from the beginning.

Vorteile:

Putting together the initial Pitch, rather than the entire business plan, made me feel like I could accomplish a critical portion quickly. I still use this Pitch link all of the time. Have also appreciated using the AI tool to expand on my notes and short ideas.

Nachteile:

Having LivePlan assist me with writing the plan has been awesome, but it took several weeks to get matched with a writer and kickoff the project.

A Profesional Plan For Dummies.

Vorteile:

I love the video examples. The step-by-step businesses directory. I had no clue how to write a business plan or could not afford to hire a business plan writer and this app help me indefinitely to conjure to pursue my dream.

Nachteile:

The one thing I liked about the life plan was the marking of the don't use boxes, I figured I didn't want to submit that information it would just not print. And with printing the app it print blank pages which made my business plan seem incomplete. Eventually, I got it right.

Who would’ve thought this tool existed?

Vorteile:

I love that it walks me through writing a pitch and a business plan. This is a tool even the most novice of entrepreneurs can use to write a stellar business plan that will wow the banks!

Nachteile:

The example business plan templates were not easily found/accessible. I would make those front and center in all windows so that a person can easily compare what they’re putting together to what a seasoned pro might add in a similar field.

Kommentare: Ok to use but when done with the plan, there is not really a reason to keep paying.

When you have done the plan it is just there and I have been paying a lot of money for just storing my Business plan for 2 years. Now I have to prioritize what I spend my money on and this is one thing I dont need at the moment.

Great product to start a business

Vorteile:

Very useful in planning, pitching and eventually starting my business. It supported every element from ideation through to detailed p&l & balance sheet for presentation to investors. The software guides you through how to write your proposal/business plan and then helps you formulate and plan all the revenue & costs you need to think about and plan for. Integration with my online accounting software was pretty helpful too.

Nachteile:

I found that for my business the options for calculating revenue and cost of sales were clunky - adding support around these elements in terms of how COS are not necessarily all incurred in the months the product is produced. In my case it can take 3 or 4 months to build the final product - incurring costs along the way. Reporting variance against plan with integrated accounting software is clunky.

GREAT Business Builder and Planner

Kommentare: My business is solving budgetary issues with LivePlan. It is creating a window into my business as a whole so that I can see what areas need to be improved, increased or eliminated. So far, my business is making great progress. One of the changes we made was to cut the size of our staff. Our workload is less, but we are making MORE money! Thanks LivePlan for your enlightenment!

Liveplan definitely has many features that I need in my service-based business. BUSINESS PLANNING SOFTWARE is one of the features that it provides via video instructions. IMPORTING OF QB INFORMATION for BUDGET ANALYSIS is a crucial need for any business looking to be successful.

Nachteile:

I am not completely satisfied with the ease-of-use of Liveplan. To their credit, I haven't searched out for help or training....and I'm sure they have online support for new users. I would like support in understanding the numbers created by the many reports that can be analyzed.

Great product for understanding business

Kommentare: This software was amazing for my initial business planning phase. Unfortunately, because I am a franchise I have access to other tools that are integrated with my ordering software and reporting software that automate most of the dashboard and bench-marking features. If this could link up to my other software i would likely come back to it since it is so easy to test out possible business plans and forecasts.

Vorteile:

This software helped fill in the gaps for me. I don't have a business background, so purchasing an existing business was a little out of my knowledge comfort zone. This software helped me understand how business works and how my decisions effect the whole picture of my business.

Nachteile:

The reason I stopped using this software is that the reports it generates is difficult for banking and finance professionals to digest. My applications for additional funding got delayed because I needed to redo my forcast and business plan in a way that was easier for my finance people to digest.
