Kommentare: It sends calls, texts, and faxes well. I limit my interactions with it due to the eye straining interface. I think it will help keep us on top of calls and texts. I just wish I put it in dark mode without it all collapsing.

It's convenient to have calls, voicemails, texts, and faxes all together.

Nachteile:

The interface is harsh on the eyes and the ability to alter color and font is buggy and poor.

Very functional and easy to use. Our patients love it!

The initial set up with the phones was difficult and we had to get some replaced.

A great tool for a specialty office

Kommentare: Weave is a great tool to make all of our patient communications easy and automatic. I love having all of our main tools in one easy-to-use portal.

Weave makes all our patient communications easy!

Nachteile:

There are very few things I dislike about weave. If I had to say one thing, setting up the auto-messages to be exactly how we want is a bit challenging & time consuming, and sometimes doesn't work intuitively.

Kommentare: Love every aspect of weave, love how the customer service reps are on it when there is a issue.

no complaints with this software.. other then when confirming patients a couple days out if they respond with a C it will not automatically confirm these appointments. You have to manually go in and change confirmation

Vorteile:

For a dental practice with multiple locations, Weave has great integrations with our practice management software. We've saved countless employee hours communicating with patients since we signed up for Weave.

Nachteile:

Although Weave integrates well with our practice management system, we still have to pull up the patients separately from the Weave app, which adds some time to our interactions with patients.

Kommentare: Fantastic! Would def recommend 10/10 it has definitely made our lives easier. We love the appointment request feature and how it prompts patients for reviews. We have been able to gain more reviews and new patients because of that feature.

Vorteile:

Our office love is! It is extremely efficient & user friendly!

Nachteile:

It would be nice if ipad portal could easily import patient information.

Weave has terrible customer service.

Kommentare: Very negative. We had 2 locations with weave and acquired a third. That location already had an exisiting weave account so we just needed to transfer the ownership and set up the same features. It is a month and a half later and it still doesn't work. My so called account representative [sensitive content hidden] is unreachable and does nothing. We are now looking to switch all of our locations to a different provider

Great if it actually works, but the second you have a problem its good luck

customer service is lacking

Kommentare: Looking for an alternative. Like the texting with patients (attaches to our patient database). but the wheels are starting to fall off. Would not rely on this for payment collections (per their website, major outage with this function at the current time 07.16.2024).

Vorteile:

saved our bacon during covid (texting w patients, bulk messages, etc)

Nachteile:

Software glitches are growing. Takes a long time to elevate to Tier 2 support. Resolution then takes days/weeks. Business model has evolved to SAAS. Wants to charge a monthly fee for physical phones that can be purchased for $100/unit (we have had ours no issue with ours for 4+ years).

Love this app for remote working

Kommentare: This has brought a better approach to managing high call volume with limited staff. A lot of customers like the easy responses to confirming appointments via text and the payment options.

Vorteile:

The app is easy to use and simple to navigate through.

Nachteile:

The desktop app can recommend an update several times a day and make you sign in again. Updates are a good thing, but once a day would be recommended vs 3 times a day.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Weave is very positive. It works well each day and our practice heavily relies on it. It's a huge convenience for not only us but also for our patients. They always remark how nice it is that they can just send a text to us and get a response without playing phone tag.

Vorteile:

I like that that Weave saves me time in the office by easily being able to communicate with patients through a quick text and also being able to communicate with my office team quick and efficiently from anywhere. I also like that I can use Weave on my phone to check for patient emergencies over the weekends when our office is closed.

Nachteile:

It can be confusing for staff members if a patients text was handled by someone else already if it is read and waiting in the inbox. It would be nice if there was a way to label messages as "completed" or "needs attention still" etc.

Weave Saved Us Post Fire

Kommentare: Weave is excellent- I love how they are always adding new features and they really listen to what the customers want. I see it getting better and better.

Vorteile:

Shortly after buying my new office, the office had a fire and we had to shut down. We were closed for a year before we found a new spot. Weave was a huge savior to our business because it allowed me to listen to the quality of phone calls so I could train new staff remotely. It also allowed us to work more efficiently when confirming appointments because there were times when I had to do all of that as the doc before we found new staff.

Nachteile:

There are no robo calls, which we need as an office that has older patients and mostly home phone numbers without email- so you can't text or email. Crystal PM is also not integrated with important features like save the date reminders. I would like to see a more frequent refresh from Crystal to Weave. If a patient asks to text them a reminder of their appointment, and it takes 5 minutes to add a new patient to the system, it is easy to forget about during that time. Also the email campaigns are having an issue with spacing/glitching.

Works great, until it doesnt.

Vorteile:

Ease of implementation and use. Shipped hardware to our office, very little setup, almost plug and play. Rarely has issues with phones.

Nachteile:

Customer support is lacking in some concern. We started getting patients complaining about not getting sms messages. Looking into it, about 10-11% of all of our messages do not make it to the patients that want it. Over a month working with a support agent that can not / will not figure out the problem. Taking our office with combing through 1000s of sms messages to find ones that didnt go through. Get told that it has to do with how our website is setup. Fix that per their instructions. Nothing changed, and they refused to help or elaborate further. Contacted support over the phone and asked for a supervisor. They took my information and no one ever called of followed up. We will be switching to a new provider at this point.

Vorteile:

I like how Weave is very important to our everyday work environment. It has many features and they create new ones often. It is not just for patient communication but also easy to communicate with our staff.

Nachteile:

I do not have any cons with weave. Our office has had weave for more than 6+ years. I have no complaints and recommend to any medical offices.

Kommentare: I have been using Weave for 2 years now. I found it to be very easy. It's recording service is a major convenience. It is a brilliant app.

The effectiveness, proficiniency along with it's efficiency with which it works for business is amazing.

Can not delete the sent messages! Further there is no highlighting or bold options in text.

Can't do business without it!

Kommentare: The technology that is offered by weave is great. Very helpful when it comes to patient communication and efficiency. But, as for the onboarding and training process, some improvements could be made there.

Vorteile:

Love the convenience of usage. All things within one app, texting, review requests, voicemail, caller ID, etc. Also very nice to be able to easily upload our monthly on hold message and listen to call records as needed.

Nachteile:

Not integrated without practice management software so we manually have to upload our client list to utilize caller ID. This is time consuming.

Kommentare: Our overall experience has been an easy switch from using Spectrum from our phones and fax machines. It is easy to contact all of our patients and get back to them as well in a timely manner.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Weave is how easy it is to use our voicemails and SMS. We can easily have patient text us over referrals and authorizations, while we send appointment reminders.

Nachteile:

There is nothing our clinic dislikes about Weave, it works great for the companies needs.
