One of the best channel managers I have used.

Vorteile:

Ezee Centrix is a channel manager. It has 24/7 live chat support. Their support team is very prompt and knowledgeable. It makes your life very easy. Updates are being pushed to online travel agents instantly. Prices are very reasonable. It supports almost all the OTAs. It has a guest portal, which helps us communicate with the guests

Nachteile:

As ezee has it own booking engine, it difficult to connect booking engines with the channel manager. At the moment, the channel manager cannot be connected with all the PMSs.

Vorteile:

The user interface looks friendly and it is okay with booking.com connection.

Nachteile:

Everything looks good on pitch and in surface. But in reality, it lacks a lot of things and is a waste of money and man hours. It can only seamlessly connect with one platform. The rest, it either disrupts algorithm to book next to nothing; or account manager tells you to reach out on your own to platform to connect properly, or it cannot really help connect your calendar at all.

it has very active team to prompted support ,easy to find out for support.if i need any support ezee team always available for help.And this app is improving alot

when you use ezee absolute,you can take group reservation but if they want to break the group its very hard and likely to impossible,some time guest ask to take group reservation and later they ask for separate bill,that time it will become very hard.there is no option

Practical and Interactive!

Kommentare: My experience with the program has been positive, as I am easily able to work with all of the hotels.

Vorteile:

In the beginning, I was able to use the software without needing to take a course, so it was very easy to learn how to use it correctly.

Nachteile:

Make the derived rates, the mechanism for making them is a bit complicated

Vorteile:

Less worry for overbooking, easy to update, saves time for more important tasks, hoped for update on more other bulk functions to make it save even more time. Someone available on support 24/7 in case something goes wrong.

Nachteile:

There are still rooms for improvements, i.e: updates are slow sometimes, more training needed for some support team members, more manpower to process requests..etc

Vorteile:

I really like this software, mostly the reservation system and the channel manager, cashing centre, housekeeping and manager's reports

Nachteile:

Some of the reports which is related to the government need to change up to the government's requirements, like green tax report, TGST report. I use to call always to Mr. Bhavesh, about the reports and other things, who is really helpful and he always attend the issues as soon as possible

Great software but...

Kommentare: Honestly, eZee team should left us manage our inventory like we want when having the all in one package.
As a revenue Manager and Hotel's OTA Manager, i have troubles because not all access are given to me by easy and i have to go through support...
But i like eZee because of his updates, and all the particular tools that helps us hotelier that you only find with ezee software

Vorteile:

Really easy and very useful tool. Will recommend to all hotels

Nachteile:

As an Advance User, at time i find it too long to always have to ask the support to do something i know i can.

Vorteile:

Easy, fast and and trusted software , always updated on time, always comes new updates in every few months over all good software and easy to use which indeed saves time as its cloud based and can by used from any where in the world

Nachteile:

The lack time between Ezee and Booking which produces sometimes overbookings which is not good, when some new feature comes we need time understand how to use that feature but at same time its good also so its all fine

Great support from the team, but the product can be improved somewhat.

Kommentare: Got us to manage multiple channels well otherwise, we would have gone crazy.

Vorteile:

Good features, especially API connectivity with every major OTA. Does the job well enough. Recent changes have improved the design, so that's good.

Nachteile:

UX is not great. The language used to describe various things can also be confusing sometimes. The Excel export generally has a lot of blank rows and columns, which leads to a lot of effort in cleaning the data before analysing.

Vorteile:

Helped me to increase my bookings by registering with more OTAs. The customer support was really good as well. Sri Lankan team helped us alot.

Nachteile:

I prefer if there are more OTAs to connect with and if there is someone to help us on registering with new OTAs.

Its functionality and ease of chat support backup if you get stuck. There is a very dedicated team working in the back office

try new features and betas / some times bugs issue and need to fix that as some time its very difficult to use it.
