Vorteile: The software is adaptable to our business needs. The support team are experienced in HE and aware of the challenges we face, which is reflected in the flexibility and functionality of the product.
Nachteile: This product was deployed as a first-time enquiry management system at the University of Sunderland Service Desk. This meant a slightly longer lead-in to the live date, but the product was quickly established for both staff and student usage.
