We were delivered what was promised. Implementation was a steady process and their team was consistently available and responsive all the way through.
It made for a much more disjointed onboarding process and does result in some ongoing difficulties that seem like they shouldn't be as challenging as they are.

The Patient Timeline is a very useful feature that chronologically shows items that have been entered into the patient's record. The Exit Plan feature is my favorite. It shows the impression and plan for the last several encounters at the click of a button.
Many of the initial bugs have been worked out for this relatively new software. However, some inconsistencies still need to be cleaned up, especially in the Home sScreen left side menu.
3 months after promised implementation date- still waiting
Kommentare: frustration. When we originally purchased Doc Assist to augment our existing Medix Elite- both from ADS-we were promised many features that were never able to be implemented. After over a year of being told by ADS that it was user error on our part, it was finally determined that the loss of functionality was due to the fact that we have Medix Elite, not Medix Premier- these features are never going to work with Medix Elite.
If the software were implemented, I would be able to answer. We have responded to all requests for information within one business day. Dates set by ADS pass with no communication from company. Constantly chasing down our implementation specialist
Integration 3 months overdue. Lack of response from implementation team. Absence of a test environment to begin training staff.
Pleased with the product
Kommentare: This is a good product for our small but growing agency, and has overall been a good experience start to finish. I'm overall pleased with the product, and there haven't been lots of hidden costs. I have felt from the beginning that we're working with good and honest people, and nothing I've seen makes me think otherwise.
The sales team did a great job understanding and explaining the product--didn't oversell or undersell features. We were delivered what was promised. Online interface has been stable since implementation--very little downtime or system lag for an online platform. Staff are responsive to needs and are willing and able to customize to a high level. We're a small agency and felt treated as if we were a large one.
There is a separation in staff responsible for the back-end billing functions and the front end electronic record entry. The software communicates fine between the two sides, but the staff seemed to not always understand how the two worked together. It made for a much more disjointed onboarding process and does result in some ongoing difficulties that seem like they shouldn't be as challenging as they are. Would be helpful if staff were crosstrained on both sides to help agencies better understand the challenges.
Kommentare: the hardest part for me is talking to support. no one ever mentioned that support would be transferred out of the country - the language barrier is very difficult and frustrating.
not really sure what I like most - it's all ok just not exactly what we need
not meant for behavioral health - maybe works for hospitals or other institutions.
Using for EHR to appointments

Backend staff is very helpful for every time they save a lot of time always comes with new updated on time

Easy to check history of patients documents
The products makes very nice Dashboard's and its versatile and allows you to create different views .
Not many resource online other than there documentation and can get slow with very large data set or complex calculations.

The ease of navigation through its tool-bars. In addition to an initial tour of the software by an Attending Medical Practitioner, I found that codes did not have to memorized; different aspects of a client's health care services - laboratory and radiology could be inputs with adequate collaboration by all health care providers.
It is hard to tell how much his patient's care is worth to a licensed medical practitioner after the clinical data has been entered partially or fully by clinical data managers.
