Nice app for project management
Kommentare: I use Kanbanchi daily and I am satisfied. It allows me to organize and prioritize tasks, while I can follow the correct execution of projects in terms of timeline.
Vorteile:
Is very user-friendly and interactive, which allows to work collaboratively within the teams involved in a project. Also, very easy to switch to another project by changing boards.
Nachteile:
I would like that the Gantt diagram would be included in the basic fee.
Miles away from the competition
Kommentare: Unpleasant, buggy and not really enjoyable
Vorteile:
The tools is pretty straightforward to use and works more or less like every other Kanban type tool. The tools work mostly fine.
Nachteile:
It doesn't feel stable, on multiple occasions I had to rewrite and entire comment because I clicked away from the card or even in the card itself. Design-wise it's a bit confuse and has way to many options on the first level of selection. The cards formatting shouldn't be enabled on click as this usually interferes with the attempt to click on links

Kommentare: It has been ok.. hasn't been very practical to import my tickets, I waste a lot of time creating or editing one by one at the beginning of every sprint. If wasn't for that, this would be perfect.Thank you for your hard work.
Vorteile:
Easy to use daily, very good visually, makes things easier to visualize. Also the other admin tools, like Gants, burn down, tasklist and swimlanes. I like them all.
Nachteile:
The way to import tickets from csv is a nightmare! It is not easy, it is not practical, is not complete. I still have to manually change things one by one, because I could never import the estimation or the tags. I can't import either personalized fields, or use my template card for importation. I really hope they improve this very important functionality.

Kanbanchi has significantly professionalized our business by providing an accessible overview of large projects, streamlining meeting structures for managers, and creating a centralized location for action points and important files (we really enjoy the google workspace integration!!). Its wide range of functionalities, including filtering, color-coding, subtasks, and due dates for subtasks, has enhanced our ability to manage tasks effectively. You can fully customize the tool to your own preferences, which allowed us to use it in various (unexpected) ways.
Nachteile:
While the variety of features can be advantageous, it can also be overwhelming for some employees. A 'simple view' option would be a welcome addition, making it easier for users to navigate the platform without feeling overwhelmed by the numerous functions.

Vorteile:
Honestly, it's just extremely integrated with Google Workspace. There is also zero learning curve. So, if your company is scaling and you don't have the resources or time to walk them through the ins and outs of the company's project management software - Kanbanchi is *the* software of choice. Customer support is incredible. Enhancement request are implemented quickly. And the price is just unbeatable. It's a must have and ArtiKen is here for the long term!
Nachteile:
The lack of a mobile application is probably the only con that comes to mind. There website is optimized for mobile but it's just not the same.

A bit expensive, but the best tool
Vorteile:
Kanbanchi it's a great tool to integrate with Google Workspace. This feature gives to you the comfort to be in the same environment with consistency with your other apps.
Nachteile:
A bit expensive compared with Trello, but a lot better in functionality look and feel and tracking projects in the same tool without the work of looking for plugins.

Organizing for visual people
Kommentare: It’s been great. They offer educational discounts for companies in that field, and they’ve been responsive to my needs for technical assistance. One side comment I would make is that when a due date is added to any card, it displays in black type, which competes visually for the eye’s attention when looking at a board full of cards. I think the due date time should be in grey...or in a soft neutral color. As it stands, it feels too bold in black, too similar in size to the card title. Maybe shrinking size will allow it to remain black and not be so difficult to scan across many cards.

It helps simplify the many to-dos I have across business and life.
Nachteile:
I wish I could see all my cards from different boards on one large board.

Kommentare: Overall, Kanbanchi is very popular within our devOps team. However due to the expensive costs, only a limited set of users have edit-access to the board, & this curtails the collaboration.

Ease of implementation. Integration features. Day-to-day usability.
Nachteile:
The cost per seat is ridiculously expensive.
Kanbanchi the best tools to communicate
Kommentare: We like to use Kanbanchi to communicate and work together across all the city and different places. We would need to use it to connect us especially we are working individually.
Vorteile:
For us as non profit organization, we really do need some tools that allow us to keep track of our team especially we are working at different places.
Nachteile:
The pricing for Kanbanchi is considerably high even for non profit organizations 50% discount

Kommentare: A good project management tool, especially if a person is using agile methods. Somewhat uneasy with managing monumental projects.

The project management application for everyone
Kommentare: I am happy to log in and use this app every single day at work. It definitely helps organize our workflow in ways we did not think we even needed until it was offered as a tool on kanban.
Vorteile:
With color customizations, priority tags, and column grouping, absolutely anyone could find a way to make use out of Kanbanchi for organizing their workplace hundreds of different ways.
Nachteile:
At times I’m not able to see all information on a card, especially if it is older or has a lot of information on it
Teacher Perspective
Kommentare: Overall, Kanbanchi has been very useful for my students in planning and executing their projects.
Vorteile:
As a computer science teacher, I help my students learn to manage a project through the use of Kanbanchi. Students list the features that they need or want to add to a program and then plan how and when it will be done. They utilize the priority settings to target what is most important, collaborate and assign tasks in their group, use check off lists, store their assets and version control. Students report that they feel that they feel more in control and less overwhelmed when they use this product.
Nachteile:
As a "free for education" I don't have access to the Gantt charts and having sub cards which I would really like to be able to utilize with my students.

Kanban Boards Online
Kommentare: I love doing Kanban the Japanese way and it's made simple for me and my PM team via Kanbanchi!
Vorteile:
Thanks to my Japanese friends I was introduced to Kanban boards. We used to do it via post its onto the bulletin board... until it got too crowded, and post-its stopped being sticky. So, we decided to migrate to an online/digital Kanban board. We chose Kanbanchi to complement our G Suite subscription. We display our board via a lard LED screen in the office, and Kanbanchi works well for us. We change the background often to catch people's attention and to make it more pleasant and interesting to look at. It's easy to create cards and move them around. Easy to make comments and updates on the cards or boards. The entire team can log in and update all at the same time and we are all kept aware of the changes via the notifications or just simply looking at the boards. At the end of the week, it is easy to download a spreadsheet/report of all the done or outstanding cards left.
Nachteile:
No mobile app. Yes, accessible easily via web browser but it would be great to have a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android.

Integration is easy and fast, with Google Workspace in particular. Have already solved many challenges with Kanbanchi, like hours tracking, and workload sharing. We find many benefits in real-time collaboration...the rubber meets the road right here and now! Things happen fast, and Kanbanchi enables us all to keep up to speed. The most valuable features for or team is probably the ability to comment, and receive notifications when other comment. That enables us to collaborate "at the point of use", in regards to the real time updates of what's happening on the "front lines". Thanks Kanbanchi!
Nachteile:
There are a couple bugs, nothing too major, though at the same time, the Kanbanchi development team is great, and always responds to us right away, and fixed the problem.
Frequent Kanban User
Kommentare: Overall I am happy to use kanban every day at work. I have to do a lot of organizing and planning deadlines so it helps me visualize it all
Vorteile:
I like the ease of use, it is very easy to catch on. It really does have a ton of features in it. I feel like I'm finding a new useful tool every day. I like that you are able to make suggestions and that the customer support team actually responds.
Nachteile:
Sometimes throughout the day my kanban wont update to show a cards new position until I physically click on the card. I do also wish you could subscribe to a column or list itself rather than just specific cards or all cards
Ease of collaboration

Vorteile:
We use Kanban across our widely geograpgically distributed organisation where each centre has different IT systems and cultural influences. For us the collaboration aspect is key and it is so easy to share Kanban boards with others and modify in virtual meetings. Our organisation has used it for project management tracking, for process management and building individual or team to do lists. Being able to identify who should have input when, and them getting reminded of it is useful. It's also easy to customise in terms of branding and colours to make it feel more like part of your organisation.
Nachteile:
Being lazy I mostly dislike having to learn new software but this is a great addition to G suite as far as I'm concerned.

Vorteile:
- amazing granularity to customize tasks: tag names + tag colours + card colours + priority + start date + due date + assign people + attachments + comments. This helps a lot to quickly organize work visually when dealing with different teams and different kinds of tasks - sub-tasks can be added either with sub-cards or just checklists - integrated with Gsuite (due dates with Calendar / files with Gdrive) - "related cards" feature allows to link cards between them (eg when there is a common context) - great filtering options
Nachteile:
- no mobile app yet (web browser experience on mobile is terrible) - no global search (only within a dashboard) - when a card is set to "Done", the card won't disappear from there. You have to delete it manually (and lose traceability) or create a separate dashboard for "Done Cards" and move it manually there
Great customer support
Kommentare: The platform is still being developed, but the team are friendly, reply quickly, and have clear simple to follow instructions for non tech heads like me.
Vorteile:
I am new to Kanbanch and had a number of questions before purchasing. The team answered my emails promptly, heard my requests and actioned developments in some of those areas that have already been released. I am really impressed with the team and their apparent commitment to continuing to develop the platform.
Nachteile:
I'm looking forward to the release of the kanbanchi app, but can work around that by saving a link to my phone's home screen for now. The program is a little slow to open, only a couple of seconds, but longer than many others.
