Awardco provides incentives that my employees love
Kommentare: Overall it's been very positive. I've worked places with no awards program, and at places with similar programs, but nothing as smooth and nice as Awardco.
Vorteile:
I love that it's simple and easy to use, but most of all I love that it gives my employees a way to recognize others, and be recognized for great work. And the incentives are actually valuable to them. My employees love receiving points and being able to exchange them for products and gift cards that they want. Our previous awards provider offered a similar incentive program, but the only catch was that it was a bunch of stuff that no one really wanted, and the rewards portal was clunky and difficult to use. This is much easier and way better.
Nachteile:
The things I don't like are set by my organization, not by Awardco. For example, we don't have enough points to spread out to everyone, or recognize everyone that deserves recognition. And we have policies that you can't recognize anyone in management, which is too bad. But from a system perspective, there really isn't anything that is undesirable. The other thing I don't like is that it can breed a back-scratching environment, where friends and co-workers award each other points just to get points. It's not born out of excellence in the workplace.
Rewards from Awardco!

Options to select an item after receiving an award. Options to reward others. Options to purchase up on items of interest if the $ award given doesn't meet the purchase price of something of interest. Options to create your own gift card amount Options for egift cards because there is a lot of fraud with actual gift cards in stores now.
Nachteile:
not used enough by the team. The more everyone on the team and supervisors use this system, the more positive the culture will be.
Brings Your Company Together
Kommentare: Great experience using Awardco. Since using it, we have seen a grand increase in our employees recognition, which boosts overall positivity and mood in the workplace. Everyone enjoys commendation, and this software does just that. Great for team building and bringing a company together. Helps everyone get to know each other a little better too.
Vorteile:
Easy to use. The format is simple and easy to navigate. It can be learned right away with next to no training. Pretty self explanatory. Great customer service, variety of different vendors to use, and I also like the spot recognition feature that is included.
Nachteile:
Can't really think of anything that would deter anyone from using this software. It gets the job done and you get what you're paying for. Maybe just that the mobile app can only be used as a progressive web app and is limited.
Cashouts not working. Awful experience with support.

Vorteile:
Awarding others with monetary compensation based on work done. Getting rewards based on the work I've done.
Nachteile:
The redemption process has failed for me on two separate occasions, with support taking 20/30+ (ongoing) days. First instance of failed remeption happened before the christmas break where after cashing in a gift card for a store through awardco, I didn't receive the gift card and heard nothing for 20 days. After this time passed, awardco support messaged saying that the company who I got the card with was no longer doing awardco cards. Got a refund, but it still took 20 days. Second instance was when I cashed out over 100 USD of visa prepaid cards before leaving the company. Awardco sent confirmation emails and links to activate the cards before I left. These cards failed to activate, requiring a login through the company I worked with (which I didn't have). After contacting support, 9 days later I received replacement cards which failed with an "apologies we have encountered an error on our side". Still resolving this case. It's been 30+ days since starting this mess. Support have been so far unable to resolve this and I still haven't received my card. Utterly abominable results from a company whose only job is to provide gift cards... I'm unsure if getting users to give up on redeeming their codes is baked into their business model. Honestly unsured if this company is genuine or not. Do not recommend.

Shipping of ordered items from my "employer store" takes too long. Please consider adding the following as egift card options: Chick-fil-A, Lowe's, Game of Axes, McDonald's, Off The Wall, PetSmart, Publix, The Escape Game, Throw Social, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Also, it would be nice to be able to see past milestones so I could wish a belated whatever to co-workers.

Recognize Reward Encourage Succeed
Kommentare: Very easy to use and can recognition definitely encourages the employees of the organisation.
Vorteile:
Ease of use , Categorise the values based on which you would highlight the recognition. Easy rest of points , Connected to Slack . Lots of options for the points to spend .Safe to login using SSO and upcoming milestones for your colleagues is also very helpful.
Nachteile:
Do not think of any cons as being the end user it fulfills the purpose to recognize my colleagues.

Revolutionising Employee Recognition
Vorteile:
It has a robust reward catalog with flexible redemption options. The customisable programs and workflows make it a very user friendly experience. Exceptional customer support.
Nachteile:
Initial setup requires planning and there is a bit of learning curve in the beginning.

Kommentare: I was given awardco points by my employer to upgrade my work from home set up. The selection of items was good and I was able to get three things with my points. They arrived the next week and were great!

Kommentare: ease of implementation - once the right key internal decision makers are identified and were a part of the project team to make those look and feel decisions, the kick-off to sandbox, to testing, to Prod/Live was seamless

The reporting capability from the seat of the admin could be more robust
Solid Product
Kommentare: Overall, this system meets our needs & helps employees feel recognized by others.
Vorteile:
The software is easy to use for both employees & managers. I love that people can feed off of recognition provided (similar to social media). We went live 12/1, and the system is already heavily utilized by our employees.
Nachteile:
There are certain customizations which can't currently be done. Additionally, if you don't have enough points, you can't cash in on products. I wish that you could use your personal credit card to pay for the "extra".

Kommentare: Overall, I really appreciate the support that I get. My CSM would always get back to me and explain things further, if I needed.I feel that it is easy to use and things are not complicated to do. Steps for each process aren't too difficult.
Vorteile:
Our company chose Awardco because of it's ease of use and the option of shopping directly on Amazon. Gift cards are great choices, but sometimes people will not use them, so allowing shopping and having it shipped to your house was a great choice. Giving a recognition is a few easy steps and we wanted something that was easy for all our employees to be able to do.
Nachteile:
When we were in the transition phase of setting this up, there was an organized project management tool used, which we never used before. We had some hiccups with it, but then we received guidance and it went smoother.I will say that we had been handed over to some different people over time, which I understand that people change positions, but some of the communication differed. Sometimes finding the info you may need, such as a certain report, can be a little challenging.
Fantastic Solution for Forward-Thinking Companies
Kommentare: I am extremely happy with Awardco and think it's one of the best things we've implemented that directly ties to our culture. It is, without a doubt, a HUGE SUCCESS!
Vorteile:
As our workforce becomes more remote, recognition that knows no time, geographical, or team boundaries is important to us. One of our core tenants is to lift others up around us. Awardco helps us do that in a seamless, incredibly efficient and effective way!
Nachteile:
I wish we could manage our user database directly in the system without the upload needed with the metadata. It would allow us more immediate additions (for companies like us where HCM integration is not possible at this time). I would also love to have a customer user group so we can share best practices and see how others use Awardco. That type of collaboration would be incredible. Today we can only rely on our account manager - which is a limited source of ideas. Talking to our peer group and how they each implemented it within their environments and use the tool to engage would be more valuable.

Reward system that motivates
Kommentare: There are different types of reward motivation: eg, carrot and stick reward - if you do this you will get a reward vs random unanticipated rewards after the fact. Awardco is the latter, which is more healthy and doesn't have the side effects the carrot and stick method has. So our Awardco experience has been very helpful in creating a healthy motivational environment.
Vorteile:
Awardco Recognitions is a very easy and impactful way to reward people in our organization for doing a great job or going above and beyond. People feel appreciated and are more likely to work harder/smarter or tackle a difficult challenge knowing they may get awarded awardco points, which can be renewed for gift cards or a myriad of items.
Nachteile:
The budgets for awards are setup in silos. So each manager has a budget of awards for her/his team. However, if a manager wants to give a recognition to someone outside their department, the award still comes out of their budget and reduces the amount for their own team. It would be nice if there were a budget for cross-team awards or even manager-to-manager awards. The other thing is managers give awards to their subordinates but the only person that can give to the leadership team is the CEO, who is too busy to do it. So a structure that supports leaders giving recognition to other leaders would be helpful.
Great incentive award system
Kommentare: I haven't been directly involved with implementing Awardco, but ever since we switched I have heard nothing but good things from employees and managers alike. It is SO much easier and faster than our old system/procedure for awarding and recognizing employees.
Vorteile:
I love how easy it is to cash in on your awards. I love how it is fast... If my manager rewards me with points they are available immediately. I also love that most points don't expire... it's fun to see them build up.
Nachteile:
It would be nice to be able to access it outside of work... usually I don't have time to cash in at work so I just opt for a giftcard and browse later.

A Valuable Employee Engagement and Recognition Tool
Kommentare: Our new Awardco system is an amazing asset! The new system is very quick and easy to use to recognize our company's corporate employees. It takes much less time to utilize the new system than it did to submit recognition under the old platform. You can also submit recognition for multiple employees at the same time for team members collaborating on a project together. The Awardco feed is a dynamic tool to gauge the pulse of our company and its employees. It is a great way for me to keep in touch with what is going on in our organization. I can see who has been recognized for demonstrating our core values and interact with them by offering congratulatory messages and kudos for their outstanding work and contributions. Positive reinforcement increases the likelihood that the desired behavior will continue and be strengthened across our organization. The new system also allows me the opportunity to actively engage with employees who have recent birthdays and work anniversaries in real time. I believe the efficiency and simplicity of our new Awardco system have facilitated a significant increase in employee recognition and engagement.

I love the ease of use of the system and how quickly a nomination can occur for employees and supervisors.
Nachteile:
The hardest part about the new platform is only deciding what item or items to spend any earned ENCORE points on. The options are limitless!
Fantastic product with many options
Kommentare: AwardCo is currently housing all peer to peer recognitions, service anniversary program, wellness program, and will be a large part of our employee appreciation week. It is a fantastic one stop shop for all employee recognition which is great for busy staff to work in to their dat. easy and fast means more recognition and happier employees.
Vorteile:
The entire process was easy. I have had a great experience creating updates and new programs from the success of the initial roll out. Any idea for the software they are able to execute.
Nachteile:
The cost of their storefront was unfortunately too much, however they were able to work out a way to function with out current vendor at no additional cost.
Engaging and rewarding
Vorteile:
I have grown quite fond of the various reward options but I have always loved the ability to keep tabs on all the peer-to-peer recognition in the company. It's a simple tool but it does exactly what it should do and it does this well.
Nachteile:
I would always welcome additional rewards but I don't have any true negatives. It would be "nice to have" the ability to receive all recognitions, including work anniversaries, with the automated tracking e-mail.
Awardco Review
Kommentare: Awardco allowed our organization to take manual recognition processes and transition them to digital. This saves hours of work for many employees. It is also easier for employees to receive their recognitions in real time.
Vorteile:
Awardco makes it easy for multiple levels of recognition to be provided in a large organization. Our peer recognitions have tripled since implementation which increases employee engagement. There is a wide variety of choices for employees to pick from when they would like to use their points.
Nachteile:
We are enjoying using Awardco and do not see any cons at this time.

The informed self-service nature of Awardco is perfectly suited for high performing companies. The fact that employees are given the ability to reward and recognize each other, with preset limits, is truly a great way to foster corporate culture!When awards are given, they are not just blind, but given in the context of the cornerstone company values. Not just "hey you're great" but "here's why you're great and how you support our company values".
Nachteile:
Perhaps the ability to transfer remaining award allocation to a colleague / subordinate who would like to recognize more colleagues themselves.

Easy to understand and figure out. I am older, so the more simple the better for me.

timed out to fast. Not enough different sizes to choose from. Needs more detail description of items.
