I think this type of incentive implemented through Awardco is wonderful for the benefit of all of us workers who recognize effort and good performance, which is more valued. Awardco is a way to create recognition programs, giving incentives more easily and really to the people who deserve them

Nachteile:

I like the function developed by Awardco, and there are no complaints about the software

Kommentare: As an employee who's had the benefit of using Awardco, my experience has always been great. The customer service is exceptional, and I think every company should offer this to its employees.

Vorteile:

The service is fast and convenient. It offers a great way to reward employees. It has many options to purchase everyday items, as well as a great selection of fun choices. You can also choose gift cards.

Nachteile:

It is a little harder to return items purchased from Amazon.

Boosting Employee Morale with Awardco: A Simple and Effective Recognition Tool

Kommentare: Overall, Awardco has been great. It’s easy to use, helps recognize employees, and offers lots of reward choices through Amazon. While customization could be better, it has definitely boosted team morale and engagement.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about Awardco is how easy it makes recognizing employees. The platform lets you reward people with points they can use on Amazon, giving them plenty of options to choose from. It’s flexible, user-friendly, and helps build a positive, motivating work environment.

Nachteile:

What I liked least about Awardco is that the customization options for rewards can sometimes feel limited if you’re looking for something more unique or tailored outside of their standard offerings. It could also take a bit of time to fully explore all the features if you're new to the platform.

great tool to embrace our culture of teamwork

Kommentare: very positive. it embraces our culture that anybody can reward anybody for a job well done or an exceptional effort delivered.

Vorteile:

you can give awards as a user to colleagues with or without a monetary value. Sometimes a written thank you can make the day of your colleague as well.

Nachteile:

some rewards need a minimum amount of coins and can't be selected per coin so sometimes the amount you choose leaves you with a little amount of coins that can't be redeemed.

You can use this for your company to give more active to your agent.

Kommentare: Upon using this app we can get a point from our incentives or performance and we can convert it to any following available way like sodexo rewards any etc and I will recommend it to my friends or to my future company so that we can perform to receive an award.

Vorteile:

Awardco is easy features you can locate or navigate on what you looking for.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there is no available way to use the reward but this is okay as well since you can choose more option to use your reward.

Awardco Improves Engagement of Employees

Kommentare: What better way to boost the engagement of employees by incentivizing the rewards & recognition platform and offer a wide array of prizes

Vorteile:

curated range of rewards definitely helps employees to be more engaged in reaching a certain goal

Nachteile:

there was an instance that the option to claim your points via gcash was disabled but that could've been an issue with gcash themselves doing some sort of maintenance as usual

getting point to buy stuff and theres alot to choose from or just buy a gift card and use it for a later date.

Nachteile:

wish we got more points, to buy some of the nicer stuff that is offered , but the gift cards and visa card with always help to buy gas and etc.

Vorteile:

Options to select an item after receiving an award. Options to reward others. Options to purchase up on items of interest if the $ award given doesn't meet the purchase price of something of interest. Options to create your own gift card amount Options for egift cards because there is a lot of fraud with actual gift cards in stores now.

Nachteile:

not used enough by the team. The more everyone on the team and supervisors use this system, the more positive the culture will be.

The points/awards provide incentive to and from fellow associates. To step up to the plate and both help others and reward others for appreciation

Wish OUR COMPANY would also include time off incentives, even small amounts, as did our previous award company several years back

New to me, and I love it!

Kommentare: I think my company failed to introduce and educate me on Awardco, or I somehow totally missed it with onboarding. I suddenly started receiving recognitions, looked into it, stumbled upon the Awardco site/tool, and it seemed clear enough. I felt uncomfortable for a while about how exactly the points and ultimately $ were funded. I still don't know, but I've just been going with it. At some point, I finally became curious about how to redeem. It seemed intuitive enough, and almost "too good to be true" that 1 point = 1$. That's very generous of BPM! I didn't spend much time looking at the options to redeem, because the items in the catalog didn't catch my attention or interest me much. I was super happy to see that I could redeem into a credit card! So, I became an even bigger fan! I love the interaction with coworkers, feeling appreciated, validated, and the fun friendly element of it.

Vorteile:

Awardco's interface and feature suite is very nice. It's complex enough to be useful but not too cluttered etc. I really appreciate that email notifications are sent out to clue you in about being recognized or prompting you to recognize points before they expire.

Nachteile:

I really can't think of anything negative about Awardco, and I'm kind of a critical user who is frustrated by many apps, websites, interfaces etc. Awardco has been awesome.

Awardco has been great for me!

Kommentare: Awardco has been easy to use and I've enjoyed the rewards that I've been able to select. Donating $100.00 to Special Olympics or buying a new pair of shoes as a reward for my effort is a lot nicer than getting another clear plastic trophy with a clock that doesn't work.

Vorteile:

I'm a sales rep at a large company. I've seen a lot of different rewards programs. Some have been cash, others have been specific travel options, and many others have included gift cards. While I've never turned down a single reward, Awardco has made it a nicer process for me. I get some recognition points for my birthday, and for my work anniversary, but most of them come from sales achievements. I've used points for donations to Special Olympics and Miracle Children's Network. I've also used points for company swag and to buy items I needed from Amazon. Once, I even cashed in my points for money that was added directly to my paycheck. It's been really great.

Nachteile:

The interface with Amazon is a little cumbersome and when items, like shirts or shoes, have multiple size options, the system doesn't allow you to pick an item and then pick the size.

The Rewards of having Awardco

Kommentare: It really is exciting to see staff so appreciative of receiving a manager awarded recognition and the enthusiasm of staff to share this appreciation with their peers has helped to retain our amazing talent.

Vorteile:

One of the best features is the ability to make one large or many small purchases that are curtailed by the users need.

Nachteile:

New vendor products can sometimes take time for gaining access to the platform but I have always seen those products available at some point down the road usually a year later.

AwardCo Is Awesome!

Kommentare: Everything is great with Awardco. I also do like on the side where it keeps you updated with other employees' milestones. That makes it more personable with your coworkers and I know they appreciate other coworkers reaching out and congratulating them.

Vorteile:

The site is very user friendly. It also has great awards and variety of awards as well.

Nachteile:

It would be nice if there was a chart of some sort that tells you if you have X amount of points, you qualify for this, etc.

Excellent Product that empowers peers and managers to make a difference!

Kommentare: I love being able to quickly describe the excellent action/job someone performed. The fact everyone in the organization can see the praise is upbuilding to those who receive the recognition as well as to those who generate the recognition.

Vorteile:

I love the fact we can shout out to ANYONE at the organization. We have the option to make the shout-out private - but really, I've never used that. If someone has done an outstanding action - I want everyone to know!

Nachteile:

In the past we did not have the option to convert our points to a credit card. You all fixed that issue - now I love everything!

Wonderful App!

Vorteile:

I like that there are a lot of good options.

Nachteile:

Shipping of ordered items from my "employer store" takes too long. Please consider adding the following as egift card options: Chick-fil-A, Lowe's, Game of Axes, McDonald's, Off The Wall, PetSmart, Publix, The Escape Game, Throw Social, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Also, it would be nice to be able to see past milestones so I could wish a belated whatever to co-workers.

Super easy app and cannot beat 'free money' for taking care of myself

Kommentare: I regularly tell coworkers this is a great system. And why would people not want to get free stuff for taking care of themselves and tracking their progress as they do it?

Vorteile:

The awards are terrific - dozens of choices to spend my award money on. And I really like the group activities where several people join together to earn points.

Nachteile:

Nothing bad about it. I love this app and how it works.

Fabulous Rewards System

Kommentare: 100% favorable! I think it is such a compliment for our organization to use AwardCo to reward its employees.

Vorteile:

AwardCo allows organizations to utilize an interactive, easy-to-use system of rewards. I love that I can earn points, easily search for products that are delivered to my door, and recognize others within my organization. It's fun, and easy to use!

Nachteile:

Nothing really. Only on my last order did I receive an order that had broken components and I don't know what to do about that, if anything. But I don't see how that would be AwardCo's fault or problem.

Vorteile:

The prizes and reminders to BE good. And the classes are nice. Can't wait till next year.

Nachteile:

A lot of activities seem to overlap or strive for the same thing.

Applause for Awardco

Vorteile:

The idea that a company can use acknowledgements and rewards in a way that acts and feels much like a social media platform is beneficial. People are comfortable or familiar with the feel of many platforms that are similar already, so to add this to their professional working life just makes it feel more natural.

Nachteile:

Perhaps the only additions that I could see helping add to an acknowledgement would be the ability to add gifs to a message and being able to respond directly to a response to a message.
