Grandios schlecht - überhaupt nicht in Deutschland einsetzbar! Nicht mit unserem Steuerrecht nutzbar

Kommentare: Keine Ahung wieso die überhaupt auf dem deutschen Markt tätig sein können. Mir wurde es leider vorgesetzt ohne Absprache und jetzt gucke ich wie den Mist schnellstmöglich abwickeln und auf was umsteigen kann, was dem deutschen Steuerrecht konform ist. Die Grundidee hinter dem Service ist nicht so schlecht - die Umsetzung leider grottenschlecht! Kein bisschen Userfreundlich!

Vorteile:

Der Support bemüht sich immer schnell zu helfen - das ist auch das einzige!

Nachteile:

1. Nicht nutzbar in Deutschland - keine fortlaufenden Rechnungsnummern2. Die Reports sind gefühlt aus der Anfangszeit des Internets - Ich kann mir selber zusammensuchen wer was wann gebucht hat - alles extrem unpraktisch

Vorteile:

Die hohe Flexibilität. Der gute Support - man bekommt sehr schnell und kompetent Hilfe.

Nachteile:

Die Gutschein Funktion. Es muss möglich sein, sein eigenes Design einzupflegen.

SimplyBook ist nach ewigem herumprobieren und zahlreichen Softwaretools, endlich das richtige !! Preiswert, gut zu integrieren, optisch vielfältig anpassbar

Nachteile:

Als iFrame braucht es unglaublich lange zum laden. Schade außerdem dass es keine Funktion für "Aktionspreise" oder Sonderangebote gibt

Es ist ziemlich gut aufgestellt und kurz zu bedienen

Nachteile:

Was nicht geht ist mit einer Reservation 2 Betten zu schliessen. Zb Paarmassage buchen und 2 betten zu blocken für diese Zeit

Guter Kallender

Vorteile:

Viele einstell Möglichkeiten einfache Bedienung Vernetzung auf die eigene Website möglich schön übersichtliche APP

Nachteile:

Die Kalenderseite könnte mehr Einstellungsmöglichkeiten vertragen gerade was die Kalenderanzeige angeht. Sobald ein paar mehr Funktionen benötigt werden wird es schon recht teuer.

SimplyBook.me is perfect for me!

Kommentare: I have tried a couple of other services, but SimplyBook.me is the most optimal for the money. Absolutely essential.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, fully compatible with my website, and the mobile app is invaluable.

Nachteile:

It can become expensive when you have to upgrade to get more features. Fortunately, you can just scale up as needed.

A SIMPLE Solution!

Kommentare: I've been really happy with Simplybook.me. It's a simple booking platform and what I was looking for. It also has most of the features I wanted.

Vorteile:

Love how easy to use it is for me and my clients. It has automated my business so I can focus on teaching classes. Also compared to US-based companies it is sooo affordable and I love all of the custom features that are included especially the progressive web app (mobile app)

Nachteile:

One feature I still need for my business is a waiting list per class right now it only has waiting list per day. Took a while to set up, but very helpful user guides / customer service when I did get stuck.

Kommentare: I would give the service overall 3 stars just need to simplify things and make the booking site user friendly it can be intimidating which makes it not so helpful for my business.

Vorteile:

The Booking site is very difficult to navigate. My clients shouldn’t have to pay for the add ons if they are paying for the deposit. I’ve had a very hard time with using all of the custom features to market my business. The text option doesn’t work to send out notifications to clients. I was told you had to have an android to create an app when most people have iPhones. Sending out notifications to my clients needs to fixed soon.

Nachteile:

The extra amount my clients have to pay when they’re paying a deposit and selecting and add-on.

Best Quality for the Price

Kommentare: I've been with SimplyBook for about a year and a half now, and unless a cheaper option with similar features and quality were to come along, I don't see myself changing. That being said, I have no loyalty under capitalism, so when and if such a service comes along, I will take them under consideration.

Vorteile:

I really love the customizable features and that I can select the ones I need most depending on my plan.

Nachteile:

I don't like that I can't over-book myself as an administrator, I think some of the options that you have to pay extra to use or choose as a feature are a little pedantic and could be included in the overall price, such as add-ons for services.

Happy with SimplyBook.me - Would recommend!

Vorteile:

Very similar to more expensive scheduling software. I have used Mindbody & Mariana Tek in the past for scheduling, payroll & POS. Although I was satisfied with both the other companies, the subscription prices for the software was too high.

Nachteile:

I would prefer to have a live representative to help with the set up and other questions that could arise. The Chat feature is helpful. However, talking on the phone or video call is preferred. I have since used You Tube for help with any questions I may have.

Great for handling schedules

I love that my clients can easily book their own times.

Nachteile:

I don't like how sometimes it shows your schedule in reverse as some of my clients have paid for future invoices instead of the current one. Sometimes I have to go off the site and verify payment because it's not always showing accurately on my end on the program

Kommentare: My overall experience with this app has been wonderful! Nothing malfunctions, booking always goes well!!

I like how the pricing is! It’s definitely better than any other app I’ve used.

Nachteile:

Only thing I don’t like is that you have to go thru another app to send text messages but the app will send emails.

Great Yoga & Massage Booking Site

Kommentare: I’ve had a lot of trouble with people trying to get gift cards. This is something that I need to trouble shoot before the next holiday season!

Vorteile:

Looked professional and I could do it myself. (But it took a lot of time!)

Nachteile:

My calendar is in :05 increments. I would gladly delete all of our future appointments in order to change this to a :15 calendar. And then manually put them all back in. The amount of scrolling it takes people is confusing to them.

Simple and Sweet

Vorteile:

Very easy to use (once you get a hang of it) and client facing time zones so there is no confusion with scheduling time.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to block out time without marking the business as closed for that particular day. Would also like the calendar sync to pick up items place directly in my Google calendar and block out time in SimplyBook.me.

Great features but the recent price increases have stung a bit!

Kommentare: Overall, Simplybookit has helped us streamline our appointment booking and monitoring systems. Despite it being a little difficult to set up initially, if you can afford the standard package (or can make do with the basic package) it's worth the time and the customer service is great.

Vorteile:

It has some really great features that we needed - multiple locations, the ability to take appointment deposits, customise notification emails and having a questionnaire for clients to fill in at the point of booking. The ability to download our daily appointments as a CSV file is really useful - generally speaking, the amount of data we're able to extract from it for our monitoring is fantastic. The customer service is fast and helpful.

Nachteile:

The interface took a bit of getting used to (but once you're used to it, it's fine! We have some single appointments for one person and some workshops with multiple spaces, but they have to be set up in the same way so the workshop booking interface is quite clunky from the customer's perspective. Some of the info (for example the service description) isn't viewable on mobile devices which is a shame. The recent price rises were a bit of a shock when it came to renew our subscription and unfortunately it has now become unaffordable for us to keep using.

I like SimplyBook me

Kommentare: Overall, the user experience is excellent, and it's the most suitable platform I've found for my needs.

Vorteile:

I find SimplyBook.me to be a very different product from what I'm used to. It offers powerful functionality, but it does take some time to learn and understand the system when starting out. The integration of business processes is also very straightforward.

Nachteile:

One aspect I'm not entirely pleased with is the calendar, as it's not very user-friendly. I can't directly view more customer information or make changes; I have to click into it. Additionally, there are limited options for customer payment, and some functions lack the ability to address finer details.

The BEST booking system out there. Please keep updating & improving this epic/pioneering software.

Kommentare: App = incredibly good. iFrame embeds a bit sketchy looking! Wish there was a way for employees to simply update/add to their schedules directly within our website or an app (not simply a homepage shortcut to a website that poses as an app).

Nachteile:

It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me. Customer support ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]!) is dire. She sits on her little throne of customer support power/possession and then acts as a mindless, droning, and passive-aggressive gatekeeper for SimplyBook. It makes working with the company a chore, and I would seriously not want to pay money every month with her as our Account Manager. She makes the process of this (incredible!) application, seem hopeless, limited, and dire. You need your first point of contact to laude the company, and care about it deeply! To inspire its customers, and to show them how much of an incredible booking system can be built with SimplyBook.

SimplyBook has been the best solution for my business

Nachteile:

Cons: What did you like least about SimplyBook.me?In order to use many features of SimplyBook you will need to buy the more expansive plan, and the price is above the market average.

Ease of use

Kommentare: Positive so far but I have also experienced some issues with integrating payment processors.

Vorteile:

Simple to set up and use, friendly customer service.

Nachteile:

Difficulty in adding certain payment options and integrating Pay Pal etc.
