Vorteile:

Die Einfache Bedienung, ein Design, das spaß macht, die Flexibilität, die Möglichkeiten der Kollaboration

Nachteile:

In großen projekten wird die Oberfläche manchmal langsam, die Terminierung in einem Gantt-Chart ist nur in der großen und teuren Version verfügbar, die Suchfunktion ist verbesserungswürdig.

In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Trello

Gründe für den Wechsel zu MeisterTask: Meistertask war das hübschere Programm und für uns absolut perfekt in seinem Umfang. Wir haben Trello gar nicht mehr getestet.

MeisterTask schafft Ordnung und Struktur

Vorteile:

Gute Übersicht der erledigten Aufgaben. Mehrere Projekte gleichzeitg.

Nachteile:

Die Software hat keine Nachteile. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Auf gutem Weg mit Schwächen

Kommentare: Im Gegensatz zu meiner bisher genutzten Software noch sehr viele Baustellen und fehlende Funktionen. Die schlechte Integration, die ich mir eigentlich durch den Wechsel auf MeisterNote erhofft hatte, in MeisterTask (Zugriff auf Notizen von MeisterTask aus) finde ich etwas erschreckend.
Ich hoffe aber das das sehr neue Produkt noch möglichst zügig weiter ausgebaut wird und dann die fehlenden oder nicht ganz so gut integrierten Funktionen hinzukommen.

Vorteile:

Die Einfachheit der Software und Benutzerfreundlichkeit bei Standardaufgaben

Nachteile:

Viele wichtige Funktionen (noch) nicht implementiert wie beispielsweise Baustein für Tabellen, Screenshots einbetten, Integration in Meistertask (aus MeisterTask auf die Notiz zugreifen), Freigabelinks

Kommentare: Ich würde mein gesamtes Notizen- und Aufgaben Management über Meistertask umsetzen, wenn für Meisternote das Offline Arbeiten ermöglicht wird (App für Microsoft und IOS).
Solange die App nicht zeitnah bereitgestellt wird, werde ich wohl mit Evernote als echte Alternative arbeiten müssen.

Vorteile:

Tolle Ergänzung zu Meistertask und Mindmeister. Insb. die Integration in Meistertask schafft Mehrwert, wenn Aufgaben aus Notizen direkt nach Meistertask übertragen werden können.

Nachteile:

Für eine umfassende Nutzung fehlt eine App (Microsoft und IOS), die auch das Offline Arbeiten ermöglicht. Ohne Offline Arbeitsmöglichkeit kann ich Meistertask nicht vollumfänglich nutzen. Evernote ist hier weiter, insb. durch die kürzliche Integration des "Aufgaben Managers".

Einfach und übersichtlich

Kommentare: Wir verwalten darin unsere ganzen Aktivitäten: Seminare, Webinare, Blogposts, Social Media Aktivitäten und mehr. Jeder weiß, was er zu tun hat. Neben dem virtuellen, individuellen Pflegen nutzen wir es auch bei unseren Meetings zum Festhalten von Ideen.

Vorteile:

Man kann sofort loslegen! Mit Learning by doing sind auch die meisten Kolleg*innen schnell damit zurecht gekommen.

Nachteile:

Neue Basic-User sind limitiert in der Zahl der Projekte. Das macht die Abstimmung mit neuen Kolleg*innen schwieriger.

Mit schickem Design, allerdings wenige Funktionen im Vergleich

Vorteile:

Sehr schickes und aufgeräumtes Design schärft den Blick für das Wesentliche. Nämlich alle Aufgaben eines Projektes im Auge zu behalten.

Nachteile:

Im Vergleich zu Asana oder Clickup deutlich weniger Funktionen sowohl in der kostenlosen als auch in der Premium Variante

Es schreibt sich so weg

Kommentare: Das Look & Feel passt zu meinen Ansprüchen und Arbeitsweisen.

Vorteile:

Geschriebene Abschnitte innerhalb eines Textes können mühelos verschoben werden. So können Ideen und Gedanken zum Thema frei fließen und später in eine Struktur gebracht werden. Das Unterteilen der Notizen in Kapitel oder Unterkapiteln ermöglicht das Aufstellen einer Struktur. Ideal wäre, den Zugriff für Dritte = Gastrolle zu ermöglichen. Dabei eine Unterteilung von Lese und/oder Schreibrechten zu ermöglichen. Im Projektmanagement könnte ich die Bereiche so als Knowledge Base veröffentlichen.

Nachteile:

Ich vermisse die Funktion ein Notizbuch eines Arbeitsbereiches in eine PDF umzuwandeln, so dass alle Kapitel und Unterkapitel dann in einem Dokument sind. So können damit größere Projekte strukturiert und zur Veröffentlichung vorbereitet werden.

Meisternote Test

Kommentare: Gut, aber vielleicht eher für interne Doku, weniger für externe Zusammenarbeit

UI ist gut, Integration in Meistertasks.

Nachteile:

externes Teilen, auf Teams nicht auf Freelancer ausgerichtet.

An excellent task management web application

Kommentare: In my opinion, MeisterTask is an excellent tool for managing tasks and staying organized. It's user-friendly and provides an effective means for team collaboration. However, I do find the basic plan to have limited features, and the mobile app lacking in some regards.

Vorteile:

In my work, I find this application to be extremely valuable as it allows me to seamlessly monitor all of my projects. The user-friendly features are particularly helpful, allowing me to set my own due dates and easily organize and track my assigned tasks. Overall, it's a fantastic tool that greatly enhances my productivity.

Nachteile:

While I didn't come across any significant issues, I believe there is room for improvement with the frequent crashing problem and the mobile app's performance.

Pros and Cons of MeisterTask

Vorteile:

This tool offers a user-friendly interface, seamless task management, and integration with various platforms.

Nachteile:

However, its complexity is sometimes overwhelming, but in general, the tool works for me perfectly.

Quick and Easy Task Scheduling Platform

Kommentare: Not so great platform for overall grand scheme task managment. Better for summarised and on the go task noting.

Vorteile:

Quick and Easy task scheduling for when you need to write it down, but not necessarily great for detailed activity scheduling. Better for task noting and scheduling on the go. It's summary dahboard makes it easy to summarise task requirements that are simple and straightforward. The colors are not the most appealing, neither is the dashboard the most satisfying or the most relaxing. It's still workable nonetheless.

Nachteile:

Intimidating overly crowded dashboard. The elements are not properly aligned. Misplaced QR codes and annoying color scheme.

You can assign tasks to certain individuals within an end date, add proposals to keep organize.

Nachteile:

Nachteile:

Even though MeisterTask provides a variety of task views, each view's customisation possibilities might be expanded to better meet the distinct preferences of our workforce.

Amplify collaboration and enhance workflow efficiency with Meistertask

Vorteile:

I appreciate how it gives you a general overview of your projects enabling us to track progress in all the tasks of a project. I also like how it allows you to tailor it according to your unique company requirements.

Nachteile:

It would be highly beneficial if they added more project views to bring more flexibility to project management.

The Master of task and time

Kommentare: MeisterTask and MindMeister are two of my favourite tools for planning. We can try to remember all of our days details or we can remember the one place we recorded them.

Vorteile:

I started project planning with MindMeister adding MeisterTask was an easy add-on. I like the different view options, it helps me to see the project from different angles.When your manager asks "what did you do all-day?" You have a quick way to show them.

Nachteile:

The layout takes time for people to learn so you have to plan to work people through the process.I am not asking for changes, just new process takes time.

MeisterTask used for media and film projects, works like a charm!

Kommentare: This is the ONE project mgt system I like. I’ve tried everything else, they are always too cumbersome and detailed and cannot respond in a fast & fluid way.

Getting all new team members on board requires a bit of effort, they need to accept initially being included in the MeisterTask universe

Game changer

We can create different boards for different campaigns or initiatives, and it's easy to switch between them to see what we need to be working on.

Nachteile:

Having the option to put the task in "waiting" mode instead of only have the option for Completed and Archive. The task would automatically go into the WAITING list.

Best Project Management Tool for My Business

Superb task management solution!

Vorteile:

Our team relies on G-Suite, and I was in dire need of a substitute for Inbox. I had been using Inbox for the past year because it offered the convenient feature of pinning notes and to-dos on each email. This allowed me to keep track of follow-ups required or website updates for our users. With MeisterTask, we can transform a Gmail email into a categorized to-do task. I have the flexibility to assign categories, delegate tasks to specific individuals, and set due dates. What I truly appreciate is the ability to have dedicated conversations for each to-do. This streamlined approach enables my administrative assistant and me to efficiently complete tasks and archive them without the need for frantic inquiries later on.

Nachteile:

I really wish there was a convenient a hover to discover feature that provides easy access to descriptions of icons and tools. It would be so helpful not to have to guess or wonder about their functions.

I cannot figure out how to do my statistics where it comes to sorting tags to see what the trends are etc. I have a colleague do them.
