Vorteile:

The applicant tracking system keeps our applicants in an order of when they applied, per company they applied for. I am able to tract which applicants were sent assessments and which we deemed not qualified. I appreciate the ease of use and how helpful the Hire Talent associates are when I need assistance.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I feel that needs to be improved.

nightmare of websites and lack of info. I most of this is changed with your new platform but still if one test contains several test within it you need to let us know what tests are within the test

Wish We Used The Hire Talent Sooner!

What I like most about The Hire Talent is the ease of use and the great assistance when it comes to setting up your account. It is a one-stop shop that produces great results.

Nachteile:

The only difficulty we have experienced with The Hire Talent is the AI rating tool not being accurate, just a good reminder to double-check the candidates yourself.

Kommentare: We use their software assessments to assist in hiring decisions. We have learned the hard way when we don't follow our benchmarks it can come back to haunt us.

Vorteile:

It helps us make solid hiring decisions. We have a minimum benchmark score for applicants. We can also consider areas of importance such as attention to detail, and whether the applicant is more suited to a customer facing role or a technical role.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve, but the support is always there to help interpret the results. I do highly recommend.

A Great Service

Kommentare: My experience has been outstanding. In every aspect, I am provided with good service. If I have a question, it is answered promptly and thoroughly. I feel as though I have a ready consultant on my shoulder ready to assist and discuss with me any difficult choices that result from the results of the testing. They have this area nailed, and I am very satisfied and content with the system.

I like the ability to screed in the right person for the job I like the ease of use I like the customer service

Nachteile:

No Cons to report. I really like the value that I get from using all aspects of this service.

Vorteile:

Extremely thorough team that takes there time to learn about your company and your needs. The interview and screening process is meticulous and the testing results they provide truly help you decide on the best candidates. I HIGHLY recommend this firm!

Nachteile:

No Cons.. they are amazing and the price is very fair. We've tried alot of firms and this crew is by far the best.

The hire talent is an excellent resource and tool to assess potential new hires.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of use of the software and the quick and easy set up they help you take care of. I like the quick turnaround times after that new potential hire takes assessment tests. I like the fact that you can talk to staff to get more input on the results of the tests. The entire staff at new hire talent is awesome to work with.

Nachteile:

The only thing I do not like about the software, is that it's not a bulletproof way to hire or not hire an employee. You have to use it as a tool and utilize all information gathered and then make your decision.

I have found great employees through this testing. They don't always score well on the test.

Vorteile:

I like the breakdown of the candidate's qualities and characteristics. I like how I can get additional feedback and guidance from "The Hire Talent" Staff.

Nachteile:

I don't like the price per test, as I would like to send it to candidates earlier in the interview process but the cost of each test keeps me from doing so.

Very easy to use and effective. The Hire Talent has obviously spent 1000 of hours in research and development.

That I didn't discover it sooner. There aren't any cons in my opinion, this is an amazingly easy solution.

Very pleased with The Hire Talent!

Kommentare: When I started with THT I was completely new to HR, this program has and continues to help me with recruiting. The assessments help vet through so many candidates. Anytime I have a question or need assistance [SENSITIVE CONTENT]/and the team have been there for me.

Vorteile:

My number 1 favorite thing about "The Hire Talent" is the customer service! Anytime I have a question or need assistance someone normally answers right away. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has the best video tutorials. I like having all my candidates for each job posting easy to see and find. I believe that the assessments have helped us dramatically in hiring the right candidates.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to find candidates even if they are archived from the search bar. This is not possible now and I have to unarchive a job to find the candidate.

Thankfully we were able to get it solved that same day. Are you still having that issue? Let me know so I can look into it. Definitely don't want any hangups on the tests!

Worth investing in

Kommentare: Overall I definitely think it is worth the investment. We've been able to make smarter hires for some critical roles such as sales and customer support. The cost is offset in the long run since there is lower turnover so we end up saving a ton on recruiting and training.

Vorteile:

We've been using The Hire Talent to administer assessments to new candidates as part of their interview process. The reports we receive provide valuable insight into the thinking process of the new-hire and help us predict how successful that hire could be in that specific role.

Nachteile:

There aren't too many problematic red flags, just a few minor things that come to mind. I think the client portal could use some updating. It isn't the most intuitive interface. Also one the reports, there is a section for "chance of a good hire". These numbers often seem like a shocker compared to how the person had performed on some parts of the assessment, so I'd say not to read too much into that score.

Great Applicant Screening Tool

Kommentare: The service is easy to use, tests are affordable, test results are in my inbox almost immediately, and customer service has been responsive.

Vorteile:

We have used the Detail Skills test to screen applicants for our medical front desk position. It is a very good measure of attention to detail-quite difficult for many people, as it turns out. A high score on the test has meant a good fit for us. Some of our applicants have complained that the instructions for taking the test were misleading and hard to follow-that too has been a helpful part of our screening process. If they can't follow the instructions, they aren't likely to succeed in the job.

Nachteile:

The online customer portal was still in development last time I logged on-I wasn't able to find past test results. It's not a big problem, because all results have been emailed anyway.

Great Customer Service

Vorteile:

It digs deep into strengths and weaknesses of the candidate, but what I really like is the fact that I don't just receive a paper assessment. I have the ability to reach out to the team who has always been a huge help in helping us understand areas where we need a little more explanation. Awesome Customer Service from the start!!!

It was a little hard to understand what I was look at when the results came back in.

This really helps when evaluating candidates . In the past I was flying blindly when it came to recruitment. Without any incite it is very hard to create unique questions to dig more into someone's experience and unique skillsets. These tools really helped me prepare for interviews and get to know candidates better

It takes a little time and practice to get it all down but it is well worth it

Great Value for the Price

Kommentare: The Hire Talent assessment tools have helped us to determine the skill levels of our clerical/administrative candidates. It helps us to determine if their skills are where we need them to be before hiring them, which saves us time and cost in training those whose skill level may not be as strong as presented. The minimal cost for the assessment is nothing compared to the cost of hiring someone only to find out they are not as proficient as you had been lead to believe.

Vorteile:

The customer service is very responsive and helpful. They helped us to find just the right pre-employment screening tools that we needed for our situation. The implementation was extremely fast and easy, and the price is perfect for an organization on a tight budget like we are.

Nachteile:

I would like it if there was a link where I could see our billing information online. Additionally, I have noticed that some of the items being screened for could be up to the users interpretation. For example, in the proofreading assessment they are looking for some things to be capitalized that in some circumstances might not be. One specific example is that the words "call center" could be a specific location name needing to be capitalized or just a general place that do not. Because of this, I review each specific question missed when reviewing a candidate's results.
