Ease of doing business with MGN Logistics
Kommentare: We have been doing business with MGN for many years now and could not be happier as every year we see improvements. MGN handles our entire logistics needs and has provided outstanding service. We have seen our bottom line improve and our customers very happy with the freight costs. It took us awhile to get on board with the web portal provided but now we couldn't live without it. The portal provides our customer service department with real time data and provides our accounting department accurate information long before the invoice. As the manager I receive several management reports that allow me to review our entire logistics arena. The nice thing about MGN is it looks to constantly improve and stay ahead of the curve. I would highly recommend MGN and wouldn't hesitate to speak with any potential client about the benefits of using MGN. They receive an A plus rating from us.

Great support from MGN, their expertise and customer service allows us to concentrate on other aspects of our day to day operation.
MGN has always been a great partner in customizing their work to fit our needs. We have multiple locations and organizations that they have assisted us with. Their help has been key in keeping these partnerships and the transitions involved as seamless as possible.
Easy to use web platform.
Reporting tools with great visibility.
Great staff that is willing to work through the challenges we face.
Staff understands our business model.
Nachteile: A bit cumbersome to do manual updates, this has since been resolved.

Been using the product for a few years now and don't plan on using any other.
Easy to use, awesome customer service. Always there to help regardless of the situation including pulling off a few miracles when I was entering late freight requests.
Keeps customer info making it easy to do repeat shipments. Saves me a huge amount of time from previous paper BOL's
Nachteile: Doesn't have all the categories for classes. (However, they are always willing to enter which ones you request, so not really any cons)

Very positive experience. Saves us time and money

Vorteile: Very user friendly. Dashboard allows senior management to analyze and understand how freight impacts our bottom line and make key decisions with our customers . For a small business to have someone help us understand and manage our freight is super valuable.
Nachteile: Ability to edit freight requests online after they have been submitted, today we have to call those changes in.

It is easy to use
The people are very helpful and easy to work with
The pull down for the item descriptions
Having to measure the skids whether we are paying the freight or if it's a collect shipment
not being able to go in and cancel or make any changes to what is put into the system
