Neccessary to use if you don't know how to use html coding
Kommentare: My eBay listings look professional and secure.
Vorteile:
Crazylister links directly to your eBay listings. You can upload and go. It's live within minutes.
Nachteile:
The cost. It's expensive for what it is. And it doesn't link to Amazon or Etsy or you personal website. Ebay only.
Brilliant software and service !!!
Kommentare: Ease of use and really stands out from the competition. Really wish that the company could expand and include Amazon integration in the near future as well.

The software is very easy to use and there are tons of features that can help you with your online business. This is one of the best software I have been using with my ecommerce business.
Nachteile:
Maybe in the near future the software can be integrated with video services like Animoto ... It'll be an added feature that can be used for video marketing. Also, it might be a good idea if we can integrate it with Amazon as well ... because at the moment, it is geared to eBay only ...
Was told by Crazylister my listings would import no problem, then became a 5 month issue with code

Vorteile:
Predesigned Template switching ease of use of templates for listings. I like the speed of the online software once its loaded and the feature to save a lot of templates to use for different marketing and styles of listings
Nachteile:
Initially, I was disappointed after signing up due to the promise the company made about being able to import my listings from Ebay to Crazylister which did not go smoothly. I had to edit 1960 listings manually which defeated the purpose of the import feature due to their software not being able to import text out of a legacy template I used on all 1963 listings. I asked for a credit after I spent approx1-2 min per listing totaling 3840 min (64 hours) and about 50 hours on the Ebay side finding out why my listings still had active content after the import to Crazylister. After asking for some type of credit for the issue no credit was issued toward my billing after going through all of the above. I like the software (now that I fixed all of my listings that did not import correctly) but still feel letdown by the staff of their promise. I am not sure I am going to continue my annual service when I dont use it more than at the most 4x month. I might look elsewhere for a template service. I dont like writing bad reviews but I had to after what I went through.

Kommentare: Overall, I've thoroughly enjoyed using CrazyLister. The bulk feature is by far one of the best features I've ever used in a listing application!
Vorteile:
The feature I find most helpful with this software is the bulk listing feature and variations. It makes listing multiple items, even in different variations such as colors, so easy when they're being listed and managed in bulk!
Nachteile:
The mobile format for some templates don't display like they should or as expected. I wish more work could be implemented in the mobile user area so the templates don't clash.

Easily the best product on the market of its kind
Kommentare: Professional looking listings with our own branded touch. Fully eBay compliant.
Vorteile:
Easy to use and no need to faff around with HTML for hours on end. The premade templates are also an excellent starting point to build on.
Nachteile:
The mobile optimisation is nowhere near as good as advertised and tends to truncate all widgets and other items into a small area making it unusable.

very fast making listings. i like the variety and style of the themes. i like that i have premade listings of me.
Nachteile:
the price, i would like it to be half. also i would like to be able to control the ebay listing as a whole and not just to make the item description part.
just what we needed for eBay listings
Vorteile:
once it's set up, it's easy and error free. It was a bit tricky, but enables us to send very nice variation ads directly to eBay.
Nachteile:
it's fine for what it does actually....I do wish the templates were a bit more flexible, with pre-filling conditions and attributes - I guess I could just make more templates!

Kommentare: My overall experience so far with CrazyLister has been wonderful. I've gotten rid of tons of products and I've gained also from this software.
Vorteile:
What I love most about Crazylister is you can drag and drop any of your products your willing to sell. This software works mostly from Ebay and Amazon. You can sell any products from small to bulk size which is convenient and can help get rid of a good quantity of products and it's fast, easy and simple to get rid of these products. I am a seller and a product tester, so this software has been a huge help with disposing and receiving multiple products.
Nachteile:
The only downfalls is sometimes you don't run into the most honest people and you do not get paid....fortantly Ebay and Amazon customer service helps out a lot when it comes to products and being paid back for these items thankfully.

This helps do what one person can't possibly do on their own. It makes mass listing/editing/general selling on ebay much more efficient. My mom runs a small online business from home and she has enjoyed using this very much.

I didnt care for their logo on the listings. Customer support responded with a generic message
Superior Customer Service
Kommentare: My overall experience with CrazyLister has been very positive. It has allowed me to design a very professional Listing Frame for my eBay account. It is easy to make changes, and to create a library for future Listings. It will allow me to expand my eCommerce efforts into additional product lines (professional Listing Frames customized for each), and eventually I will be able to expand to additional sites.
Vorteile:
I wanted a software Listing Tool that would allow me to customize my eCommerce Selling on eBay. I had previously used 2 other services (Auctiva and SixBit), but after using them each for at least a year, would finally get frustrated with their poor Customer Service: my questions rarely got answered, or were answered with a pre-canned response that did not directly answer my initial question. At CrazyLister, I was impressed with how quickly somebody would get back to me with an answer to my questions. This was a VERY dramatic difference from my previous experiences. I have received the same great Customer Service several months after starting service with CrazyLister. They have been very helpful.
Nachteile:
Overall the CrazyLister Service is very good 4.5 Stars out of 5 Stars), but like any software product, there are some minor areas which I would like to see improved. This involves editor options for Listings - no capability to color text is 1 example. In the Listing Frame area which is very easy to use, I would again like a little more flexibility to create clored "boxes' (zones with color - no border), but could not accomplish that. Overall their system is very good compared to others that I have previously used. The only major surprise was that I could not see my frame via "HTML" in CrazyLister, which I would have liked, so that I could make some minor tweaks to the overall Listing Frame - again, an editor issue.
Learning tools are poor. Explanations are poor. When I contact support I am always confused.

The proclaimed results are just what I need. I was looking for something to quickly and easily get my eBay listings to pass the eBay requirements. And in addition make it easy to build new listings and clean up old listings. Your product claims to do all this, if it did it would be great, but it does not.
Nachteile:
The actual results is not the same as the proclaimed results. The auto filtering out of terms etc failed from the beginning. The responses from support are often confusing and don't answer the asked question. Many things it seems support seems to think users should be born knowing how to do things. The software does not really allow for serious customizing of store site. Zero help with store home pages. Added phone numbers and websites getting us in big trouble with eBay. I could go on but I have work to do.

CrazyLister does not autofilter out texts such as phone numbers or email addresses but we do have a Find & Replace tool just like eBay does which allows you to do this in bulk. In fact, CrazyListers Find & Replace tool will sort through all of your listings, where as eBays tool works 20 listings at a time. Very user friendly, you do not have to be a computer wiz to use Crazy Lister. I feel Crazy Lister makes my store stand out from the rest with the ability to add video and photos easily, add clickable links and very easy to go in and edit any template. Crazy Lister works well for me so far without having to spend thousands too have someone design a template for me.
Nachteile:
What I like least is it is a little hard to get elements perfectly lined up in a row so they look professional, maybe I don't quite now what I'm doing? the other thing is when I edit text in a headline the text element box seems to move or drag a bit if your not real careful.

I use CrazyLister for selling on eBay and Amazon and it has saved me a lot of time. The software is easy to use and the listings looks professional.
Nachteile:
It works best when you're using it on a desktop. Using CrazyLister on my phone was a huge hassle and not worth my time.

Long time customer - Very Satisfied - Great Service
Kommentare: The customer support puts this service over the top for me. If I ever have any issues support team are on top of it. This software has created so much value for our company, and we are overall extremely pleased.
Vorteile:
I love how you can create new listings and great looking designs seamlessly. It gives us a platform to present our offerings in a very professional manner.
Nachteile:
There was a bit of learning process and adjusting to the system when they overhauled compatibility to Ebay.
Does what is says and is easy to use.
Kommentare: Increased listing time and increased views and click through rate. I've also seen an increase in sales since using this software.
Vorteile:
I like the simple drag and drop design. Nothing complicated about that part. Good amount of icons that I can add to the template. I also like the photo editing features.
Nachteile:
What I least like about this software is that when switching to mobile, you have to configure everything on the page. Some of the icons disappear or you have yo highlight the page to find it.

The ability to make bulk changes straight to EBay! With over 3000 products it's very time consuming to make individual changes to every item offered. Crazy Lister makes our job 10 times easier. We also have various templates that Jaz up the look of our EBay listings that are customizable and user friendly.
Great if you don't know basic HTML

1. If you know basic HTML and don't have over 15 products it's not really worth it. 2. Didn't notice much of a conversion increase when ran the same product (one basic HTML listing and one made on CrazyLister.

I Started using CL 3 years ago and it drastically improved my ebay sales.
Kommentare: This software has drastically improved my ebay sales in turn making me more money! Whqt more could you ask for. A fantastic product. Also in the easrly stages the customer support was so quick, friendly and accurate.
Vorteile:
How easy it is to use and create professionally looking designs. Without having previous design experience i have created many listing templates which look like theyve been created by a graphic designer. I also really like how easy it is to keep the design consistent for multiple listings and just changing items specifics.
Nachteile:
Nothing. I like everything. Unfortunatley i cant write much more in this section as i am such a big fan and cant think of anything that can be improved

Had to get used to it when building a page in the beginning. This took me a little while as it was not the same as other builders I had used.

It's VERY easy to use. Even for someone like me who knows zero about html and writing code. I am a visual person, and for people like me, this auction listing builder is SO easy to use.

It does much of the work for you. There are many categories available to choose from...not many for generic stores.

It is hard to edit the templates. The instructions are not explicit for smooth editing.

It's glitchy. The concept is great, but it doesn't work so well

Drag and drop, WYSIWYG editor is what we want. We subscribe because we dont want to code pages for eBay.
Nachteile:
It's glitchy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Your backward browser compatibility isn't strong enough.

My experience has helped me greatly in my eBay sales of 2017
Vorteile:
One of the things I like exclusively appreciate about Crazylister is the ease of its portal for first time users to create listings with nice templates that can be used on websites like eBay. I have been able to successfully create templates and effectively use them to acquire sales.
Nachteile:
I don't have any real complaints about Crazylister, but if I had to express a future challenge, I would state that more options for creating would be nice, especially with technology being ever changing. Competition is always there, whether it is attracting new clientele or just keeping up with the market need.
