Wow! Just the easiet VPN I've ever configured

Kommentare: We use ZeroTier to run our small company VPN network with a few dozens of devices. I was looking for the easiest way to setup the network, found ZeroTier and super happy with it so far.

Vorteile:

- super easy to configure - works on all platforms - cheap

Nachteile:

- because it's cheap, the admin UI also looks pretty cheap, but it works

Really powerful

Vorteile:

- very powerful - lightweight software - flexible (cross-platform)

Nachteile:

- user interface is not so great - can be confusing to understand - strong learning curve

Es un software muy potente para la creación de redes virtuales privadas.

Nachteile:

Se desconectan los hosts en ocasiones, aunque vuelve a reconectar rápidamente. También me he encontrado que no inicia el servicio en ocasiones.

ZeroTier the best solution to create networks

Vorteile:

I liked the service provided by this company. it solves the problem of transferring DATA, providing access of over office pc to one another computer, etc. all over the world at very least cost and easy manner.

Nachteile:

The user interface may be improved if it provides members added option in different tab after signing, else it's pretty good also if provide virtual name for Different IPs it most useful.

The best Open Source I will pay for

Kommentare: After 3 years of using it, I can't conceive of any project that doesn't include Zerotier.

Vorteile:

Easy implementation on Linux, Windows and Android. You can create your own self-hosted networks, without resorting to the provider's platform. The free version is modest, you can have 25 nodes (workstations, servers, smartphones) and have everything on a local network with a segment of IPs that adapt to the network requirements. Additionally, you can create 3 networks completely segmented and disconnected from the others. Latency is much lower when nodes can communicate with each other. It has a very active community, product development and ability to patch issues is very good.

Nachteile:

It does not have a graphical interface for self-hosting. But if you can install the self-hosted service, you can manage or program a graphical interface for your organization.

Can be a better solution than VPN

Kommentare: I've used Zerotier to link remote PCs to file shares, databases, license servers, and more. It's my first choice when a customer needs specific remote access to one machine across the public internet.

Vorteile:

Zerotier solves the secure connection over public network problem in a way that VPN does not. For direct machine-to-machine connections, it is simple and reliable.

Nachteile:

I wish setting up my own "moon" were a little easier. Having to go to the main web site to make networking changes is not as private as I would like.

Kommentare: Easy to virtual connect machines across the world.

Vorteile:

Crazy easy to set up using their online service. Great for connecting multiple remote machines to the same "network".

Nachteile:

Weird licensing. "Free" tier is only for non-commercial.

Vorteile:

Lo versatil y amigable que es la aplicación, lo estable que se mantiene; no se pierde comunicación entre equipos y por supuesto es muy segura.

Nachteile:

Todo me gusta, no tengo ninguna queja de la aplicación y su estabilidad.

Easy to use for any user

Kommentare: I have been using it for less than six months, but it has become indispensable in my work. With this, I don't have much need to upload my personal stuff to any cloud.

Vorteile:

I can access my computer at home from my phone at the office and from my own office computer. It is easy to configure and install. You do not need the help of a special technician. It is a true remote access VPN.

Nachteile:

Nothing, it serves its purpose. Perhaps they can have a more attractive graphical interface. However this does not detract from this product.
