Kommentare: GOIS Pro is the necessary flexible inventory tool that keeps pace in our construction environment. This software could be used in other applications that require "boots on the ground" materials management supported by multi-departmental back office teams. The MetaOption team delivers textbook customer service and high-quality resolutions with impressive lead times. The Construction Services Group is very thankful for all MetaOption does to support us with GOIS and modules, and looking forward to more in the future !

Vorteile:

The MetaOption GOIS Pro and its modules provides AllWeather Contractors Construction Services Group a user-friendly catalogue capability, requestor & approver checkpoints and robust back-office support functionality. GOIS Pro is an intuitive software with helpful how-to resources and straightforward functionality, great for getting things operational ASAP.

Nachteile:

There is no capability to reverse certain actions, but it is not detrimental to the overall operation. (once a purchase order is closed, it cannot be re-opened or modified)Superseded items and alternate product mapping could be improved.

GOIS is critical for managing inventory in our small business

Kommentare: GOIS picked up the ball in terms of inventory management where Quickbooks left off. Our entire team uses it daily all day long. We would be lost without it.

Vorteile:

We tried using Advanced Inventory in Quickbooks, but quickly became frustrated with the clumsiness of it and the lack of being able to get the information out of it that we wanted quickly and/or w/out having to run a bunch of reports. We are a new, small business - we do not have the budget to spend on the more expensive inventory mgmt softwares available. We are very pleased with the functionality of this program and how much it has helped us manage our inventory and orders. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! You will not get the kind of customer service GOIS provides anywhere else.

Nachteile:

I wish there were better/more reporting options (similar to what QB offers). We only use a few of the reports available, the rest do not give us the data we need. I believe there is room for improvement here. The ability to adjust columns (hide/adjust width) and or create a custom report on your own would be beneficial too.

What i liked most about this software is the ability to have it all on multiple devices.

Kommentare: Overall experience is very good. System has worked ver well for the time I have used it ( 6 years). But in the last 6 months - 1 year, the same issue has arisen. Emailing of invoices has crashed 2 times. Currently it hasn’t worked for about 10 days with unknown repair time. Invoices are pulling up and just wish it was working.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, both mobile and deck top versions. Able to complete sales wand inventory controls in the field which is very helpful. Reports are very nice and detailed for my needs.

Nachteile:

Would like to have the ability to permanently delete customers that haven’t been active for years.

Kommentare: Our Small Healthcare company was looking for an inventory system that had a web platform and found GOIS-Pro. We've not been disappointed with the quality and support from this software.

Vorteile:

It's functionality, and it's mobility!

Nachteile:

Reports are great, just a little challenging to find the right one.

Very good for mobile users

Kommentare: I have been using GOIS-Pro for quite sometime now. Using its iPhone app I can have full control over my inventory even when I am on the move. Also, I find its payment options very economical, and it takes me a subscription cost of only $15 per month for 1 user, 50 product items and appx 50 MB storage space to manage my bakery business efficiently.(P.S. most our items are perishable, so need better inventory management)
