Kommentare: Good so far.

Vorteile:

Easy to manoeuvre. Up to date interface/ display and you can adapt it to suit your business.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to switch currencies at the invoice level., not just on settings

Terrifying Provet Cloud user experience!

Kommentare: This product has been 4-5 years on the market. Yet it seems like it is a pre pre ß-version.
For the vets and the clinic- it slows down tasks, make the process messy and worst of all, you are not sure if everything was covered. Did I miss something? Did I notice everything in the the history, previous lab results, medications, etc., Really terrifying experience

Vorteile:

Hard to find much good. Some ready integration with lab- and payment solutions

Nachteile:

Very messy user panel, several clicks for simple tasks, the overall feeling is "I am lost". E.g finding lab or pathology results is sometimes just not possible, you don't find the path. Prescribing drugs is just basics, you cannot rep your tasks Finding diagnosis etc is a hell. You'd better know what to look for to make a search, well yeah, the you should not even have to search, do you? And so on and so fourth. And about the support: yes they may answer, but with these massive problems, who cares anymore - you get exhausted and feel it is not the task of the end users to do the development work.

Old Dog

Vorteile:

Access to the system is easy and file attachments very easy and time-efficient compared to what we had before.

Nachteile:

Not really the software, but I am an old dog having to learn new tricks. Not really set up for a multi-branch practice yet, but problems are worked upon straight away.

Review

Kommentare: Booking confirmation to patients gave less missed appointments. More flexible than our previous system though there are still some annoying bugs in the system which takes time to get solved.

Vorteile:

Article management, booking of patients, lab integration

Nachteile:

The new look implemented today, it's just a grey mass of text, this was not an improvment for the users. Colours hard to separate from each other the look almost the same. Stock management do not work properly wheen have two different sites. Scheduling when updates need to be done on existing schedule with bookings already done.

Provet Cloud

Kommentare: Excellent, the product works well. They are receptive to improvements and feedback and are continually moving the product forward. The UI is one of the best in the veterinary market.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and very intuitive compared to a lot of the competing tools. Patient management is excellent. Consultation flow works well although some tools for reducing missed/miss charging would be beneficial here. API is one of the best for veterinary software. The team are always working on more integrations which generally work well without issue.

Nachteile:

More data accessible via the API. Some tools for billing rules (not just templates) to reduced the chance of missed items. Label printing can be buggy at points.

Tough start, worth it in the end

Kommentare: Once you get to know the system and have experience working in it, it adds a good flow to your working routine.

Vorteile:

- The fact that it can be customized to fit different purposes - you are able to create a Provet page for each clinic within your hospital where each one has it owns settings according to the need of the users. - That you can integrate your referrals straight into the software and send email replies through it without having to deal with a separate email. - You can continue to alter some parts of the software.

Nachteile:

- You need a lot of assistance/training when you start using the software, it's not logical to understand by itself. - Even though it's positive to be able to continue to adapt the software as you go along, it also makes it difficult for the users to keep up. - Online platform makes it vulnerable.

Everything a clinic would ever need and more!

Kommentare: Clients do forget their consultations if not reminded, this way it is very easy to plan their visits. Also we can do trending and all the things to follow up a patient. At the moment it is a bit hard to forget your clients past issues, as they are always on cloud so you can get more complete history based on an actual data, not just what the owner says. Clients feel more comfortable when you know about their pets health problems in advance so they think you remember them. That way they are more than happy to stay in your clinic.

Vorteile:

Cloud based, fully automated and very comprehensive. It is developed very user friendly. Possibility for lab equipment connection.

Nachteile:

Lack of separate field for annual vaccination and separate reminder for that. Otherwise fully complete.

Kommentare: My assessment is very positive because it has made our work much easier and we can also have all the tests done on a patient together in it's file to access them whenever needed.

Vorteile:

the option to create templates to write the clinical exam more quickly and accurately

Nachteile:

Difficulties do connect with Idexx station.

Kommentare: Very pleased, and would recommend time and time again.

Vorteile:

Having used a number of PMSs, I never fail to be impressed by the ease of use of the software, and intuitive functionality.

Nachteile:

It would be good to be able to manually enter the species. Working with zoo and exotics, the species and breed selection drop-downs prove very limited; most of my patients are 'mammal - other'

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

Setting up the business settings is very complicated. There are still many defects that make daily activities very difficult, many errors and the customer support is unable to give advise/help in these problems. Does not work with IDEXX external laboratories yet as the system is now under some changes.

Nice and Sleek Multipurpose Product

Vorteile:

Easy to use, nice feedback system and pleasant aesthetic.

Nachteile:

Customer management needs more improvement, categorization of clients would save a lot of time when performing accounting. Also schedule feature should be revised for easier and flexible use.

I am quite pleased

Kommentare: Generally easy to use and easy to make costumer bills. All employees can use it in different rooms at same time.

Vorteile:

You can use it anywhere...at work, at home. If ther are days off at work, it is good to see what's coming next day.

Nachteile:

The bills you have confirmed you can´t deleted. Sometimes happends that double bills, and it is hard to fix them. Would be better if ther are possibility to delate wrong or double bills.

Vorteile:

It looks nice. When You learn more about the cloud more, it gets easier.

Nachteile:

The billing does not function like it should. It could be made more easy. When You want to look at past patients, it's too messy to find.

Kommentare: Too many unsolved problems.

Vorteile:

Price, cheaper than Provetnet. More modern look than in Provetnet.

Nachteile:

Not suitable for equine practice, mostly horses but allso smalll animals.

I think it's a very complicated system. It demands a lot of "clicks" to get anywhere.

Kommentare: I'm not sure there are any benefits yet!

Vorteile:

That you can order lab tests directly in the system and the price will attached automatically. It is rather simple, when you get that far, to have the contact with the customers insurance company. I think the system we used before (Trofast) has a lot of more "shortcuts" that saved us a lot of time.

Nachteile:

All these "clicks". Everything take a lot more time to do now, earlier I used the system Trofast. I spend a lot of more time at the computor desk today, than with our earlier system.

Easy to use and simple in all way. Missing some connections (pharmaca, Kennel Club, insurances).

Kommentare: Customers like it, simple in practice, good raports.

Purchace and start was really easy. Simple to use and good raports for all needs. Customer service excellent!

Nachteile:

Web time appointment (clumsy and old looking), I desided not to use it. Waiting for important connections to come...

Using Provet Cloud

Kommentare: Provet Cloud is primary made for small animal clinics, what's harmful. I have asked some modifications, but at least yet they had happened.

Vorteile:

I like most that I can send files via email.

Nachteile:

Least I like that software is often slow.

provet cloud is easy to use. whenever i encounter problem, help is always there.

Nachteile:

there is no clinical template in english language.

From a laboratory worker...

Kommentare: Some problems when we searching for lab analysis. I'm working with the laboratory analysis and try to get it better.

Vorteile:

That it is a lot of possibilities to get the software as we want it. Easy to fill in laboratory answers. I like that all analysis can go over automatically from the IDEXX system.

Nachteile:

Sometimes many "clicks" to get to the right place....

Quite flexible

Kommentare: From all clinic programs I`ve tried this is the one which correlates with our need. The team is very supportive and trys to help and fulfill every wish :) Some features need to be approached around the corner but if we had a good internet connection, this would not be an issue.

Vorteile:

Simple, correlates with our needs. Helps count the remedies amount and cost.

Nachteile:

It`s sometimes difficult to correct the mistakes one has done but it will be easier if you get used to the whole program.
