Kommentare: We use it a lot, and it is a good go-to place to put information for future use.
Vorteile:
Great information fields. A place to keep contacts, and who they are, and how to reach them.
Nachteile:
Could use more q&a on tasks. I wonder if there are a lot of other Q&A to list

Kommentare: Decent so far. Had some problems with pulling accurate reports for a month.
Vorteile:
Keeps me up to date with tasks. I enjoy the overall functionality.
Nachteile:
Seems to be a little strange on the mobile app. Sometimes saves many times for same entry. I'm used to Salesforce and this has many stripped down features that I would like to see.
Review from a Sales perspective
Kommentare: overall the experience is okay. It allows me to track active projects from beginning to end. I would like to have access to current/past client data as well as prospecting lists all in one spot on a mobile app, preferably with a map interface to make calling on clients easier.
Vorteile:
The software is easy for new users to pick up. All of the necessary fields are available. I really like the analytical data on the home page as well as the reports. this is helpful on the backend to track close rates, etc.
Nachteile:
The feature that give us trouble is when we rebid work. There are to many areas that can be selected for bid dates. This software lacks the CRM portion for field sales, i.e. mobile app, prospecting data, current customer data, and map interface with a client list. We only track active projects. The software is also finnicky when adding new client information under a company. The software does not make it simple to see the entire pipeline in my dashboard unless I have a followup date. I would prefer it be on my dashboard regardless of dates so if there is a change in people we don't have projects fall through the cracks.

The updates are always requires while one work at a particular data set of requirement.K means clustering is sometimes missing.
FollowUp Power Review
Kommentare: I have been enjoying the software, I hope I had something similar 15 - 20 years ago, working life is a lot easier now.
Vorteile:
That I am able to track all projects and contacts
Nachteile:
The Office 365 Email option, I do not use it, since I keep all email in outlook.

Using the Followup CRM
Kommentare: Overall this is a great system for sending out proposals to the client with A Professional look.
Vorteile:
I love how I can enter pictures and add my deficiencies and when you add the square footage or EACH it totals out the price for that measurement. You can also adjust the time and materials.
Nachteile:
I didn't like how sometimes when you adjust the labor time and update deficiencies it will back the number back down to what it thinks the time should be.
Best for Commercial Contractors
Kommentare: It does the job, and keeps all the reporting in one place so estimators and sales people aren't loosing paper copies everywhere or keeping files on their devices. Better accountability and insights into project timelines.
Vorteile:
The nice thing about this software is that it houses all the information on a cloud based system so everyone can access it on the go from ipads. I really like that it has a lot of analytics information regarding what category of jobs are being closed and by whom. It also can integrate with Outlook, and I am pretty sure it works with Google products as well.
Nachteile:
It has a very cut down to the bones look. It works great, but they still have limited integrations with other softwares yet. It also works best for commercial jobs, so if you also do residential it's not as useful.
Regional Manager
Kommentare: I have been using it over the past 6 months with minimal training I think there is more for me to learn I need just to sit and try a few things

I thinks a 1800 help line should be on the front page even though their is a on line agent always there to help

Follow Up Overview
Kommentare: The team at Follow Up is exceptional. Whenever I have an issue my email is responded to to immediately and normally any issue I have is fixed within an hour or less. The best reason to have Follow Up is it allows you to see your entire teams efforts in one spot in real time. There is no waiting for reports, excuses or bragging, you see everything in full color.
Vorteile:
Maintains expectations and accountability for sales and estimating team. Allows each person to be their own time manager and creates access to Sales Manager to observe the success or failure of that management and take corrective action sooner versus later.
Nachteile:
I would like more ease with the calendar and fewer glitches.

Kommentare: I don't know what I'd do without it. The old way of tracking with files & whiteboards is not nearly as effective to keeping me on task in a timely manner with all of my clients.
Vorteile:
The most important feature this software gives me is a at a glance look at my leads. NO ONE is forgotten with using this program.
Nachteile:
It would be nice if my appointments could be automatically synced with my google calendar so that i don't have to enter them in twice.

Followup CRM Review
Kommentare: Very friendly staff, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is great.
Vorteile:
I like how simple the system is to implement and it doesn't try to do everything for you but functions exactly what we needed as a company. Customer service is amazing and the follow up from our account manager has been great. She always is easy to reach and she follows up with meetings to check in on us.
Nachteile:
The reporting is a bit spotty. Most of the time things work but there are times when I need a specific report and it will not populate. Also I had two reports of the same information given me different answers. Our account rep was working on why it was doing that.
Easiest Interface for a CRM
Kommentare: Follow Up Boss has completely changed our business and has allowed us to implement systems to grow/
Vorteile:
It is an open API system meaning you can integrate almost any technology through Zapier
Nachteile:
The possibilities are endless so it can seem overwhelming to start
CRM Software Review
Vorteile:
The thing I like most about it is the way follow ups are done and tracked right in the system but still link to your email so you can do everything right there and the system updates itself that the follow up is done but you can still see it in your email.
Nachteile:
The thing I like least is that there isn't really much of an option to customize fields. If there were some that were completely customizable it would allow clients to use the system in ways it might not naturally work otherwise.
Great CRM Product
Vorteile:
Easy to use, easy to set up. Users like the dashboard and tracking features.
Nachteile:
Exports are not customizable and you cannot create groups of companies for certain areas

FOLLOW-UP POWER
Kommentare: My experience with Follow-Up Power has been pretty good so far. However, I am continuing to get complaints from my sales team about the new mobile app and the difficulties with utilizing it. We no longer can view our report card while out on the road (via mobile app). We are also having difficulty in adding new contacts. I would like to give a thumbs up to Ryan. He has been great and always very helpful!
Vorteile:
Allows me to log in my sales activities for the day. Also, I can get reports on our sales for the day, week or month.
Nachteile:
Mobile app is not very user friendly.

Vorteile:
Pros: It is easy to learn and teach for onboarding. Keeps us organized and assures we keep in contact with our customers
Nachteile:
Cons: new employees found it difficult to learn at first, but caught on quick.

Vorteile:
Very easy to enter new projects and update accordingly.
Nachteile:
Entering updates daily, the system prompts us we are late on an activity even though it is due later that day.
Commercial roof estimating
Kommentare: CRM has improved efficiency in our business and has made it easy to find out where things are at and who is handling certain parts or tasks for projects. When we have run into issues with things or had questions about the software it has been fairly easy to get in contact with someone to help us navigate the software or make changes.
Vorteile:
That to do list is a very nice feature for keeping projects organized. It also helps prioritize what projects need to be done first
Nachteile:
It is frustrating that it does not auto save when you are in a file if you accidentally close out while making a comment or changing names on projects.

40yrs +. Commercial Roofing as Estimator/Project Manager.
I have worked for large and small companies utilizing various forms of bid tracking. This is somewhat intense for my needs but not a cumbersome process.
To be honest I did not use it much this past season but have started off this year with it; Hoping to see trends with respect to the various types of success with various contractors to eliminate sending quotes to contractors that never use our services. I never realized how much I bidding I do for certain general contractors that never give us an opportunity. We also want to see which specific product /system types we tend to be most successful in winning.
I also like the ease of customer base entry when quoting to multiple GC's.
Vorteile:
Ease of information input. I like how it compares my performance to the rest of the company.
Nachteile:
Have not discovered any problems.

Kommentare: Follow Power is the best automation sales tool in the market. The tracking capabilities and the way that is setup give ability to the user to keep track all the clients and bids out and touch them multiple times until is time to close them. Also bring a uniform way to keep people engage to use the sales tools to qualified hard the leads and close them easy.

Since getting on board with FollowUp, we eliminated the "forgetting to follow-up" statement and have increased our sales dramatically. Kommentare: Definitely great tool to increase sales, wish it was a little more customizable... Not a big fan on how dates are showing on new updated version. Wish it can be linked to other email than just outlook.
