Rota Planning with Ease

Kommentare: We used rotacloud and left due to the HR provider having their own rota planner, however this was short lived and we soon came back.

Vorteile:

- easy to use admin - easy to use for employees - simple

Nachteile:

There is nothing I don't like about rotacloud.

RotaCloud - A Simple and Effective Payroll Solution

Kommentare: RotaCloud is a very user friendly system covering most of our requirements for Staff time management and payroll as well as other areas that we wouldn't necessarily expect from this type of product.
I still find it both visually appealing and easy to use despite the fact that it has many complex skills and features 'under the bonnet'.
They are also very open to update suggestions and engagement which is clearly something that has kept us onboard as it has evolved over the last 4 years.
More of the same in the next 4 years please!

Vorteile:

The user interface was great and still is. Implementation was very straightforward. It has all the features we were after compared to the other products we looked at and the administration of these has generally been quite straightforward. The team behind the curtain were very helpful and communication during set up and the following months was excellent.

Nachteile:

There were initially some teething issues with our business as we are a Private Charity Nursing Home with very specific staffing needs. This made fitting into RotaCloud take some getting used to rather than buying a bespoke product. However, one of the Pros to come out of any of the Cons is that the team are very hands on with customer issues and product updates initially came thick and fast. Nearly all of our early problems were addressed, resolved or a workaround found. I now look forward to what software updates are incoming to further improve our day to day use.

Rotacloud is the Best

Kommentare: Rotacloud has made doing Rotas and wages far easier and quicker. The customer service level is brilliant, always on hand if you need any help

Rotacloud does everything for you. By far the best software to manage Staff Rota / Wages

Nachteile:

Everything about Rotacloud is great, nothing to dislike

Gone from paper timesheets to a clock in software

Kommentare: overall set up was pretty easy and day to day usage is good

Vorteile:

the app for staff, easy to amend rotas live so all can see. ask for shifts and publish to staff to claim. easy reports for monthly payroll

Nachteile:

working out different levels for the team and integrating into payroll but once i had it explained to me it was very simple

Excellent support

Kommentare: Excellent Support, Easy to use, user-friendly. Very helpful in reducing time monitoring holidays, and calculating staff's salaries due.

Vorteile:

Simple, Easy access to update, and easy for our staff to access

Nachteile:

We found nothing was f too challenging to use

A product u dont realise u need until u have tried it

Kommentare: I cannot fault the system it does work flawlessly and they are open to ideas and try developing them so I couldn't ask for more great team doing an amazing job well done guys

Vorteile:

It seems to be one of them products that I want you have tried it you don't realize how much you needed it and then if you try stepping backwards are not using it going back to your old way you soon miss it all the information seems to be there when you need it stuff I responsible for their own clocking in and out and any issues that I have had with it I've been user errors even though I have annoyed the rotacloud team thinking it was some glitch and the fact that staff can request their holidays in advance and it stops of spotting them into them shifts

Nachteile:

The only issue I find is when I do need some advice on their live chat it seems to be out of business hours and I think by the time most business owners get chance to do anything it is out of business hours especially smaller businesses

Excellent System , easy to Use

Kommentare: Overall a very positive experience. We get a lot less mistakes with the clock in and outs compared to our old system, which means that it's a lot quicker to do the sense checks and approve time sheets each week prior to payroll.

Vorteile:

Ability to easily schedule shifts and share these shifts with employees. The clocking in terminal on the ipad makes it very simple for Employees to clock in and out for breaks and when they arrive and leave with minimal mistakes.

Nachteile:

Would have preferred either fingerprint or facial recognition for verification of employee presence at the clocking in and out terminal. Also, the fact that you can't edit mistakes on things like peoples break clock ins / outs until the end of their shift is quite annoying.

Good shift management system for arts organisations

Kommentare: Its a really good system for our venue (performing arts) that is popular with all our users. The support is quick, helpful and friendly.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and is popular with our full-time staff and our freelance and casual staff. Easy to see who is called and when and what work they are going to be doing.

Nachteile:

The desktop interface could do with a bit of updating to show a bit more information and some different options (views) for how the information is displayed.

Get time back for other tasks

Kommentare: Fantastic, great team. They are so good it feels like we are part of the same company sometimes! They are fun, very helpful and well mannered! I love customer service and this team are a great example of how a company should project those skills.

Vorteile:

I love that rotacloud has allowed me to gain time back for other responsibilities. It makes rota writing so much easier and quicker, helping my work load be more manageable.

Nachteile:

I would say our staff would raise issues because they are reluctant to use the excellent help section. I personally do advise to use the product on the laptop rather than the app for those who struggle with mobile tech.

Fantastic Product

Kommentare: Excellent, everything is great and so easy to use. The training and support that you get is second to none

Ease of use, clear reports and systems. Easy for staff to use and very user friendly.

Nachteile:

I would like there to be folders or the ability to create folders in the staff areas or for policies in the document section

Brilliant Tool

Kommentare: Fantastic. Rotas used to be a sweat and now they are easy

So easy to set up and use and the mobile app makes everything accessible

The thing I didn't like is ..... absolutely nothing. It's a great product

Kommentare: From sales to customer service to using RotaCloud - great experience, will recommend to anyone!

Vorteile:

After using an Excel spreadsheet for 16+ years - it is a great tool for scheduling shifts.

Nachteile:

A little less visual than a colour coded spreadsheet, but used to it now.

Easy start up and basic function

Kommentare: I will continue to use it, I do like it, I have to say the price hike has given me somewhat of a reflection to have a look elsewhere, but I am still happy with the product itself

Vorteile:

It’s very easy to access, simple tasks are fundamentally accurate - it does take a little bit of working out to begin with - but once you’ve got it it is very simple, Rotas are easy to understand, colour coding for staff positions make the opening page very easy to quickly check when necessary

Nachteile:

The price fluctuates by how many staff you have, which many others do, but I did find a little issue when starting up, quoted one price - charged another as there “was a price change between quote and start up” this was rectified - but then I had to pay extra for some optional features that I had initially been using and had thought were as standard.

After a year of use

Vorteile:

Rotacloud was very simple to set up and very easy to use. Its intuitive and the layout is functional. There are video guidelines to help the set up, and the online support is mostly very quick. Employee online documents are great for storing HR related material and there are options for the employee to sign, so you have proof that they have read the document. Lots of reports on costs, employee lateness and sickness, etc. Shifts are easy to set up and copy.

Nachteile:

Changing pay rates half way through a pay period cannot be done, but this is a mild niggle. A shift week can be copied with ease, but one shift can be copied but not with ease, its a hold the mouse button down and move function. Would be good to have a drop down calendar to enable a single shift to be copied with ease.

Excellent System

Vorteile:

Excellent system, easy and intuitive to set up and manage. Managers love it, staff love it - 24/7 access to rotas & for submitting vacation requests, live updates straight to their phones - and we love it for it's ability to have timed clock-in/out, attendance records, etc for HR management. Saved us so much time and stress, and well worth the investment. Fingers crossed - also not a single glitch since we started using it, c/w 99% of all the other apps, software, systems we use in the business.

Nachteile:

Please add 'Sick Leave' and 'Unpaid Leave' as options in the Edit Shift pop-up on the rotas page!

Made rota organising a lot easier

Kommentare: Great, initially very different to how we managed rota's here but soon got the hang of it, if unsure the support team are at hand and answer / address concerns rapidly.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use. I like how the system emails my individual team members updates of rota changes. My whole team find it easy to use and makes requesting holiday an easier process. Great Support team.

Nachteile:

There areas that could be developed. I would like the system to calculate annual leave off the hours you have created via shifts. Printable rotas for select dates / periods too.

Perfect for hospitality!!

Kommentare: overall perfect i even recommended it to our sister hotel rushton hall and they have the plan and already in process of starting it up.

Vorteile:

holiday requests/ leave. doing the rotas in general.

Nachteile:

if rotacloud also had a finger print system that could link straight up with the cloud based rota would make it a complete system to use and make payroll huge, i do not like the clock in and out on mobile devices because sometime staff can get away with alot of things.

Easy to use staff management software

Kommentare: Staff management is excellent. We'd struggle to complete staff management tasks now without the software and functionality of the software.

Vorteile:

Good to be able to copy shifts forward to cover future weeks. Easy to swap staff from one shift or role to another.

Nachteile:

Nothing to fault really, have looked at other software but RotaCloud continues to meet our needs.

An excellent scheduling software

Vorteile:

How easy it makes planning and publishing rotas along with the benefits for staff to be able to track their schedule and book time off.

Nachteile:

As a manager I find the timesheet option is less intuitive to use.

Easy to set up and easy to use

Kommentare: very pleased with rotacloud, knowing that staff have seen their rota in advance

Vorteile:

ease of use in setting up. staff find it very easy to see schedule, and to pick up shifts where needed

Nachteile:

we are still working on the settings to be able to do the payroll run

Rota Cloud for Heath Care Sector

Kommentare: Very good. Customer service is great but as we grow we would like weekend support as well. we are a 24/7 operation

Vorteile:

Ease of implementation and ease of use. Very Very easy to use

Nachteile:

Some areas are being developed. Would like to be able to put staff changes on in advance so they come into action on the specified date. At present have to sent a reminder in my calendar.Not able to control who picks up available shifts - so don't use this function. We have to consider skill mix in our rotas.We would like a HR option as well but cost is a factor - we are a charity.

RotaCloud for The Chesham Arms

Vorteile:

Great user support, always there to answer any questions.The interface is easy to use and very intuitive.

Nachteile:

I don't know if I could use more features.Also don't know if I could select what features are visible to my staff.

You won t be without it once you try it

Easy to use, practical, multi locations, all employees, documents etc etc etc

Nachteile:

I have not found any part of the system I do not like

Wall Eden - Great Product!

Vorteile:

Fantastic system to manage staff, hours, timekeeping etc - moving from excel to this was a game changer!

Nachteile:

The integration was straight forward - like any platform takes a bit of time to adjust but once there, all is working well.

The best thing since sliced bread!

Kommentare: It is hands down the BEST thing we have ever decided to do, when you run a service that needs operational staff 'on the floor' you need to be able to get your rotas out to staff in the most efficient way possible and rotacloud delivers this, we manage the teams annual leave and subsequent cover shifts and also monitoring spending on casual/part time staff.

Vorteile:

The ease of creating a rota and publishing new shifts for cover.

Nachteile:

So far I have not come across any cons with using this product.
