Kommentare: Looking for sales and support tracking software with a reasonable cost structure. Came across the program on internet search. Watched the movies, checked the facts, signed up for the free program, that isn't really free, just a long trial software. For a program that has been around since 2003 it is extremely poorly documented help files and just learning the paradigm of the program is quite difficult. Most frustrating is the lack of email, anything, in the free version. It also looks very much like there isn't any in the paid version either. And seeing the licence costs have almost doubled, I do not see there is much back room support for existing or new features. The owners need to get their head out of the 19th century and realise there are potential customers outside the US and they don't work the same 12 hours. Given the licencing offers they really should have better access hours.e

Vorteile: It has just about everything a small to medium sized business would need in this type of software. Definitely close to what i need.

Nachteile: Pricey for what they are offering.
No email does surprise me though.
Annoying that they hide the real facts about the "Free" software.

I've been using CRMPRO for about 6 months, it's the best value and great features.

Vorteile: I like all the features, honestly a lot of other CRM systems out there are just contact managers but this one is the real thing. You can create sales pipeline reports, it handles customer service, too as well as email campaigns.

Nachteile: I think their customer service could be better, but they did add an online chat which I have used 3 times. and they always answer the problem to my satisfaction.

Don't waste your money on CRMPRO

Kommentare: Poor. I would never recommend it to anyone. My company is in the process of moving to another CRM.

Vorteile: It is easy to schedule calls but doesn't really offer anything else of value.

Nachteile: Pretty much everything is bad. Their customer service is poor. It is overpriced for the functionality it offers and most of the features like email campaigns are hard to use and limited in what they offer.

Much Better Software Out There - This is Outdated

Kommentare: They are very customer UNFOCUSSED and I don't think I have ever witnessed such poor customer service and lack of empathy before. It's not free after a year and then, when you've got deeply involved you have to pay $24 a month. The layout and software has changed imperceptibly over the 7 or 8 years I used it - at $19.95 a month. I suggest you look at Hubspot which is free to use (you can pay for advanced features) and stays free. For what I want it is far better than PROCRM and it interfaces with Outlook and GMail so you can communicate via email and the communication is stored under the contact. Also much more user friendly. AND the back up (free) is superb - they show how they value a customer.

Vorteile: I am not actively subscribed to this company, but I am looking into subscribing very soon. I love their system.
