Kann ich nicht sagen, da ich meinen Account aj nicht vollständig einrichten konnte.

Nachteile:

Ich konnte meinen Account nicht einrichten, ich hatte ihn mehrfach verifiziert. Als ich nach Lösungen suchte, habe ich keine gefunden in den eingestellten Unterlagen und einen Kunden-Support gibt es nicht.

Personalisierte Newsletter

Kommentare: Mailerlite ist ein sehr einfach zu bedienendes Newsletter-Programm. Falls mal eine Frage in den FAQ's nicht beschrieben ist, hilft der Support sehr schnell weiter.

Vorteile:

Meine Kund*innen kann ich persönlich in meinem Newsletter ansprechen.

Nachteile:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein. Wenn ich eine Idee habe, welche ich nicht lösen kann, dann hilft mir der Support immer sehr schnell weiter.

Better than the rest

Kommentare: Really positive! Mailerlite is very easy to use. I simply set it up for my clients and away they go.

Vorteile:

Unlike many of its competitors, mailerlite includes toold for free that are normally charged for - such as dripfeeding emails.

Nachteile:

Sometimes logging in can send me in a circle.

Kommentare: Overall Mailerlite is a top-notch email marketing tool for a very affordable price.

Vorteile:

I like that Mailerlite offers a free plan when you're just getting started with email marketing. The setup is pretty smooth once you know where to find everything. It also offers just more robust functionality compared to some of the other platforms.

Nachteile:

What I like least about Mailerlite is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve for my clients. Especially if they're not super tech-savvy and don't know much about email marketing.

Best Features for my Budget

I wish it integrated with Leadpages without having to use Zapier.

Excellent while it lasted

Kommentare: My overall experience was very good and the platform was easy to use and the functionality was excellent.

Vorteile:

Minimal barrier to entry for small business at the time I began, and good support before the original free plan was phased out.

Nachteile:

The price jump when the oritinal free account was phased out was too great for my tiny business to sustain.

Easy to use, helpful support, free trial version: recommended

Kommentare: I wanted to try out a new mailer and this was the only one offering a free version. Also I find it structured in an intuitive way and it is easy to navigate. I had a good experience with the support team and the problem was solved within 2 hours.

Vorteile:

easy to use, intuitive, friendly and helpful support.

Nachteile:

The content editor organises the text into blocks. For instance I cannot select the whole text, but only a single block (a single paragraph). I find it easier to have a text field behaving similar to how it is in active campaign or a plan document. I cannot edit the content of a scheduled campaign. I need to cancel the schedule first, go back to drafts, edit and reschedule. There is no option (or I can't find it) to edit the list of recipients once you have done so at the beginning of a new campaign.

Great Customer Support

Kommentare: Always simple, and if I need help, like today on a Sunday, someone answered within 3 minutes!

Vorteile:

I love the simplicity of building and sending my newsletters through Mailerlite.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything I don't like yet.

The best free option

Kommentare: Mailerlite is great. I usually recommend it to my clients who are just starting their business because its free plan is so good. It’s really easy to segment your audience and has a good range of capabilities.

Vorteile:

Their free plan offers a fantastic range of features, including automations so it’s very useful for creating a sales funnel and delivering free ebooks if you’re just starting, and don’t have enough of an email list as yet to justify a paid plan. And when you do upgrade its features are great.

Nachteile:

The design capabilities aren’t the greatest and the interface is a little clunky until you get used to it.

The Best EMS For Your Business!

Kommentare: Overall, I am very happy with Mailerlite and have been recommending them to friends and colleagues for over four years now. I will remain on Classic until they discontinue it.

Vorteile:

Mailerlite is the best when it comes to deliverability, features, and price point. Mailerlite's automations are complex and really help you warm up your leads for a better relationship without having to personally email every single lead individually. I also like that I can tag where a lead onboarded from so I can track how well that source fits into my marketing process. I've enjoyed great deliverability since my move to Mailerlite with more subscribers getting all my import updates and more sales as a result. Mailerlite also has a robust customer service department that is always quick to help when any issues do arise.

Nachteile:

I'm not a fan of the new Mailerlite. I am staying on Classic because the huge price increase and the clunkiness of the new interface. It's not something I look forward to having to learn and especially not at double to price. I wish Mailerlite would honor a discount for Classic users to be grandfathered in at a better rate.

Well priced email automation for beginner email marketing

Kommentare: I'm happy with MailerLite experience. I had good support and they reply fast. I had some misunderstandings with them, but the communication about it was done with care.

Vorteile:

At the moment of signing up the offer was better than competition, pricing is good too. There are all the basic to medium features someone would need to set up automated email campaigns with low cost entrance, that includes hosting and editor for landing pages.

Nachteile:

Pricing has increased during my time of using it, and new competition appeared with better cost to features ratio, where you don't really pay monthly, but it depends on number of emails sent. So it depends on what type of pricing you need and how many emails you send.

Great for starting out

Kommentare: I did like mailerlite but once it came time to upgrade when I reached 1,000 subscribers, I felt that others offered more for my money, even if they were slightly more expensive.

Vorteile:

I loved that up to 1,000 subscribers, it was free to use with pretty much all of the features. It's easy to create opt in forms, subscriber lists and segments etc.

Nachteile:

If you're on the free version, there's no customer support. There's not even a way to contact support without upgrading, you get sent to the knowledge base. It was a big problem for me as there was no answer to my issue on the knowledge base.

If you are looking for a tool that just does emailmarkering right, then Mailerlite is it!

Kommentare: I have onboarded multiple clients to Mailerlite. I feel the tool is easy to use and offers most features one would want when looking for an emailmarketing tool. It is very affordable and has a great customer service.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that it is very straightforward in its use. In theory you can start using the tool without going trough manuals or guides. I like the fact that they have a chat support. If you do have a question you want to be able to ask it. They are open to suggestions and have a communication line for bugreporting. The drag and drop editor makes it easy to create emails. It is a EU tool so it is in line with GDPR regulation. The price is very affordable and allows any company size to start out with emailmarketing.

Nachteile:

The tool is a bit let mature then for example Mailchimp. The last couple of months with the launch of the new editor there have been a couple of bugs in the editor and how it was displaying in mailboxes. Support was reachable and they did follow up on those issues. It would be great to have a build in tool to test how the emails look in different mailboxes. Another great tool would be to have a way to test automations more easily.

Great for small-base newsletters!

Kommentare: I use MailerLite for my personal newsletter within a small base of subscribers. It has been a great tool for a small writer on a free plan. It allows me to my newsletters every quarter without worrying.

Vorteile:

Being able to add the additonal text in the body of the email, that can be visible under title in the email client was a game changer for me :) Also, the emails are responsive on every device, I can track clicks as I send the emails over and update the subscriber base via CSV

Nachteile:

Saving the email as a template and re-using it could be done a bit easier The old visual editor was a bit clunky

Simple, practical and intuitive

The reports could be more complete, especially for subscriber management. And automation, in advanced plans, should be more complex, allowing for more flows.

Kommentare: Not too bad an experience. It is very functional and even though its missing some exciting design features it is a lower cost option at basic level if you've lower subs.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Fantastic integration with many other platforms and website builders means that little problems with adding codes etc.

Nachteile:

Not as many design options which is needed if you're working in the creative industries- emails have to look good ! and Mailerlite is a little boring.

Kommentare: The drag-and-drop editor, I can easily create beautiful emails by dragging and dropping elements without needing to know any code. this has helped me a lot as I can't code.

Vorteile:

I like that its easy to use. MailerLite has a simple, user-friendly interface, making it easy even when I'm just starting to create and send emails. Secondly its affordable, It offers a free plan with many features, and the paid plans are reasonably priced. Lastly the drag-and-drop editor. I can easily create beautiful emails by dragging and dropping elements without needing to know any code.

Nachteile:

It has limited templates. although it offers templates, the selection isn’t as large compared to some other email marketing tools.

An Impressed Customer

I am definitely impressed by how they treat me as a customer, because not every company knows how to appreciate their customers and make them feel appreciated. I am definitely looking forward to using all of their service fully and their different features soon.

I just recently subscribed to MailerLite and have not dived into the different features as yet. But I do love everything they have to offer. What I can talk about is my experience with their awesome customer service. Most of the time when I reach out to them for help with something or their assistance, they immediately respond within a few seconds or less than a minute. That is some awesome customer service right there that I appreciate and that I'm grateful for.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything that I like least about MailerLite.

Kommentare: Overall, MailerLite is an great email campaign app that works very good and has useful support. Is easy to use, create and and track the campaign. Importing contacts was fast and didn't encounter any issues.

Vorteile:

The most I like that is very easy to setup an email campaign. The app is well designed and very intuitive, easy to navigate and start campaigns. Setting up[ the account is straightforward and the support team really helped me when I was stuck. Another helpful think that has to be mentioned is that email builder is very good, templates are mobile optimized and easy to customize.

Nachteile:

From my point of view MailerLite works perfect as it is.
