Dootloop FTW!

Kommentare: Overall experience has been phenomenal. My company offers other signing software for free but I'd rather pay for Dotloop. That says a lot!

Vorteile:

I like how you can manage multiple projects within Dotloop. I also like how you can handle multiple documents organized within a project. It's been essential for my real estate business

Nachteile:

Logging in! I always forget my password. Lol, honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Dotloop.

SIMPLEST FOR DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND ESIGN

Kommentare: As a new agent I was forced to use dotloop provided by my brokerage. I felt it was burdensome and was never able to adapt. I used the form simplicity program in mls. It has become quite costly, so I decided to give dotloop another chance. Now 9 years later, I have rediscovered this product and am so pleased with the ease of preparing documents, signing and sharing the documents. BEST OF ALL accessing dotloop from my smartphone, which enables me to immediately address issues or last minute details.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to prepare, share and sign all the necessary documents for my sales transactions from my laptop or my smartphone

Nachteile:

I deal with a lot of elderly sellers who only have one email address. This is a challenge since dotloop requires a separate email for each signor.

Monumental Disappointment!

Kommentare: Terrible experience! I should’ve known better when they gave me a massive discount to sign on!

Vorteile:

The nice people that pick up the phone when you call the support line.

Nachteile:

This premium business account software turned out to be a monumental disappointment. Despite Drew's sales pitch promising the world, his follow-up was nonexistent. Their assertion of partnerships with all MLS platforms is a blatant falsehood - not all are supported, a significant issue in the realtor community. Thousands of MLS listings mean nothing if they can't cover them all! To add insult to injury, the system crashes during peak usage, making it near impossible to submit offers promptly. Glide's free account outshines this supposed premium service in every aspect. And let's not forget [sensitive content hidden] from their "success" team - utterly ineffective! When I realized MLS data from MetroMLS would not populate into CAR forms, they dismissed my concerns, suggesting I wait out a pointless six-month cancellation period. Each call felt like they were more concerned with defending their subpar software than addressing my legitimate issues. Avoid this company at all costs. Stick with Glide Free and invest in a transaction coordinator for a smoother experience. It's the smarter choice.

Easy to work with

Kommentare: All in all its very good. Dotloop is a way to store all information from a transaction and can be reviewed anytime. Client signatures are very easy to obtain. Also, the tracking history is very beneficial .

Vorteile:

Ease of operation and getting clients to sign is seemless.

Nachteile:

Currently I DO NOT like having to enter my email address EVERYTIME I log in! That is super annoying! All Realtors that I have talked to feel the same.

Kommentare: I USE THIS WEEKLY WITH ALL MY CLIENTS AND THEIR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. I HAVE USED ANOTHER PRGRAM AND IT IS NOT AT ALL ORGANIZED AND HAS TOO MANY STEPS TO GET THE CONTRACT SIGNED AND THEN TO ADMIN FOR REVIEW. DOTLOOP MAKES THE WHOLE PROCESS SMOOTHER.

Vorteile:

THE FLOW OF THE ASSIGNED FIELDS ARE EASY FOR THE CLIENT TO SIGN. SAVES THE CLIENT TIME AND HAPPY TO USE IT. THE USER PUTS IN ALL THE INFO AT THE BEGINNING HELPS THE AUTO FILL TO HAVE EVERYTHING CORRECT SAVING TIME TO COMPLETE.

Nachteile:

WHEN SIGNEES ARE ABLE TO SIGN PASS THE PART THEY NEED TO SIGN. USUALLLY USER INOUT IS THE REASON OR SIGNEE IS CLICKING THE TAB INCORRECTLY. I DO NOT THINK IT IS DOTLOOP, I THINK IT IS HUMAN ERROR.

Dotloop user for over a decade

Kommentare: I haven’t encountered any inconvenience’s for myself or my clients on Dotloop this far. I’ve been a user for over a decade. The consistency has been outstanding.

Vorteile:

Ease of use! It is easy to set up for my clients and the software makes it easy with clear prompts for my clients! It by far beats any other software I’ve tried.

Nachteile:

There isn’t anything I’ve disliked this far. I’m not very, “tech savvy,” but the folks at Dotloop have made it very easy for me to learn.

Making tenant lease signing easy for the SFH landlord!

Kommentare: Huge time savings when interfacing with my tenants for all lease related signing, initialing, authenticating, and sharing. Excellent.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and the ability to edit a document after it has been partially signed by tenants and sign it myself.

Nachteile:

When first creating a loop name, the software prompts for the address of the property. Would be better to just prompt "Loop Name".

Use dotloop for all your e-Signings

Kommentare: Being a post closer in a title company, this app has saved me time, and re-signing fees. It is so simple and easy to use, very very user friendly, and I don't have to explain how to use it on the other end. My clients love dotloop compared to other apps out there. I highly recommend this product and could not work one single day without it!

Vorteile:

It's so simple to set up, manage and send. You just add the person that needs to sign, or receive a copy, drag and drop the document, click on what needs to be completed, and you're done.

Nachteile:

I did not find anything I didn't like about dotloop.

Dotloop for Realtors/Property managers

Kommentare: I love it, its user friendly and I am used to it now so I can use it fast and get the job done.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use, I like how you can go back and fix a document signature line before sending it out and you dont have to start all the way from the beginning like other sites.

Nachteile:

Maybe they can incorporate a section that remembers your most common documents and theyre signature spots. even if it is a document i am uploading myslef vs a template already provided.

Dot loop Review

Kommentare: My experience with dot loop was. great. Besides the fact I could not access documents on multiple occasions due to viewing restrictions. It was frustrating as time as of the essence.

Vorteile:

That is was very secure and privacy restrictions were heavily enforced.

Nachteile:

Hard to navigate and I experienced issues with not being able to access documents.

Kommentare: Dotloop provides a huge convenience for clients to be able to sign from their phone or computer anywhere they are. Gone are the days of having to drive across town just to get a signature or initial that may have been missed…not that I ever miss any…lol :0)

Vorteile:

Dotloop is very widely used in my market so it makes it easy to transact on both sides of the deal with the other agent. I enjoy the features like document splitting and being able to customize the documents

Nachteile:

Nothing I can think of that I don’t like.

A Business Lifesaver, Daily!

Kommentare: We can't say enough good things about our experience with dotloop. To put this in perspective, the brokerage we are with provides a free document management program, but we pay additional to continue using dotloop - we love it that much! It is easy to use, keeps our data safe, and streamlines our daily process.

Vorteile:

Dotloop is extremely simple to get started with, and simplifies our real estate business daily. Our entire team is able to collaborate, no matter where we're calling our "office" that day, and we can securely store, manage, share, and sign documents. Our clients have also commented on how easy the software is to use, and they love being able to sign their documents digitally rather than meeting us at the office every time there are documents to be signed.

Nachteile:

The only hiccup we've run into with this software is when our office introduces new documents they want us to begin using. Sometimes it's an extra step to add the new docs to our form library and prepare them for filling/signing, but the good news is this only has to be done once, and then they remain available for future use.

Make your transaction easier

Vorteile:

DotLoop allows your transaction to flow with ease and simplicity. Buyers and Sellers have no questions, concerns or issues while using the software nor do the staff of different disciplines that are brought into the transaction.

Nachteile:

No complaints or problems that I have encountered yet.

Great System, Don't love the company

Vorteile:

Dotloop has a great system, we used it mostly in our real estate transactions for digital signature, transaction management and general real estate use.

Nachteile:

The worst part of dotloop is they have been bought by Zillow and now shares the data with them. As an agent, we put lots of personal data into this system during a transaction. We have never had a client that is ok with us sharing this data to other companies, much less a competitor in our industry.

The learning curve is very easy. I like how I can have folders set up for every property and can archive items that I no longer need.

I like the many file sharing features and the fact that it is secure It comes with great digital signature features and has been very effective

It has served us really well as a digital signature solution. No dislikes

Kommentare: I have been using dotloop for 6 years now. I have also used a competitors e-sig app of which I think dotloop is more user friendly

Vorteile:

Very easy to create, upload and manage documents

Nachteile:

That the only way to delete a document if you pull an incorrect one is to archive it

Productivity and support

Kommentare: Once you get to navigate through the system. It gets easier and faster to create your loop and send it right to the email of the people involved in the transaction

Vorteile:

Dotloop is product easy to use. It makes business more productive and it has a great customer support

Nachteile:

For new user it may look complex, but all what it needs is hands on training and a local support team, as well the dotloop support team. Furthermore, there is chat that it can be a great help as well through dotloop/support

Dotloop is a Must Have for Realtors Everywhere

Kommentare: Dotloop is an excellent program for real estate transaction management. It enables a Realtor to create a Loop (like a folder) and manage the real estate deal or prospect from beginning to end. It is intuitive, user-friendly and simple to learn. Dotloop has everything a Realtor needs to create documents, get them signed, and ready for compliance review, all in one easy program.

Vorteile:

Dotloop is easy to use and has features that Realtors cannot live without. From drafting forms with ease to collecting electronic signatures to compliance, Dotloop has it all. Dotloop integrates easily with many other Realtor software programs and tools. And, Dotloop is a much better value when compared with competitors.

Nachteile:

Areas for improvement - the ability to search for a loop by Contact name, the ability to do reporting, the ability for two or more signers to use the same email address for e-signatures. Often times couples or family members share an email account. Asking a buyer or seller to create another email account for the purposes of signing often results in a long explanation and frustration on the part of the customer.
