Excellent software, I will surely recommend
Vorteile:
We are able to give call tracking results to our clients and allow our clients to look up their own call tracking results. Their support team is very easy to reach and are very professional.
Nachteile:
There are sometimes when accessing these reports is kinda sluggish. And sometimes It seems some of the information is inaccurate. But I think is the best I have found out there

Kommentare: It was a pretty straightforward system to measure your sales staff with.Software used is only as good as the people who are using it. Meaning half the battle is to get your people to engage. Believe in it.

Callbox will add new value to the sales process
Kommentare: It is never easy to generate new leads for growth. Callbox provides insight into those new leads and allows you to evaluate and train team members to convert leads to actual clients. Also, identifying and knowing which marketing programs are the most impact full in lead generation helps spend marketing funds in the right areas.
Vorteile:
The ability to track multiple marketing leads via phone calls or online leads. I love the ability to track my staff's workload and also be able to listen to their phone calls to provide coaching to help them overcome obstacles. I also love the ability to analyze my phone volume by day and by hour to help maximize staffing needs.
Nachteile:
Call search via phone number is not great. If we don't know when the call came in, it's hard to track the call down.

Our use case is pretty cut and dry. I wished we could implement the call reviews platform wide and not affect our monthly spend. Or at least pilot it for free to show the efficacy before we launch.
Great way to make sure your staff is trained well in the veterinary industry
Kommentare: It has been a great experience and it has really helped us get 99% 10's on our customer feedback scores.
Vorteile:
The ease of use and it allows the staff to listen and critique themselves. It allows me to see how many are going to voicemail instead of my receptionist.

nothing as of now, this has been a great experience for us and we use it weekly.

Kommentare: I have no issues with Call Box and anyone that I have spoken to. Everyone is very helpful and informative if we have any questions or concerns.
Vorteile:
The ease of use is great. Getting the emails regarding the tracking and making sure the follow up calls are done with who we have missed connecting with is good.

Very useful offer many products, customization, reports, and integrations into various CRMs.
Vorteile:
I like how in elead you can click 2 call with callbox as well as use the framed in reports without having to log in elsewhere.
Nachteile:
There are times when there would be server outages (like any software) they are good about recovering fast.

easy to use, liked the way it recorded every inbound and outbound call. it was easy to switch from store to store.

wish our CRM integrated so it would count us having reviewed the call. it would be nice if we could have had the ability to have off hours.

The name rocks. Like car wars, sounds like star wars. This is really cool. But other than that, it is easy to use.

I like that this software can track and record all of my phone calls. This software can store every call you have ever made.
Nachteile:
Instead of transcribing the words from the call into text, the program creates a "summary" of what happened in the call. I have found these summaries to be correct about 50% of the time.
