ComplianceQuest...Above and Beyond

Kommentare: ComplianceQuest take customer relations seriously. I have really enjoyed the professionalism of working with ComplianceQuest. They are very patient and make sure that everything is to our satisfaction. To date we have only implemented Incoming Inspection, but I look forward continue to work with ComplianceQuest to implement non-conformance, deviations, SCARS, Audit, and supplier portal. For years our incoming inspections was a manual process with the use of handwritten notes in folders. Today we no longer use folders and capture all the data in Salesforce using ComplianceQuest. We are able to link to the drawing, we have incorporated skip lot and supplier health plans into our incoming inspections, and it's all completely transparent to the inspectors. The Inspectors look at the queue and see what needs to be inspected and ComplianceQuest manages the rest. The inspection process is more streamlined and only parts that need to be inspected are inspected, allowing the parts to flow much quicker through the system. We also use ComplianceQuest at our other locations in the US and this allows us to better control the quality of the parts and our suppliers.

Vorteile:

The Inspection module in ComplianceQuest is intuitive and easy to use. The interface is customizable so you can easily set up the look and feel for your users. We were able to set up the Inspection tabs that followed or workflow, and this made it very user friendly. We had a need to develop some custom code for our process and we worked very closely with ComplianceQuest. They listened to our needs and were helpful when asked for recommendations. They were always accessible to answer any questions we had, regardless of the issue, big or small.

Nachteile:

Like any software the initial setup is a chore. You have to follow the steps carefully and make sure you have all the correct permission sets, but ComplianceQuest was there every step of the way to assist.

Integrated and flexible QMS solution

Vorteile:

Out of all the systems we looked into, only ComplianceQuest was able to meet all the requirements put in place. We worked with the CQ teams to configure and test the system to fit our business needs. Through this process, they offered a lot of guidance on system options to meet needs with reduced configuration. Overall, good controls in place, layout is modern, reporting and data analytics is great and easy for users to manage. Love the dashboard capabilities, configurability and integration capability. System provides users with easy to follow layout and next steps.

Nachteile:

CQ has a really complex backend. We had to make a shift moving into this system from being Quality managed to IT managed. Understood that this allows us a lot of the flexibility we need and it is working out fine. Majority of the issues we run into are permissions-related – which has been somewhat challenging to sort out, but we are getting there.

Good out of the box software than can be customized

Vorteile:

CQ offers the flexibility to customize, an already operations oriented software, to our needs. With the used of CQ we have been able to standardize processes throughout our locations and recent acquisitions. The implementation team has been great understanding our needs, with good operations experience from their team members.

Nachteile:

Some tools could be a little simpler to use, it could be overwhelming for some new users if they are used as they are out of the box.

Great Features, not Great Support or Cost

Kommentare: We are solving our current document management system needs by having CQ implemented. However, because of lack of support and cost are looking for different document management options.

Vorteile:

We utilize ComplianceQuest for the Document Management component of our ISO Certifications. The system has all of the controls (and then some) necessary within a document management system. We liked the fact that beyond document management, CQ has the ability to send out and record trainings linked at a document level, which other SW platforms do not have.

Nachteile:

Whenever we encounter a critical bug, it takes a year or longer to resolve with CQ. The support and escalation are just not there when it is needed most. There is a substantial fee associated with the cost of this platform which is yearly.

Kommentare: ComplianceQuest truly is a one stop shop for all of your QMS needs, from EDMS to CAPA! Their staff is extremely helpful, very attentive, knowledgeable and they are quick to respond to anything that comes up. Their out-of-the box application is solid, but I love that it was customizable to meet our specific business requirements.

I love how all of the modules interact with each other and also really appreciate the fact that they are customizable to meet our specific needs.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way to leave comments within the documents in Doc Control, to more easily identify the area that may need clarifications/corrections.

Great Overall Quality system

Kommentare: The CQ team has been great to work with. Over all they are responsive and follow up with questions readily. I have seen that tech support and development teams were slow at first, but are coming up to speed now as the company scales. Overall a great quality system that we are happy we chose.

Vorteile:

The CQ quality system is a full suite of products used for tracking all quality objects. I use Training, Complaints, NCs, CAPAs and Equipment module. With CQ being built on Salesforce, from the beginning we had much better visibility to our data for users and managers alike, creating dozens of dashboards utilizing SF power, from every module, literally at the click of some buttons and drag and drop functionality. This is light years ahead of our last eQMS, and one of the major selling points for us to move to CQ. Our users are able to easily train in CQ and managers can see their employee's metrics for training easily. The equipment module is simple and clean to use and we have taken advantage of the calibration and equipment event schedules to track those tasks. Our NC users have a CAPA request type to easily recommend what needs to become a CAPA, and when escalated a workflow creates that CAPA record for us, bringing over data already entered on the NC. We also did the same with SF Cases, bringing over relevant data to Complaints at the click of a button. This has reduced creation of these types of records so users have more time to investigate the issue, then they have to spend documenting it. CAPA/SCAR records are easy to create, investigate and recommend plans and actions, and follow up with VOE at the appropriate time.

Nachteile:

As with all systems, CQ has some things to improve, as far as giving the users direction on the next action to take, making the workflow easier to track and understand from a coordinators view. Version 13 that just came out, will address some of those issues our users and coordinators still find a little frustrating.

Quality System Deployment in MedTech Industry

Kommentare: When a configuration was requested we did not receive information on impacts of configuration and as a customer were expected to tell them 'where' all places changes exist.At deployment have struggled to get timely customer support. Also fields available on list views/reports are duplicate and very unclear. Makes end users confused on which fields actually are valid and inefficient to produce reports.

Vorteile:

Allows for a global harmonization of our quality system. Auto generates the cover sheet in documents, which is great to reduce manual process. Allows for group training to be recorded.

Nachteile:

Due to the software being manufacturing based we had significant configurations to satisfy medtech requirements.Software is not highly compliant without configuration (e.g. editing records in approval, edits can be made to a record after been approved). Many of our items are in the managed package thus our team nor salesforce admins cannot make changes. Complaint module had to be so highly modified it was cheaper to configure nonconformance module to have a complaint record type.

CQ : our QMS best friend

Vorteile:

I have been using CQ for +2 years. Since the first time that I started using it, I loved how easily you can understand performing all your transactions. In addition, it allows you to migrate different physical documents or records into the platform without losing any traceability. A highlight for us was electronic signatures 21 CFR compliant.Through this software, we accomplish on of our goals of having a 100% electronic QMS, Can't wait for the latest revision to include as part of this effort, the digital SOPs as a way to release or revise new docs.

Nachteile:

Probably the way the permissions sets works. The software in general is very user friendly. Nevertheless, this aspect can be improved regarding the details associated with the permissions sets to understand the impact on your transactions.

ComplianceQuest - Highly Configuration eQMS with Great Technical & Support Teams

Kommentare: Our road to implementing ComplianceQuest (CQ) Incident Management, Change Order, Controlled Document, Training, and CAPA has had some detours. We began implementing Change Order, Controlled Document, and Training only to leave it mid-stream to implement Incident Management. Through our changing courses, the ComplianceQuest team was very patient, supportive, and professional, truly a superb team! They listened to our needs and set our configurations, including searching for solutions. When we asked for record attachments to be sent with automated Supplier email notifications, they found a way! We were able to move our historical data into CQ and use the reporting and dashboard tools to analysis prior year data against new year. We will be able to use their Document Migration Utility to upload 1000+ SOPs, Work Instructions, and Forms from our server to CQ. Our IT team was able to work with the ComplianceQuest team to setup auto-syncs with our HR and ERP systems so Personnel and Parts data necessary for the eQMS are available and always current. We are getting ready to auto-sync our Supplier Accounts and Contacts next to Salesforce. The Technical Support team is wonderful for issue that arise after implementation. They are responsive, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and not above sharing little secrets to make things move a little more smoothly.

Vorteile:

CQ is highly configurable. Configurations can be as simple or complex as you want. Being cloud-based allows users access from anywhere, anytime, especially the Salesforce 1 mobile app. Excellent implementation and product support teams. If your business does not have a QMS currently, CQ out of the box is a great place to start!

Nachteile:

Since this is a license-based system, it can be expensive for a business with 3,000 employees. We needed to trim down our user base to limit our licenses and stay within budget. Reassigning tasks when employees leave is a chore. There is no “mass” reassign for the entire platform. Reassignment must be managed by each module.

CQ Application works well. ISO and Healthcare Compliance - Mission Accomplished

Kommentare: As the Director of Quality for a diagnostic company, I was entrusted with the responsibility of finding a QMS platform for our ISO and Healthcare compliance. Between IT and Quality, we unanimously selected CQ platform. After evaluating close to 10 different applications extensively, we chose CQ Platform for our QMS requirements. CQ did not let us down. The power behind the application and our success is the following:
1. Configuration to our liking: The application can be tailored to make a process as simple or as complex as we wanted. This ability allowed us to make the application work for a specific process in the way that our process owners needed.
2. Social Collaboration: The application's unique feature of social collaboration was simply amazing. We have not seen this capability with any other QMS vendor. The Social Collaboration feature allowed us to set-up collaboration channels across locations, departments and product lines. We can now ask an expert from another location for advice or assign a task as part of a process rather than relying on out dated communication models. Our CAPA or Change process quality has improved dramatically. Before CQ, the sharing or collaboration of information across locations was almost non-existent.
3. Reporting: Clearly the best out there. CQ has a very good reporting platform. Creation of reports is easy and elegant. The report scheduling feature has saved us a lot of time running and delivering reports to managers a breeze. I have used some of the established QMS applications in the past. Usually, we have to revert to Crystal Reports or invest in expensive reporting tools after the QMS platform was deployed. The cost savings with this alone was more than what we paid for the CQ platform.
4. Customer Service: CQ's attitude of customer comes first rings true in every aspect of their dealings with us. They are there regardless of what the issues were and worked with us to address them promptly.
I am now a big believer in CQ platform. I will root for their success as it has been a long time since I found a company with not only a strong product but very good customer service.

CQ - A great EQMS with remote capabilities

Kommentare: It is a good system which has provided overall flexibility and traceability in the workplace.

Vorteile:

The ability to work fully remotely and to address all areas of the quality system is fantastic. The change system is well thought out and there is good flexibility in most areas to apply the system to whatever task you may have.

Nachteile:

There are some areas that as a small company, we find slightly inflexible. With less staff, sign offs are often a problem with the system not allowing for same person creation and sign off in some cases. The follow up with CQ has, at times been difficult and this is most likely due to being a smaller company.

ISO compliance with a flexible and cost effective solution

Kommentare: We found CQ after reviewing number of on-premise and cloud based systems and after much diligence selected CQ. We have used the CQ platform for more than a year for managing documents, training, nonconformance, CAPA, customer complaints and audits. The product is flexible and has been able to adapt to our requirements. The configuration tools provided is top notch. Our IT staff always complement that they wish some of our other enterprise software was as flexible to configure and implement as the CQ platform.
Reporting and Dashboards is extremely powerful. We now have reports and dashboards coming to our inboxes on a daily/weekly basis that helps drive our metrics and business decisions. When we were in our legacy system, this simply was not possible. We reduced our cost of operations by having our reporting process automated.
Some of our managers have stated that the social collaboration capability, which we found it to be unique in the CQ platform, helps them stay in touch with the critical quality records and ensure that the actions required to be taken are truly being done in a timely fashion.
CQ customer service to us is another factor that sets them apart. They always seem to go above and beyond what is asked of to help us. They take a consultative approach to each conversation. They have gotten to know our processes well and are always making recommendations to improve the process based on the capabilities of the application.
In summary, we are glad that we chose CQ for our QMS needs. The CQ QMS platform is not only cost effective but also provides features above and beyond the most expensive QMS systems that we reviewed.

Title of Review - Solid Piece of Software, Excellent Customer Service

Kommentare: We chose ComplianceQuest to address our ISO 9000 compliance and Continuous Improvement needs. Our criteria was that the software should be cloud based, address the ISO 9000 requirements well, easy to implement, accessible from anywhere and also from any device. I must say that after looking at over 20 different QMS platforms, CQ provided the best value for money. CQ is the only platform in the market place that has a strong mobile strategy and this allows our field sales, services teams to be connected to our QMS initiative with little to no effort.
We chose to implement CQ's Nonconformance Management, CAPA Management, Document Management and Related Training, Audit and Supplier Management. My management was truly impressed with the speed at which we got the implementation finished and also how easy it was to use the solution. I have used competing platforms in the past, CQ has been by-far the easiest and cheapest in the market place. Customer service is by far the best. They are there for me. To be honest, I have not had any technical support issues, but they were eager to help me through the implementation and the nice thing is that they never nickelled and dimed me when it came to implementation cost.
Thanks to my boss for introducing me to this company. I started being a doubter and CQ staff has made me a believer out of them.

CQ's QMS rocks, a very happy customer!

Kommentare: The ComplianceQuest (CQ) application is amazingly simple yet very powerful. I have used many different QMS software at various work places and CQ easily beats them hands down. I am glad that I insisted on going with CQ. Also, we did not need to spend 100K+ for such a robust system either :-). The application provides me the business process automation for all of our QMS processes. We were able to learn, implement and get the system up and running in a very short time. CQ is a 100% cloud based system and runs on Salesforce.com infrastructure. My IT guys are ecstatic since they do not need to manage this enterprise class system and actually does a better job than most of our internally hosted system! We love not only the best practice forms and the workflows to capture data but most importantly the ease at which we can report on the data. The system's dashboard is simply amazing. The ability to have the dashboards come to me and to the key management automatically on a timely basis is out of this world. Their support is awesome! They are there to help me anytime I contact them. They are never in a hurry to get rid of me!!!

Great eQMS Tool

Kommentare: Our biggest challenge was managing paper based QMS. ComplianceQuest has helped in making this transition smoother and making the business operations more efficient.

Vorteile:

Document and training modules were highly impactful in our business given how the workflow is associated with all users. Our team liked how some of the software functionality is compliant as well as integrated to other systems.

Nachteile:

At the start of the project, certain configurations of document and training modules slightly took more time than anticipated which took a strain on resources. Otherwise no dislikes on the software functionality.
