Wir verwalten allen Interessenten, Kunden und Firmendaten, sowie ALLE Geschäftsvorfälle von einfachen eMailanfragen, über Bestellungen und auch Reklamationen über Espo.
Selbst unser QM-Management haben wir hierüber perfekt lösen können und können alles sehr übersichtlich für den Innendienst und den Aussendienst verknüpfen.
Auch super sind die Portalzugänge für Kunden, womit wir unseren Downloadbereich als Wissendatenbank ebenfalls perfekt umsetzen konnten.
Vorteile:
Sehr einfach installiert und nach dem ersten Einrichten auch sehr einfach anzupassen und mit neuen Datenfeldern und Verknüpfungen zu erweitern.
Nachteile:
Der eMail-Filter ist nicht perfekt gelöst. Jedoch gibt es hierzu sehr günstige Tools als externe Lösung unter www.eblasoft.com.tr

Well done to EspoCRM
Kommentare: Its feature applicable to almost any one the business type. I love the all the features and very satisfied with almost everything that comes with it.
Vorteile:
All the way down to the tiniest of its components. Creating new modules and their incorporation into the system happens quite fast. The presence of documentation and a forum is of tremendous assistance in this regard. Since I started using EspoCRM not long after they first released it, I have never come close to hitting any of its limits. The cloud version, which is administered by EspoCRM and offers the same degree of flexibility, is also available for those who do not have their own infrastructure.
Nachteile:
The documentation, particularly in the majority of places, is very condensed. There is a significant need for documentation about the technological architecture. Because the documentation is so thorough, concerns have been raised about the self-maintenance of the code. To put it more simply, the documentation lacks any clear examples, particularly when it comes to formulas and comprehending the structure. I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find a Wireframe.
The most flexible CRM that I've always used and still use now
Kommentare: The most important thing is the option to download and selfhost the software. From state as a webhoster, I want to be as flexible as I can. Another thing is that even in the basic version, it is packed with all the important elements that are needed for small to medium-sized companies. For large companies or users with higher requirements, this CRM is a real paradise. All modules, down to the smallest components, can be flexibly tailored to your own requirements. New modules are quickly created and integrated into the system. The documentation and a forum are a great help here. I have been using EspoCRM since shortly after their launch and have never reached any limit. For people without their own server, there is also the cloud version hosted by EspoCRM, which is just as flexible.
Vorteile:
All aspects of being flexible with all elements inside the software.
Nachteile:
It can be challenging for newcomers or beginners at first, as it is quite complex under the hood. Documentation in different languages would be quite helpful here.

However, it is limited and you have to buy every extension or develop it , i m aware it is a free self hosted crm, but needs alot of things to be upgraded to be more user friendly and more easier to develop modules
Best Open Source CRM I have seen
Kommentare: Best as of yet. I have moved from SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, and Vtiger.
Vorteile:
A comprehensive and very powerful operations database with customer relations as a main goal can be easily customized to handle almost any type of data.
Nachteile:
Upgrades are sometimes hard to perform, requiring line command

Kommentare: We have been using EspoCRM since 2018 and never had a moment of regret. Our CRM System handles 30,000 cases, 1.5 million emails over the years. We were able to integrate our transaction processing system with these instances and deliver customer needs quickly.
Vorteile:
Its usually very difficult to state all the good things about this software. Anyway, It has everything that a small to medium scale enterprise needs Has the ability to start simple and grow . The beautiful part of this software is that we have set up numerous instances serving different puposes. E.g. CRM, Document Management, Pharmacy Management, System Software Configuration, Autism Management, Covid Management, etc.
Nachteile:
The sad part of the software is the "lookup" feature. Its relied heavily on the enum field for each entity and this is pain when we need the same lookup in different entities. The solution suggested is code based and that is not good. The need to improve the system to have external lookup tables.

Vorteile:
Using EspoCRM since the very early stages of this project. The code is well written and easy to customize. Learning curve is no so bad especially for end users. So far is my everyday productivity tool. Shout out to Yuri and all the EspoCRM development team
Nachteile:
Since Ver. 7.0 the updates are less frequent and Paid Packages now are sold pretty much separate . PDF templates are difficult to customize since they use an old PDF library.

An accessible CRM for all audiences
Vorteile:
It stands out for its simplicity and all the functionalities available even with the free version.
Nachteile:
Better documentation of features and support in several languages would be good, since this can limit you in some moments of doubt.
Finally, a CRM Done Right
Kommentare: EspoCRM has been the perfect CRM to manage my leads, accounts, contacts, and campaigns. It was very intelligently designed to be flexible for many scenarios. Its genius is that it is so powerful yet simple.
Vorteile:
Open source, simple, modular, and intuitive. Incredible flexibility and customization.
Nachteile:
There's no native mobile app, but the web version works great on mobile.
One of the best opensource CRM's
Kommentare: Spent moths and years playing and testing CRM's, I was very impressed with ESPOCRM from day one and now it is just so much more powerful. Depending on what features you want, you might need to buy the extensions. Only thing I don't like about this CRM is the lack of information, to explain things or provide information on how to deal with the most common bugs, they do offer forums and documentations but I think more can be done to organize and display the correct information when users are looking for it.
Vorteile:
Easy to use, easy to setup and it is very configurable, if you think about it you can make it work with espocrm.
Nachteile:
More needs to be done to provide more information to users, specifically the common bugs users face. Some of the cool features are paid, they are well worth the price but would have been nice if some are included by default.

Kommentare: Smart CRM applications for various customers
Vorteile:
Very easily customizable. Adding new fields, forms and reports is like a game (for a developer, customers had some difficulty). The standard design theme is good and responsive(!)
Nachteile:
Customizing the design is a bit tedious for there are too many files to edit. Exporting functions could be better and integration with other systems is not easy (but neither is for other CRM systems)
Espo CRM Trial Review
Kommentare: Espo CRM is very light and easy to use, it has most of the CRM needed features even the process flowcharts are available. And it is FREE

Espo CRM is simple CRM tool, the menu is very simple and straight forward. It is easy to change the opportunities from one status to another
Nachteile:
I couldn't find the dashboard view in the Espo CRM, there are a lot of reports where you can get a graphical view of them but not all combined in a single dashboard
Great Value
Kommentare: Setup is easy to implement. Has a ton of features that are up to date and useful. The system is on par with the enterprise class systems on the market at a higher price today.
