Tradogram for Construction Business

Kommentare: Overall we love tradogram and continue to use it for our business for all procurement needs.

Vorteile:

The procurement / purchasing module was simple to use, easy to track orders, receive orders, and search for frequently used items in my catalogue.

Nachteile:

The inventory module could use some development to make it more user friendly.

Tradogram Review as a Purchaser

Kommentare: I'm not a purchasing agent by trade- I"m a stage manager that does it on the side for all of our show op departments, so this is new software to me that I've not used before (really of any kind) and I don't know any better- but that being said I learned it quick so I think that means its pretty intuitive.

Vorteile:

The fields are easy to fill in- it prompts me quickly to what I need to do next, or what I've missed. I like having a draft and the dashboard is super helpful.

Nachteile:

Having to stop and lose my info sometimes to go and create a Supplier if I don't realize that supplier hasn't been used before. Sometimes I can't save a draft and I can't go forward until I've left to create the supplier. I can't get a specific but the search for PO's specifically has never worked for me (like putting in the PO number) not your system, maybe me. There are other aspects of search that are great.

More Enhancement needed

Kommentare: As a previous user of SAP, tradogram is not intuitive but works for the smaller area of the organisation

Vorteile:

The PO system is easy, training materials are useful

Nachteile:

Too many enhancement required in order to be fit for purposes, not able to work as an ERP system, too many manual edit in each fields & setting area

Kommentare: Tradogram has been the most helpful platform to help me get what I need in one simple place.

Vorteile:

Fast and easy utilization from different platforms.

Nachteile:

Kommentare: Excellent software and it has been more than 4 years since i am using it

Vorteile:

Its end to end supply chain and procurement software. Even it helps for financial approval and payments.

Nachteile:

Placec to attach the Technical evaluation report.

Heavy tradogram user

Vorteile:

We are able to use Tradogram with ease. It's quite convenient

Nachteile:

It needs a bit more flexibility in terms of searchability of items. It's difficult when you type the wrong item name, then you can't find the item. There should be some alarms if you are adding a similar item. Also I wish it could generate an inventory report with the $ value of the items for accounting purposes and not merely the qty of the items in stock

Purchase orders.

Kommentare: We issue requisitions then purchase orders and invoices, then all sync Quick book.

Vorteile:

Requisitions, Purchase orders, Invoices and online approve all.

Nachteile:

When information sync Quick Book then we update information then can't sync update information to Quick book.

Tradogram Review

Vorteile:

It is easy to use and ensures only necessary information is written. Cloning, saving and editing are really good functions.

Nachteile:

The approval process restarts when a request is rejected. It is impossible to add an expense line i.e. the expense line we submitted may not be all-encompassing therefore, some expenses are put under wrong expense lines. It is also impossible to remove a wrong attached document. You will need to delete everything just to replace a document uploaded by mistake.

Good ordering platform

Kommentare: I have beening using Trodogram for over a year now and I like it.

Vorteile:

It was easy to select what I wanted and to make my purchase.

Nachteile:

I prefer to order using the item numbers but I have noticed that the items numbers frequently changes. And if the item name is spelled slightly correctly, even if it is one letter it will stated item not founded. I wish the picture of the item could be made bigger to view.

Vorteile:

It's quite easy to go around Tradogram - easy to user even for a first timer.

Nachteile:

It has a lot of fields one has to fill in, more time is taken on that.

Kommentare: With tradogram I have implements a process into our company that allows me to track how much is spent on a specific job or task. I like that it collects data on all of the material I buy as well. It has and will allow me to collect data for research more easily. This way I will be able to see where to save money over time.

Vorteile:

What first caught my eye was the user friendly interface. There is ease of use throughout the process of using Tradogram. The online chat support is great, they are always friendly and get back to me within a reasonable time and 90% of the time can solve any issues I am having.

Nachteile:

I do not like when I search for a PO, or a delivery etc. and I find the one I want and open it, when I click to go back to Purchase orders, it takes me back to the first page of all the PO's I want it to go back to what I have searched for...

Nachteile:

Unclear documentation concerning learning how to use the features of Tradogram.

Its easy to use, is a friendly platform and gives information to control incomes and costs.

Nachteile:

Is no capable to upload a big data base and scan it to make an purchase order. It only permited to describe an item one by one.

As we have restricted our usage of applications only for generating the PO I like how user-friendly the PO management is.

Nachteile:

I can not think of anything that I could not do on Tradogram. :)

A product to get you organized!

Kommentare: Our overall experience with Tradogram has been wonderful. This product has allowed us to log and know what inventory we have, order from that inventory list and/or from outside companies. Invoicing has allowed us to keep track of our spending or manage the status of our purchases.

Vorteile:

There is many features of this product we like. The inventory management, ease of ordering, the creation of invoices for tracking and management, and the tiered access/permission levels.

Nachteile:

I wasn't a part of the team who set this software up, but as a user, it would've been helpful to have video instructions/guidance on the functionality per user type to assure we are utilizing all the features available.

Training and competency Managment Manager

Kommentare: it one of the application i prefered and recommened for friends

Facilitate, and easy workflow. Self explanatory

Nachteile:

the application do not allow the deligate to approve in the deligation time, it create burden on some individual who have access. this may be due to price reason

This is a slick tool that works (!) and is really easy to navigate around.

Kommentare: The handling and processing of ordering S/W and H/W; record keeping; forecasting; maintaining historical data, budgeting, approvals - all made very easy!

Vorteile:

More experience related: The support desk is super to work with and spot on with resolutions. Most: Constantly upgrading the product, with features and functions that really assist you. A well thought out design of the product, definitely with the help and influence of A/P SMEs. Helps on the back-end of a fiscal year - what I spent this year with whom and how I can leverage this data in forecasting the future FY. Reporting is great - dump the data and analyze vendors, spend, historical data, bid process, etc.. Solid product, with no defects detected. Don't forget to review the tutorials within the application neat little feature. Start with creating a requisition, etc walks you through the process. Definitely, I endorse this product for/in your organization. We (IT) have not shared the product with Accounting and Finance. This is our best-kept company secret.

Nachteile:

Nothing that I can identify. I've worked with SAP and PeopleSoft - this application makes it so easy.

Kommentare: I enjoy how easy it is to use and the ability to save as a draft if needed as to not lose the inputted info if interrupted.

Vorteile:

The system is very user friendly and does not take a lot of time to submit an order.

Nachteile:

I wish that it had some recall so that I did not have to type things in everytime when they are repetitive orders.

Flexible Procurement Management System

Kommentare: It has been and will continue to be an awesome experience as we grow together.

Vorteile:

I like the levels of control available. The approvals and the activity tracking. It has made things run smoother, we are likely to improve 100% because of the flexibility of the program.

Nachteile:

Create forms is not that friendly. I don't like the format the attachments go my vendors are not opening the link. So if we send like QuickBooks and attach would be better if it was an option.

Good Product, Good Features

Vorteile:

Our company has been looking for procurement solutions for a long time. Then we discovered the system Tradogram, which met all our requirements. It is very convenient to use, has lots of excellent features, suppliers are very easy to use it. In a word, the best system among them that we have seen and experienced, I advise everyone to try, do not regret it.

Nachteile:

It has no disadvantages, We like it very much, and if we have some suggestions, they always ready to help us.

Tradogram Review

Kommentare: It's good it's easy to use my only complaint is above.

Vorteile:

I like the usability and inventory function I can see exactly what's available to me at our warehouse. I also like the way I can import carts to create reqs from outside websites

Nachteile:

The order status feature is a big thing for me Closed, Pending, fulfilled needs to be done better. I see an order fulfilled but that does not mean I received the order I need a feature that says delivered or not delivered ordered from the company does not mean I received the product. This could be on our end but it needs a feature to tell me exactly which order I received and am still waiting for.

Software was intuitive for most functions. We had a few details we couldnt work out on our own. The help (chat) on line resolved everything in a quick fashion. Good Software for a small company

Nachteile:

Minimal report functions. Lacking smart phone app, for in field staff to receive materials shipped.
