This is a slick tool that works (!) and is really easy to navigate around.
Kommentare: The handling and processing of ordering S/W and H/W; record keeping; forecasting; maintaining historical data, budgeting, approvals - all made very easy!
Vorteile:
More experience related: The support desk is super to work with and spot on with resolutions. Most: Constantly upgrading the product, with features and functions that really assist you. A well thought out design of the product, definitely with the help and influence of A/P SMEs. Helps on the back-end of a fiscal year - what I spent this year with whom and how I can leverage this data in forecasting the future FY. Reporting is great - dump the data and analyze vendors, spend, historical data, bid process, etc.. Solid product, with no defects detected. Don't forget to review the tutorials within the application neat little feature. Start with creating a requisition, etc walks you through the process. Definitely, I endorse this product for/in your organization. We (IT) have not shared the product with Accounting and Finance. This is our best-kept company secret.
Nachteile:
Nothing that I can identify. I've worked with SAP and PeopleSoft - this application makes it so easy.

Kommentare: With tradogram I have implements a process into our company that allows me to track how much is spent on a specific job or task. I like that it collects data on all of the material I buy as well. It has and will allow me to collect data for research more easily. This way I will be able to see where to save money over time.
Vorteile:
What first caught my eye was the user friendly interface. There is ease of use throughout the process of using Tradogram. The online chat support is great, they are always friendly and get back to me within a reasonable time and 90% of the time can solve any issues I am having.
Nachteile:
I do not like when I search for a PO, or a delivery etc. and I find the one I want and open it, when I click to go back to Purchase orders, it takes me back to the first page of all the PO's I want it to go back to what I have searched for...

Tradogram Audit
Kommentare: overall its okay, if cartscan worked properly I would give it a good review, but it does not which causes more labor/time when creating PO's

For the most part it is user friendly, when cart scan worked it was easier to create large purchase orders but for some reason it stopped working last year.
Nachteile:
When creating a PO the program asks for how many line/items you will be ordering, why can't this program have the lines numbered. For example if I have 200 McMaster parts ordered when I receive the PO there are no numbers (numerically) just part numbers. Just saying most packing lists from distributors have the numbers next to the lines. This would make receiving and inventorying much more efficient. We need some better software for cart scan. When this program was working PO's were a lot easier to submit rather than copying and pasting every single box in each line. Then when looking/receiving a PO then clicking back one page the server times out and you receive a red box which says I am not allowed to go back, all of my filters do not reset. There should be tracking options available with PO's instead of having to directly contact distributors and trying to figure out lead times on PO's.

Cost-effective streamlined purchasing solution
Kommentare: The customer service has been exceptional. They respond within minutes and channel inquiries to the right department. For its cost-effective solution, Tradogram definitely offers a much higher return on investment next to others because of their attention to details when resolving situations.
Vorteile:
100% visibility of our spending. The flow of data among modules makes it very friendly and efficient to take actions available including report generation within each module. The flexibility to edit POs once issued is a plus. Very clear and easy to navigate dashboard feature. The very soon-to-be most liked in the near future is the smartphone App. Eagerly awaiting its deployment!
Nachteile:
Tradogram comes with no basic written instructions to use its modules and grasp the flow of data. It is a simple software but that would save the many hours taken to become familiar.
Helped me organize my PO's
Kommentare: On a scale of 1-10 It's been an average of 4-8. It got better as they made improvements on the program and was more usable for our application as they made changes. There are still little changes that could improve the overall user experience but now as I use it after the programmers made tweaks it has been a better experience.
Vorteile:
I liked that it has more options on naming PO's and lets me keep track of what is has arrived/been delivered. Also lets me check my own items as delivered. In the item description having a link back to the items web page has been really helpful for quick reordering.
Nachteile:
Not being able to split line items to two different codes. It glitches and changes the code I assigned something too and then I have to recreate a PO from scratch to fix it. Adding tax and other expenses is clunky and adds extra unnecessary clicking.

Purchase orders.
Kommentare: We issue requisitions then purchase orders and invoices, then all sync Quick book.
Vorteile:
Requisitions, Purchase orders, Invoices and online approve all.
Nachteile:
When information sync Quick Book then we update information then can't sync update information to Quick book.

Kommentare: We are happy with the system and it’s fully adopted by the business users.
Vorteile:
Tradogram allows you to fully digitally transform your procurement process with very little effort and cost.
Nachteile:

Tradogram Review
Vorteile:
It is easy to use and ensures only necessary information is written. Cloning, saving and editing are really good functions.
Nachteile:
The approval process restarts when a request is rejected. It is impossible to add an expense line i.e. the expense line we submitted may not be all-encompassing therefore, some expenses are put under wrong expense lines. It is also impossible to remove a wrong attached document. You will need to delete everything just to replace a document uploaded by mistake.

Nachteile:
As of now we are in initial stage of using tradogram. Hence very limited knowledge

Efficiency
Vorteile:
It has reduced the use and movement from one office to the other and waiting for signing especially when they are not available. Approving officers can work wherever they are reducing delay.
Nachteile:
Does not alert you when action is over delayed
Good Product, Good Features
Vorteile:
Our company has been looking for procurement solutions for a long time. Then we discovered the system Tradogram, which met all our requirements. It is very convenient to use, has lots of excellent features, suppliers are very easy to use it. In a word, the best system among them that we have seen and experienced, I advise everyone to try, do not regret it.
Nachteile:
It has no disadvantages, We like it very much, and if we have some suggestions, they always ready to help us.
Tradogram experience
Kommentare: Procurement was hectic as it has very long delay times, unable to trace it and request and final procured was usually different. After using Tradogram, waste of products from unwanted purchase is reduced, improved efficiency.
Vorteile:
It makes life easier as 1) easy to create request 2) makes follow-up easier 3) can see the status 4) sends email notification. And gives dashboard for further improvement.
Nachteile:
I don't have any at the moment for any of the features.
Great for Purchasing
Kommentare: We use it every day and I really like it. The cost for the program is very reasonable.
Vorteile:
This program is very easy to use, works and integrates well with our accounting program and I would recommend this to anyone.
Nachteile:
It had some glitches at the beginning, changes and improvements have been made and has made program much easier to work with.
Great Value for the Price
Kommentare: Tradogram is perfect for tracking spending and creating purchase orders for suppliers. It works perfectly for smaller-medium sized companies who want to house all purchases in one place.
Vorteile:
Customer service is extremely helpful and is always just a chat away!
Nachteile:
Integration to QB online could have better functionality. Not everything transfers over how I would want it to so I wish the Tradogram Team would be able to assist in the set up more, but as the administrator you basically have to set up everything yourself.

How to integirate Tradogram and Inventort and Supply cjain managment

Mostly user friendly is great about helping us and making changes to make it more functional.
Kommentare: Purchase Order numbers are automatically being generated. It helps to keep everything organized all the way through invoices. Helps me to keep track of the budgets for my jobs.
Vorteile:
I like the layout of the Purchase orders and I love how I can upload data files packing slips and invoices. It keeps everything so nice and neat. It is to find what I need if I need to come back to it for any reason.
Nachteile:
I feel like Report builder could be a lot better. I can't pull reports that with all of the information that I or upper level management needs. I don't like that the software just sends out an email. I would like it better if it would pull up the email and let me type any additional information or message that I would like. It would be nice if allowed us to email back and forth creating a chain like in email. It would keep all correspondence nice neat and together for each purchase order.
Perfect application to manage PO

As we have restricted our usage of applications only for generating the PO I like how user-friendly the PO management is.
Nachteile:
I can not think of anything that I could not do on Tradogram. :)

Self taught non supplies background manager
Vorteile:
End of month reports that let me see where our money is being spent. These are useful for reporting to CEO. The ability to log in from any PC with in the company and access my orders and deliveries
Nachteile:
I find it a bit 'chunky'. SOme of my invoices are a monthly fee and don't need t= a separate PO, I just need to enter the monthly involve for service. I find that havng to go from the delivery page to the invoice page and start again by selecting the PO and delivery is time consuming. I feel like I should be able to see all information relating to that PO on the one page. Like a time line.

We're sorry you feel this way! Since you are on the free version there will be some limitations to the features/capabilities. We will continue to improve the free basic account, but if you decide to upgrade your subscription we can certainly work with you to ensure you have all the tools you need.
POs and Internal Control Made Easy!
Kommentare: Amazing! Tradogram's customer service is outstanding. I love how you can instantly chat with a representative and all your previous chats are saved in the bubble and also emailed to you after.
Vorteile:
I love how you can create order approvals at different levels, input budgets, and sync with Quickbooks!
Nachteile:
Lack of reporting. I find that there are not enough report options, specifically for current inventory counts. The only other thing I would love to see is for 'received' POs to sync to Quickbooks as 'item receipts'!
Tradogram review
Kommentare: Tradogram has been very good from the inception. The support level is very good, the software is easy to use and to teach to staff members. We are very happy with the software.

It's easy to use, the interface makes it intuitive to understand which functions are where.
Nachteile:
There are no features that for the price it comes with are missing. It does all it promises.
Tradogram Procurement Management Software - Stead Construction Review

We employed Tradogram as an integral part of the replacement of our old and now archaic, hand written & manually intensive Purchase Order system. We have found it to be excellent, cost effective software, that very capably executes everything we have asked of it thus far. It does everything we need it to and more.
When adopting new business software it is very important that a good level of support is readily available, and I am particularly impressed with the exemplary service provided by our rep and the team at Tradogram.

Intuitive and easy to use, does everything it is supposed to do well.

No negatives experienced to report in our initial few months of trialing this software.
