Full-fledged Adapt Users
Kommentare: Medical Professionals has been using Adapt since February 2016. We use most features of they system, include recruiting tools, back office for payroll and billing, mobile integrations, texting and more. Our candidates what to do everything on a mobile device - Adapt has recently rolled out several tools to make this success for us. We need these tools to place more candidates with our clients. The changes are exciting and will change the way we work.
Vorteile: We have seen the Adapt product grow and evolve over the past few years and start to blossom. New enhancements are released quarterly, helping us respond to current recruiting challenges. But, what I like most is the partnership with the development team at Adapt. They listen to our needs and respond by providing us with better tools. Ultimately, they help us provide better service to our clients and candidates.
Nachteile: We all know, it's hard to keep pace with the changes in recruiting and technology. There are some out-dated features in Adapt that should be updated. And more integration with other APIs will expand their capabilities quicker.

Adapt 11.7 Review
Kommentare: From an administration standpoint I have found our current version of Adapt a real pleasure to implement and support on a day to day basis and currently looking forward to upgrading to their latest version of the AdaptSuite database system with improved features, overall functionality and enhanced contact management tools in the coming weeks/months!
Vorteile: With adequate training our recruiters have found the Adapt workflow processes straight forward and easy easy to follow. On a support and administration level I have experienced zero to no downtime with our current version of the Adapt database system.
Nachteile: Our Account Managers are looking for a solution that would allow them to log tracking notes and prompt them to automatically import a new Candidate or Contact when they receive an email while they are logged into Adapt system on our network or more importantly when they are in transit from their mobile device. This would allow them to enter more data into the database and require less data entry from our ofifce admin staff.

Kommentare: Overall we have had a positive experience. We did encounter some significant issues on initial rollout but these were rectified in a number of weeks allowing us to do our job and run key processes as before. Client services and helpdesk have always been friendly and provide an efficient service. My only niggle would be that it would be useful to email queries into helpdesk as sometimes you need a screenshot in order to give the workflow.
Vorteile: This software upgrade has drastically reduced process time in terms of loading CV's (admittedly we were a few versions behind) and it's integration with Outlook is fantastic. Overall, we particularly like the studios, the some new action buttons (GDPR).
We found that being a small business some of the steps in place prior to placing a candidate can be a hindrance. If we could personalise this it would be a definite plus! The layout on some of the email templates are awful. We have tried to work with client services to have them redone but have been told it's a much bigger job and would require development work (ref no allocated but no update of late)
It can be a little temperamental when entering a job code (for example) doesn't always find it when you start typing and takes you to the whole code list to troll through.

Adapt Recruitment Software
Kommentare: Over all I would describe our experience as positive. It transformed the way we did business and help us modernise.
Vorteile: Our recruitment software before Adapt was a really old legacy system and Adapt just transformed the way we worked over night, so the thing I most liked is that it brought us into the 21st Century.
Nachteile: At the time of changing, we have to totally revolutionize the way we worked, which (modernize) the way we worked which was tough to begin with but with support from the Adapt team, we go there in the end.

Kommentare: Adapt is an excellent tool for keeping employee records--personnel, payroll, work status, etc. Everything is all in one place and accessible to all staff.
Vorteile: The ability to perform multiple functions--both front and back office activities. AdaptSuite is also available for use wherever we are as well as some mobile functionality.
Nachteile: The technical support staff do not communicate periodically when working on solving a problem. We usually only hear from them when the problem is resolved. It would be nice to receive some level of update so we know that progress is being made.

Great software and great to work with
Vorteile: Adapt has been our software of choice for the past 15 years. We are on the most current release (2019.1) and would gladly purchase this software again. Over the past few years, they have released many new enhancements to their software and are always willing to listen to clients to enhance their product even further. The software is easy enough to navigate and use. Customer support is easy to get in touch with and take payroll/billing issues seriously when they arise (which isn't often).
Nachteile: It is hard for any software to keep up with technology changes, but they have made changes in the past year that have drastically improved their ability to keep up. We are starting to see the benefits of these changes.

For as users as this company has, I would think that it would have things down a bit better.
Vorteile: I like that it does the front end and back end all in one shot. - no need to use more than one software package.
Nachteile: The reporting and training manuals are awful. For Training, you pay an amount for the training weeks ahead of time and you are expected to know how to do it when you go live. The manual's that they have online are for people that know the software as it jumps in halfway through, so you don't know where to start to get to where they are. The reporting - they don't even have a basic GP report with all of your deductions to view. That is the #1 thing for us to look at and I have to pay for an hour in order to get a simple report that everyone in our industry uses?

Tried and Tested
Kommentare: My overall experience with Adapt software and support has been supportive. I made the jump to start my own firm in 2018 and they have understood my situation accordingly. I look forward to partnering with Adapt along our growth path.
Vorteile: I like using Adapt because it's simple, does what any recruiter requires and is constantly improving. Adapt allows the user to customise thier own dashboards, providing real time relevant information to the user. From a management point of view, I like that at any point I can get a snapshot of consultant, team and company performance.
Nachteile: I would like to see functionality improve to be able to open multiple tabs simultaneously given it is a web application. I do hope that this is considered for a future update.

Kommentare: I have had a long standing relationship with this company and have used their legacy system over the last 30 years. They stand behind their product and continue to make changes as the markets change.
Vorteile: The ease of use of the software with the built in activities making daily use more efficient.
Nachteile: The reporting is not the best although they have made significant improvements. They are sometimes complicated and not easy to figure out which reports do what. I have used their old systems and was able to design and change reports easily.

eEmpAct is a great software
Vorteile: We use eempact. It is a product from bond. Although it is not the newest software and we do need an update, it is still a good one. You can do everything from front office to back office processing with it. Easy enough to use and learn.
Nachteile: I with this software would have updated versus them creating a new software. There are some features that aren't customizable. pulling numbers or candidate information into a report format is sometimes difficult. Limited options.

The transition from our old software to AdaptSuite couldn't have gone any smoother.
Kommentare: More functionality than we had with our previous software; ability to login via web from any location; reliable support from Bond
Vorteile: It's windows based so our team can login from anywhere. We love that we have an entire support team at Bond who is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The response time from the Bond group when we have a need is immediate. The software allows our staffing team (front and back office) to work fully from AdaptSuite without needing additional outside software programs. We also went with the SaaS+ version. We knew going this route would allow for timely upgrades on new releases and also gives us the flexibility to add tailored configurations specific to our needs.
Nachteile: There are a few items that we wish were a little different such as the candidates have the ability to have duplicate files in the software. We've found a work around for this, but it's still a process. A merge function within the software would be handy. The reporting piece is a bit tricky. While the end result of reporting is great, it's building the customized reports that is labor intensive. We did send two staff members to report writing training, but it is does take quite a bit of time to actually write custom reports. I can say that when we've needed assistance with getting information quickly, or help writing a report, Bond provided us with support.

Kommentare: Adapt will give you all you need but only if you input the data in the first place. They have an integrated system that works with most software and very little issues. Client services are knowledgeable and helpful at all times.
THe functionality of the system and how everything you need is on the front page of the record. No need to navigate for basic usage, easy to use and easy to train other people.
The AOA is a fantastic feature, it makes my working life and a little bit easier.
Nachteile: The collection of data and having to constantly clear cache to speed up actions.

In relation to your comment about needing to clear your browser cache our technical team advise that other than clearing it following an upgrade, there shouldn¿t be a reason to need to constantly run this. It certainly does help and can speed things up but we would like to take a further look at this for you as there may be other workstation settings that we can tweak to improve this situation. Best recruitment CRM on the market
Kommentare: We have seen the benefits of working with Adapt and continue to discover it every day. The data protection and GDPR compliance makes this software stand out above the rest on it's own. In terms of recruitment purposes this is a straight forward and easy to use CRM system that has immense benefit to our business. I would and do highly recommend Adapt to other businesses.
Vorteile: I like the accessibility and easy to use functionality. This coupled with the fact that ALL scenarios and points are covered makes this a very straight forward yet comprehensive software with amazing help and support from the Adapt team.
Nachteile: If I had to comment what I like 'least' about this software it would be that at AES we only do permanent recruitment and Adapt is built for perm, temp and contract and therefore cannot be tailored to our individual needs.

Kommentare: Personally and professionally speaking, trust, integrity and transparency are number one. Finding a software provider that you can trust your business with is invaluable. The customer service at Erecruit is simply unparalleled. I say this having first hand experience with other temporary software providers and rest assured the grass, just simply, is not greener. I would choose Erecruit all day long.
Electronic and paperless on-boarding functionality is wonderful, with the easiest to use platform (for creation). Electronic timesheet functionality and online employee portals are wonderful!
Nachteile: Outsourced W2 processing and wish there was functionality to share working search/action lists with colleagues for dual completion.

Adapt and Tempbuddy Set Up and Ingegration
Kommentare: Excellent. Customer Services are brilliant. On boarding, Team is awesome and overall every time we need something we get our response within minutes. A special mention to the rep who has been absolutely instrumental, critical, driven and so so so organized. Without her, the systems and our onboarding of them would not have happened.
Due to both systems being linked and integrated the setup and integration was crucial to the immediate success of our business. We have fully embraced both systems due to their robustness, versatility, flexibility and innovative approach. Both systems provide a secure and powerful system that allows us to grow. We know that we are hardly scratching the ability of these systems to scale our business were we want it to be.
Nachteile: As mentioned above, the systems are probably more advanced than our user capability, so a sense of frustration that due to our lack of knowledge on the integration and set up.

Don't buy the basic package for recruitment purposes
Kommentare: With the basic package it is merely a database that we are tied into for another 20 months. This has caused problems with the business to the point where we use it minimally. A previous consultant tried very hard to resolve these issues with Adapt but it would have cost us thousands more to resolve them. May I suggest that if any recruitment companies want to purchase this, they are not sold the basic package as this has been a hindrance to our company. A spreadsheet would suffice for what we use it for at the moment.
Vorteile: accessibility and helpfulness of customer service staff
Nachteile: The package was bought before I joined the company - I feel the inexperience of staff purchasing what recruitment requires from a CRM led us to buy a basic package with limited functionality

Review of Adapt recruitment software
Kommentare: We like the ability to log, search & action all client and candidate activity.
Vorteile: Ability to reflect all actions & activity required to run a successful temp and/or perm recruitment business or function.
Nachteile: So much functionality that it takes a little time to build up your knowledge.

Good senior management tool. Lacks real time functionality.
Having used the system as a user and as a manager I found that the search features, activity logging features and general ease of navigation are poor.
The positive elements to the system are endless search criteria you can add and numerous ways to locate information - however this can also make it appear overly complicated.
Reporting tools are useful to manage teams however the ability to drill down on data and follow up on activities is not as good as other systems.
Vorteile: Huge search capability and as an administrator there is scope to add extensive search criteria dependant on the market you work in.
Nachteile: Not very "fluid" to use. The best description is that the system is great at storing information but becomes difficult to use. Can seem overly complicated.

Great promise, didn't deliver
Good team of people who care about their customers and want to deliver a great service but the product does not do or deliver on all of the promises. The conversion was poorly managed and we are still struggling with problems, only one person seems to know the system well, the training manuals are either terrible or non-existent, the help menus assumes you already know how to work the system, it has not been intuitive for my team to adapt and use effectively. They are not using it to manage their searches and still prefer their excel spreadsheets since the system and screen refreshes slow down their process far too much. We supposedly upgraded from Staffsuite to gain functionality and it cost us high to do so but Adapt is not much better. Most recently our W2 process has been completely botched since the API with their partner Greenshades doesn't work so we have spent 2 days stuffing envelopes! Prior to this we spent hours trying to get Greenshades to work and as a result missed a SUTA deadline which cost us thousands.
Very disappointed as we have invested tremendous time into this conversion. Worst of all they continue to claim we are the only people having this very long list of problems. I highly doubt it. Looking again at other systems for next year.
