An excellent experience

Kommentare: Excellent. Currency transfer enables me to easily send payments overseas from the fairly small to very large.

Vorteile:

The best thing about Currency Transfer is the customer service. The customer support has been a great help from the beginning both getting started and advising on how to get the best out of the service. I have also been really well looked after by the rest of the team. The service itself is simple and quick yet makes the responsibilities of the customer clear. Very user friendly. The rates are competitive and again very clear. I would heartily recommend the service.

Nachteile:

The only issue i have had is with the bank account changing three times in the last year. When sending large amounts this gives pause for thought. However, the guys at currency transfer were able to explain the changes to my satisfaction.

Nachteile:

The last used Sell/Buy currencies should be left as default. I should not have to select the currencies every time.

328 000 Euros blocked

i realy want to say something good but my experience is actualy so bad

i have an business account with 188 000 Euros, soon the amount will be 328 000 because some customers sent already ... currencytransfer.com team said me that i can recieve money but not put outside, and not withdrawal, because they have "technical problem", we wait next week to see whats happen, if they not unlock us we will complain to the authority ...

Very good but currency transfer take a bit of time.

Kommentare: It is useful as it saves money and its daily emails keep me thinking about the impact of currency rates on my business everyday. I also like follow up calls from someone at currency transfer if I am getting quotes often. What I don't like is that trades seldom arrive on time. This hasn't become a big problem yet, but has prevented me from doing any trade over 100k.

Vorteile:

The software is near perfect. I like that it is easy to use and that it shows me GBP/USD and USD/GBP when I am making the trades.

Nachteile:

It is always asking me to put in the details of a new beneficiary. I can't use the service until I do. So I have three entries of the same beneficiary. This is annoying.

Vorteile:

I've been using Currency transfer for the past couple of years, and the team is just amazing responsive and helpful, even when I make mistakes or have the bank delay a transaction be a day for no reason. Highley recommend.

Nachteile:

Need to trade during the time the markets are open, I would prefer sometimes to have the ability to schedule a transfer in advance.

Lack of up to date information

Kommentare: We regulalrly buy USD to pay a supplier in the Ukraine. The last time we did this we ended up not being able to pay the supplier as you had withdrawn payments to the Ukraine. However this wasn't communicated to us and we had already paid a substantial amount to make the purchase. The account remained with the purchase but the payment never cleared to our supplier and I had to chase up on several occasions what was happening to the funds.

Vorteile:

It was easy to use and seem-less for recording the transactions

Nachteile:

No issues with the software, it was very easy to use.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use. Straightforward easy to use menu. Zero confusion / hassle

Nachteile:

Would be grate if you could download a PDF with receivers bank details which can be sent to receiver to show payment is on its way.

once both accounts approved (from - to ), the process goes through smoothly as of my single experience

Nachteile:

the approval process KYC, Money Laundering processes Business accounts, forget it, you won't get approved unless you're very lucky
