Vorteile:

I like the fact that it uses web hosted solutions to meet quoted and invoicing solutions for its providers.Additionally,it helps speed the process and standardize costs,sales and margins also managing quotes for new prospects and existing clients is just a breeze.

Nachteile:

No deslike it is a great program and self explanatory.

MANY better products on the market in 2024. Product was great 10+ yrs ago, but they've failed to innovate.

Kommentare: This product was great when we first started using it circa 2012. Today, there are MANY more products that integrate seamlessly with our PSA system, it visually appealling to customers, and easier to manage. I do not recommend this platform.

Vorteile:

I do not really like anything about this product.

Nachteile:

The interface is outdated and the database management is cumbersome. It is not user-friendly, it is extremely difficult to train our sales reps and they hate the product. I do not recommend. The only reason why we have not migrated away from this platform is because we've been stuck with it for so long, and the migration away from it would cause us to lose valuable historical data. Additionally, we cannot afford the downtime it would take to migrate away from.

Vorteile:

Creating proposals and sales quotes manually can lead to huge losses. I like that QuoteWerks automates the entire process of quoting procedures.

Nachteile:

QuoteWerks integrates with a wide range of external apps, but the integration process is quite complex mainly for beginners.

Vorteile:

For starters, it is easy to deploy, it integrates with many relevant platforms, comes with exceptional phone support. It has a built-in contact base that makes prospects access super easy. Most importantly, its specially built for creating quotes and proposals!

Nachteile:

Subscription is a bit costly, but hey, sometimes one uas got to pay for superior service. For me, the overall advantages it brings far outweigh cost implications.

Kommentare: Our business model focuses on providing an outsourced procurement staff. I can honestly say we would not be as successful as we are without the use of Quotewerks. The efficiency of getting quotes assembled and distributed allows us to run a lean staff and maximizes our resources. The distributor integrations also reduced our RMAs significantly by allowing us to place the orders directly through Quotewerks instead of manual entry where mistakes can occur. Overall we couldn't be more pleased at how Quotewerks has helped our business grow.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and various integrations are some of it's strongest features. We had no issues getting it plugged into our CRM and Accounting software packages. When we had questions, Quotewerks support was always there to help guide us.

Nachteile:

Any issues we have with Quotewerks is purely minor issues like adding other shipping companies to the list in the procurement tracking model. There are workarounds to still provide tracking for LTL and regional freight couriers, but it would be nice to be able to have the ability to track all of the couriers.

Quotewerks does exactly what it was designed to do perfectly, excellently and amazingly good. The only challenge is the cost which is not pocket friendly.

The only issue that i can address on is pricing. I wish the pricing was made more pocket friendly and economical favouring both large and small scale businesses. In all this product has been so awesome to me and my team.

Quotewerks for IT

Vorteile:

We have used quotewerks in our IT business for years and it works well for our needs. It has real time pricing from many of our vendors.

Nachteile:

The integration to quickbooks desktop often did not work. We have qbo now and it syncs just fine.

Very good time-saving tool

Kommentare: We have been using QuoteWerks for several years, but I still remember the days of creating quotes in Word, which was tedious and time consuming. QuoteWerks made creating quotations and tracking them quick and easy.

Vorteile:

It is quick and easy to create professional looking quotations to send to our clients. It links with GoldMine to aid in tracking quotes and creating follow-up reminders.

Nachteile:

It is more directed to a manufacturing industry than a service industry. Also, the reporting is not very user friendly, although its been recommended we purchase Crystal Reports.

Good Software, a little clunky

Kommentare: We use it because all quotes flow into ConnectWise, including products and services. This means we don't have to type things over and can greatly reduce the number of transposition errors. It's also nice to have one spot for a common product database. We use it in a terminal server environment and it works well.

Vorteile:

It's really a great quoting tool. It works well with ConnectWise, and its ability to export to Excel is great.

Nachteile:

The ad-ons, such as Etilize, are OK, but not great. It can be a bit buggy and. The Quote Valet fearute seems nice, but I think it's too expensive.

So useful and very helpful quotation management tool.

Kommentare: With Quotewerks it is extremely easy and quick to search for information and a lot of information can be stored for future reference. The best part of it is that it uses cloud storage.

I like how it provides live updates to prices from vendors. Quotewerks is so much helpful, useful and above all it helps us save a lot of time.

The only disadvantage is the subscription cost which is a little bit higher.
