Professionelles Arbeiten mit QP

Kommentare: Wir nutzen seit vielen Jahren QP und alle Kolleg*innen sind sehr zufrieden. Danke guter Vorlagen lässt sich QP auch einfach teamübergreifend nutzen.

Vorteile:

Trotz komplexer Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, lässt sich QP auch ohne Expertenwissen schnell für einfache Umfragen nutzen.

Nachteile:

Da fällt mir spontan gar nichts ein. Außer: Es wollen zu viele Kolleg*innen auch damit arbeiten.

Perfekt für Umfragen

Vorteile:

Das Erstellen von Umfragen ist mit dem Tool kinderleicht. Wir nutzen es sowohl intern für Veranstaltungen als auch extern.

Nachteile:

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Es funktioniert so wie es soll.

Super Tool für kleine aktive NGO!

Das handling, die Übersichtlichkeit und die Berichterstellung.

Nachteile:

Ich kann mir bisher nnicht vorstellen, wo Probleme auftuachen sollten :-)

Einfach zu bedienender Alleskönner

Vorteile:

Wir nutzen QuestionPro bereits seit Jahren. Wir hatten andere Mitbewerber - wie Lamapoll, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey ... ausprobiert und sind letztendlich bei QuestionPro gelandet. Das Produkt zeichnet sich durch seine intuitive Bedienung aus. Umfragen sind schnell erstellt, verteilt und ausgewertet. Man braucht keine lange Einarbeitungszeit. Antwortspezifische Pfade und Verzweigungen sind schnell und einfach erstellt. Der Funktionsumfang ist für unsere Zwecke optimal. Schnell sind Daten erhoben und exportiert zur weiteren Verarbeitung (bspw. in SPSS). Uns kommt ferner zugute, dass die Firma Non-Profit-Organisationen unterstützt und ihnen das Produkt im 2-Jahres-Turnus kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt.

Nachteile:

Offenkundige Nachteile konnten wir in den vergangenen Jahren keine feststellen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Question Pro Best Software for Education

Wir verwenden Question Pro seit 2015 und sind immer noch absolut begeistert.

Nachteile:

Es gibt keine Nachteile für uns als Anwender

Großes Tool für alle Belange

Kommentare: Das Tool ist sehr umfangreich und dadurch sehr stark. Wir haben gute Erfahrungen mit dem Support gemacht, die uns mehrfach schon erfolgreich weiterhelfen konnten.

Vorteile:

QuestionPro hilft uns an verschiedentlichen Stellen. Wir sammeln darüber Reports, die sich dann gut exportieren lassen, wir erstellen aber meist einfache Umfragen, die wir jährlich wieder kopieren und weiterverwenden. Das Tool ist extrem umfangreich und bietet weitaus mehr als wir momentan verwenden. Wir erschließen uns auch regelmßig neues. Wir sammeln vor allem Reports und viele schriftliche Daten ( Textform) , weniger reine Zahlen. Das Tool schließt uns dabei eine wichtige Lücke in der Kommunikation mit unseren Konferenzteilnehmerinnen. Hilfreich sind auch die vorgefertigten / standard reports, wenn es schnell gehen soll. Ich persönlich schätze die Adaptierbarkeit des Look and Feels der Umfragen und der Dankesseiten am Ende der Umfragen, die wir auch immer wieder verwenden um verschiedene Informationen weiterzugeben.

Nachteile:

Das immense Spektrum an Optionen macht es ggf teils schwierig sich wieder in das Tool einzufinden, wenn man länger nichts damit gemacht hat oder wenn man mit Statistik an sich nicht so vertraut ist.

Great software for our case managers

Vorteile:

We love how easy it is to use QuestionPro. All of our case managers were able to understand how to make surveys and gather information for our youth.

Nachteile:

No complaints here, we really like QuestionPro!

Great for complex surveys

Kommentare: It's been great - they've been able to help us out in the handful of cases where we've run into an issue, and the product itself is rock solid.

QuestionPro is holding our survey data hostage!

Vorteile:

It was fairly easy to set up a survey.

Nachteile:

We signed up for a free account and they mentioned on the pricing page that there was a limit of 1,000 submissions per survey on the free version. What they failed to clearly state, though is that once you go over 1,000 submissions on a survey, you GET COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT OF THE SURVEY!!! We got a TON of SPAM submissions even with the provided Captcha field added, which quickly pushed us over the 1,000 submission limit. But, instead of shutting the survey down, they continue to accept submissions and instead REVOKE ACCESS TO THE SURVEY FOR TEH CREATOR. Now I can no longer view, edit or even close the survey without PAYING FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer a monthly plan. So, essentially, if you are on a free account and go over 1,000 submissions, QUESTIONPRO WILL HOLD YOUR SURVEY DATA HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer monthly subscriptions. The reasoning I was given was that "they didn't want a bad experience for the survey takers" which is why they leave the survey open. What about the end-user experience for the companies setting up the surveys though? Personally, I'd rather my survey get shut down at 1,000 submissions and still be able to access the data then to have them keep collecting responses that I can't even access. Their customer service was also very slow to reply and the account manager was 15 mins late to our first meeting with no heads up, so I ended up waiting and having to reschedule.

Non-profits win with QuestionPro features

Kommentare: We host multiple surveys on QuestionPro and many use question branching. We also appreciate the cross-tab analytics as well as the powerpoint reports and full data set presentation.

Vorteile:

QuestionPro is exactly what we need as a small non-profit: access to robust survey design features, including branching, and the analytics and reports to really dig into the data. No other survey programs offer this at the non-proft level. Helping non-profits succeed is a wonderful gift.

Nachteile:

As a small organization, we don't need much so being a low priority makes sense and isn't usually an issue. The few times we do need help, responsiveness can be a challenge.

Highly recommend QuestionPro

Kommentare: We use QuestionPro as a platform to launch event surveys for our many local partners who host field days and workshops to promote soil health on Indiana cropland. The ability to quickly copy a survey and edit it specific for an event makes it easy to deploy. Plus reporting is available that enables our partners to extract information most pertinent to their program and grant deliverables. Highly recommend the platform.

Vorteile:

It's ease of use, the ability to add pictures to surveys, and ability to branch questions for more complex surveys.

Nachteile:

The short lead time to renew a non-profit subscription. But they have been helpful in navigating the process.

QuestionPro a non-profit no brainer

Kommentare: Excellent. Good team to work with. Straight-forward product and non-profit offering. Really top-tier compare to free access for non-profits offered by some of the largest companies in the world (e.g. Google, Salesforce).

Vorteile:

Great non-profit policy. Elite survey functionality. Much better than using google forms. Easy to learn and use GUI.

Nachteile:

Not really any cons. The non-profit version naturally has some functionality that is locked. Paying for those functions may be a barrier for some.

Best Software for Our Non-Profit

Vorteile:

Easy to use on both sides—survey creation and for survey participants. Customer service seems to always be available by chat and very helpful. We are a non-profit organization and data collection is of utmost importance. QuestionPro was a perfect fit for our needs and organizes the data in an easy to read and easy to use format.

Nachteile:

Some of the functions are more advanced for our needs (which are basic), so we had a little difficulty the first time we created a survey. However, customer service was always available to walk us through it and now we are able to use the functions to our advantage.

Top Survey Tool for Nonprofits

Vorteile:

Easy to manage many different surveys, including the ability to copy from a template and use custom pre-crafted responses. Terrific editing capabilities for multi-row and column responses. Data downloads cleanly into Excel including graphs. Terrific question options with complex logic capabilities

Nachteile:

Formatting isn't as aesthetically pleasing as some. As a stand alone software, it doesn't integrate with other platforms as well.

Easy to build, easy to review surveys.

Kommentare: QuestionPro has simplified our evaluation process immensely since we started using it. We highly recommend it!

Vorteile:

QuestionPro makes it easy to build robust surveys that allow us to accurately evaluate our programs. It's much easier to set up logic on this platform than others that we have used, and reviewing results is so much simpler. It lets us get to the point quickly and easily without having to spend a bunch of time constructing our surveys.

Nachteile:

We have no major qualms with QuestionPro.

Great Tool for organizations of any size

Kommentare: Our experience with QuestionPro has been extremely positive. Surveys and community information are critical parts of our organizational mission. QuestionPro has allowed us to gather important data to analyze programs as well as serving as a robust program engagement platform.

Vorteile:

This is a great tool that offers a wide variety of tactics and flexibility to structure your surveys so that it can be used throughout your organization---across every department. Additionally, the analytics are extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

We don't have the time to learn all the features!

QuestionPro makes client surveys a breeze

Kommentare: QuestionPro makes client surveys easy and fun. It makes feedback visual and easy for staff to understand.

Vorteile:

It is easy to distribute, easy to see results, easy to customize, and the data is easy to share with others.

Nachteile:

Nothing - it's my favorite software we interact with... The ONLY way it could be easier is if it entered the data we use it to gather into my internal dashboard for me!

QuestionPro helps our nonprofit more easily reach community

Kommentare: QuestionPro's functionality and features offer a premium survey platform when compared to others. It has exactly what we need to get the data and information we need from our audience. I highly prefer QuestionPro over other platforms.

Vorteile:

The features provided in QuestionPro are light years beyond what is offered in more common survey platforms.

Nachteile:

QuestionPro does take a bit of a learning curve for those who are unfamiliar with survey design, but this can be easily overcome.

Intuitive and user-friendly, especially if your organization is composed of non-technical employees. We especially love that we can customize our surveys and generate reports. QuestionPro has great customer service -- their team has always been immediately responsive, we feel very supported.

Nachteile:

No cons to report as we have been deeply satisfied with QuestionPro.

Excellent Tool for Developing Involved Surveys

Vorteile:

Excellent options for questions. Results are easy to segregate to identify issues with our convention.

Nachteile:

Help is still a little spotty. As a technical writer, I think it's written by software techs, not a writer. Sometimes it's hard to find an answer to my question.

Fits our nonprofit needs.

Vorteile:

QP has been a critical tool for our nonprofit to measure the satisfaction of our customers' experience. The question types help us refine our questions to get just the data we need. The report helps us know where we are succeeding and where we need to put more effort to become a better organization.

Nachteile:

Having to renew the annual subscription after completing all the requirements for a nonprofit license. Would be great if the subscription was for more than 1 year.
