Einfach zu bedienender Alleskönner

Vorteile:

Wir nutzen QuestionPro bereits seit Jahren. Wir hatten andere Mitbewerber - wie Lamapoll, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey ... ausprobiert und sind letztendlich bei QuestionPro gelandet. Das Produkt zeichnet sich durch seine intuitive Bedienung aus. Umfragen sind schnell erstellt, verteilt und ausgewertet. Man braucht keine lange Einarbeitungszeit. Antwortspezifische Pfade und Verzweigungen sind schnell und einfach erstellt. Der Funktionsumfang ist für unsere Zwecke optimal. Schnell sind Daten erhoben und exportiert zur weiteren Verarbeitung (bspw. in SPSS). Uns kommt ferner zugute, dass die Firma Non-Profit-Organisationen unterstützt und ihnen das Produkt im 2-Jahres-Turnus kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt.

Nachteile:

Offenkundige Nachteile konnten wir in den vergangenen Jahren keine feststellen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Großes Tool für alle Belange

Kommentare: Das Tool ist sehr umfangreich und dadurch sehr stark. Wir haben gute Erfahrungen mit dem Support gemacht, die uns mehrfach schon erfolgreich weiterhelfen konnten.

Vorteile:

QuestionPro hilft uns an verschiedentlichen Stellen. Wir sammeln darüber Reports, die sich dann gut exportieren lassen, wir erstellen aber meist einfache Umfragen, die wir jährlich wieder kopieren und weiterverwenden. Das Tool ist extrem umfangreich und bietet weitaus mehr als wir momentan verwenden. Wir erschließen uns auch regelmßig neues. Wir sammeln vor allem Reports und viele schriftliche Daten ( Textform) , weniger reine Zahlen. Das Tool schließt uns dabei eine wichtige Lücke in der Kommunikation mit unseren Konferenzteilnehmerinnen. Hilfreich sind auch die vorgefertigten / standard reports, wenn es schnell gehen soll. Ich persönlich schätze die Adaptierbarkeit des Look and Feels der Umfragen und der Dankesseiten am Ende der Umfragen, die wir auch immer wieder verwenden um verschiedene Informationen weiterzugeben.

Nachteile:

Das immense Spektrum an Optionen macht es ggf teils schwierig sich wieder in das Tool einzufinden, wenn man länger nichts damit gemacht hat oder wenn man mit Statistik an sich nicht so vertraut ist.

Perfekt für Umfragen

Great software for our case managers

Survey Says Question Pro

Vorteile:

My youth-serving organization recently mitigated from Comet Testing to Question Pro and have been so pleased with our experience. We are able to cross-tabulate results and survey our youth without the background work of setting up access codes and/or entering data by hand. The cross-tabulation feature has made pre/post assessment data ridiculously easy to scrub. We use it across all of our data-driven programs.

Nachteile:

Some of the features such as saving results to PDF don't work fully and I haven't received the support needed to resolve the issue. It's not a make-or-break, as I can save it as a spreadsheet, but for visual purposes the PDF is sometimes nice.

QuestionPro is holding our survey data hostage!

Vorteile:

It was fairly easy to set up a survey.

Nachteile:

We signed up for a free account and they mentioned on the pricing page that there was a limit of 1,000 submissions per survey on the free version. What they failed to clearly state, though is that once you go over 1,000 submissions on a survey, you GET COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT OF THE SURVEY!!! We got a TON of SPAM submissions even with the provided Captcha field added, which quickly pushed us over the 1,000 submission limit. But, instead of shutting the survey down, they continue to accept submissions and instead REVOKE ACCESS TO THE SURVEY FOR TEH CREATOR. Now I can no longer view, edit or even close the survey without PAYING FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer a monthly plan. So, essentially, if you are on a free account and go over 1,000 submissions, QUESTIONPRO WILL HOLD YOUR SURVEY DATA HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer monthly subscriptions. The reasoning I was given was that "they didn't want a bad experience for the survey takers" which is why they leave the survey open. What about the end-user experience for the companies setting up the surveys though? Personally, I'd rather my survey get shut down at 1,000 submissions and still be able to access the data then to have them keep collecting responses that I can't even access. Their customer service was also very slow to reply and the account manager was 15 mins late to our first meeting with no heads up, so I ended up waiting and having to reschedule.

Wonderful Survey Tool for Non-profits

Kommentare: Our overall experience has been very good. For the types of surveys we do as local government, we have been able to meet our needs with the 'non-profit' license just fine.

Vorteile:

We get nearly everything the software offers on our non-profit account. Support has traditionally been very responsive for us!

Nachteile:

There are just a few limitations with the non-profit account, but they are mostly things we rarely need anyway. We recently stumbled upon a limitation that left us baffled: some complex questions aren't included in the analytics dashboard. But there isn't even a list of them to refer to ahead of time. Also, limited to just one person that can use it.

Vorteile:

QuestionPro is a great tool. I use it nearly daily to keep abreast on our members thoughts and needs. It is easy to set up, track, and read the results. The results can also easily be imported in stat software, so transitioning to SPSS is a breeze.

Nachteile:

Would like to be able to print just the questions and responses to make it easier for Client survey approval.

Nothing - it's my favorite software we interact with... The ONLY way it could be easier is if it entered the data we use it to gather into my internal dashboard for me!

Excellent Tool for Developing Involved Surveys

Help is still a little spotty. As a technical writer, I think it's written by software techs, not a writer. Sometimes it's hard to find an answer to my question.

Question Pro: The way to more transparency

Vorteile:

We are a small, non-profit organization that is very interested in making the impact of its own work visible. Three years ago, we decided to implement this with software and chose Question Pro to try it out. Question Pro really impressed us. In the first few years, we only used the tool occasionally to test whether it had any added value for us. Today, we have reached a point where we use the tool much more regularly. From individual reviews of seminars to long-term studies, we try to analyze our work in the short and long term. The tool fits perfectly into our day-to-day work, creating a survey doesn't take much time and the analysis takes place as soon as we receive a response. We are very impressed and hope to continue using the program!

Nachteile:

Creating the questionnaires is almost self-explanatory. The distribution, on the other hand, took some time. However, this is absolutely fine and did not detract from the positive impression.

Kommentare: Our experience has been wonderful. I am so grateful that a colleague of mine introduced me to this software. We were researching survey software and every other platform was either way outside of our price range or did not offer the feature we really needed.

QuestionPro offers all of the survey tools that we need for our small non-profit while making it affordable for such a small organization that has limited resources.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything I do not like about QuestionPro.

QuestionPro for Nonprofits

Kommentare: This product is perfect for what we need. And as a non-profit the price is free. I could not ask for more.

Vorteile:

The easy of creating surveys saves me time and stress.

Nachteile:

The editor could have more options. Sometimes when I use the visual editor I have issues with it resizing the images to the original size instead of what I set it at in the html tag.

Been a Very Satisfied Customer for over 5 Years!

Kommentare: We used another Survey company for a decade before our needs outgrew it. I wish I could tell you we evaluated several different companies before selecting Question Pro, but we did not. As soon as we came across Question Pro and tested it out, we knew it was right for us. We don't use Question Pro to gather external information from Customers. We use it to capture internal information from our Managers and Employees and get that information to the appropriate people at the appropriate time. Some examples of how we have leverage Question Pro: (1) to gather employee satisfaction data; (2) to gather HR information from employees who request Leave or want to communicate concerns; (3) to provide trainees the opportunity to give feedback on their onboarding & training experiences; and (4) to communicate payroll adjustments directly to the payroll team. The Customer Service Reps we have worked with have been excellent and able to help us when needed. The Live Chat function has also been valuable when we needed a quick answer.

Vorteile:

1. The Customer Service has been outstanding - whether directly with my rep or through the Live Chat. 2. The ease at which Survey's can be created / copied. 3. The system is user-friendly enough that we have been able to figure out how to perform many advanced functions on our own. 4. The flexibility of being able to send the survey in many different ways - i.e. via a link, to a specific email list or using a QR Code. 5. Advanced Logic and Branching allows us to link surveys based on answers and ensure the completed information gets into the hands of the right people at the right times. 6. The ability to schedule auto-run reports.

Nachteile:

1. Having to pay full price for each user account is a bit prohibitive and would ultimately be the only reason we would ever consider a new system. However, we were able to lock in a rate for 2 years the last time we renewed by signing up for 2 years. 2. The lack of flexibility in formatting the Excel Reports - too many columns show on the reports by default and we can't remove those columns we don't need.

Great for nonprofits

Kommentare: Our business interaction with QuestionPro has overall been great.

Vorteile:

We were using SurveyMonkey prior to QuestionPro. It was hard to customize our surveys and we found it costly for what we were getting. When we found out that they were going to increase prices for the number of survey responses, we started looking around and found QuestionPro. QuestionPro is very user friendly and customizable. Not only that, they offer a free version for nonprofits which significantly helps our bottom line and helps us serve even more people!

Nachteile:

I don't like that data clean-up is cumbersome in the version that we use. There isn't a way to do mass data correction when needed and we have to go survey by survey to make corrections. The only way to make any other corrections is to download the raw data which is difficult to do when you have a larger data set. But it's really only the version that we use - I have no doubt this would be easier if we had to pay for our account.

Great Customer Service, Ease of use, Results Driven with lots of options

Kommentare: My overall experience was the best ever! I lead my first sales meeting and wanted constructive, easy to use feedback format, with a quick distribution option following the event, the ability to view, record, download, and distribute for a team discussion. Whew, that's was a long list! The time to improve based on survey results was cut down by months! I was given every possible option to help fit my immediate needs. I looked at other options, they were overly complicated and would require lots of time to be proficient. QuestionPro is broken out into "basic", you can jump in learn and test fairly quick. They then have "advanced" that can provide a mixture of basic and more advanced survey features and additional analytics. Whatever works best for your target group QuestionPro has it. I think I want to do more surveys! I can see more uses for this now.

Vorteile:

The ability to learn how to use on my own, but still has great help sections and live chat option if I was in a bind. The free trial is great and offers the meat of what you get with a basic plan. It allowed me to learn how to navigate and familiarize myself with the software and its capabilities. I was able to do an actual test survey. The survey itself was great! I was searching for a good survey software and this just crossed my path! I will recommend over and over!

Nachteile:

Some areas of the software do not tell you the feature is not included in your selection tier. So you can hit a button and wonder what is happening. But then you have the great live chat and they are quick to resolve or explain. Other portions of the software like contact uploads did not upload but also did not provide me with an error message. I had two columns that were not allowed in the basic tier but it would be nice to have a pop up because I could not figure out what the issue was.

Excellent for our very lengthy, involved community survey needs

Kommentare: We have been using QuestionPro for a very large, complex community survey that we were running for nearly two years. It took us a long time to develop the survey, and we were changing things constantly for a long time and found the software user-friendly for doing so.
The purpose of our survey was actually to share as much information publicly as possible (not just for internal analysis) so being able to embed the results was a really important feature to us and we actually created an entire website using multiple blog summary pages to display all of the embedded results. We are very happy with this.
Our needs in other respects at present are probably not as sophisticated as some other companies, and we were pleasantly surprised at how user-friendly QuestionPro was for us to administer. Since we started in 2018 I don't actually remember the other specific packages that we looked at but QuestionPro's interface was an important factor. For our large survey, for various reasons we did not make use of the automated tools to remind people to complete their survey, etc, and instead we opted for a more manual management route but we will definitely use those features in the future.

Vorteile:

We were able to embed the results from individual questions onto websites. This is a unique feature that is extremely helpful to us. While we had some technical troubles implementing that at one point, support was very responsive so that we could get it up and running.

Nachteile:

We really didn't have any particular issues or missing feature concerns.
