This Adobe solution offers the most responsive and easy multiple marketing campaigns management and monitoring ability is also excellent. It has a very friendly interface. By tailoring campaigns throughout the whole network, we can improve every customer's web, email, and mobile phone experience. Customization on various channels for various clients is simple, and workflow and modification are both extremely possible. It also provides us with the option of creating a personalized dashboard that allows us to configure it to our liking and puts all of the capabilities at our fingers.

Kommentare: Adobe Campaign experience is good in day by day campaign management, creation and delivery. The implementation and adoption curve was a little bit more complicated compared to the previous tool. In order to exploit advanced features a constant IT support is required. In order to leverage on campaign insight and kpi we preferred to export raw data on external data visualization tools

The campaign analytics features are below the expectations as well as the integration with other Adobe tools (eg. Adobe Analytics)

With features that go beyond email to include SMS, push notifications, and even Whatsap integrtion, it's a well-crafted piece of software from Adobe that serves to reach a wide audience, now capable of reaching over a billion users with its new V8 architecture.I like that the platform is designed with real-time responsiveness in mind, allowing you to run multiple automated campaigns simultaneously and edit them on the fly without pausing and restarting.
Nachteile:
It is a platform for people who have used similar software and who already have some knowledge, otherwise I don’t considr it user friendly, the learning curve is long, it has many functions and its menu for new users can be confusing, its interface is not the best of all.Another negative point is that it is a platform that is very closed to the Adobe ecosystem.

Nachteile:
The support is not the best, communicating mainly by email is not the most accurate for a tool like this, solutions and answers are slower this way. Another unattractive aspect is the price, if the customer support was better or at least existing, the balance would be fairer.

We love that Adobe Campaign and how we are able to tracking multiple CRM activities, like real-time campaigns, targeted campaigns, and handle our email marketing. Being able to track campaign behavior in a snap shot helps us understand our users and we are able to segment them by persona for future targeted campaigns. Automating our campaigns has increased our sales and has given us a better understanding of our clientele.
Nachteile:
To be able to use it's features to the fullest it requires experienced developers and can be difficult for new users to learn.

Adobe Marketing Cloud offers excellent analytics and reports. It offers strong email and social media marketing. It is very useful in search engine optimization, website development and optimizing the landing page of website . It is one of the best marketing tool.
Nachteile:
Adobe Marketing Cloud is not a free tool, it require payment. It is a complicated tool to work on. I find Google Analytics little user friendly

I use adobe e-sign to send new hire documents to all new employees and this software is very convenient and easy to use. You can attach multiple documents at the same time and still send heavy sized files in fraction of seconds. You can store multiple templates to the library and can send documents to multiple people at the same time thru mega sign feature.

A little complicated dashboard since they highlight all the features of the product on a single page.

We have used Adobe Marketing Cloud to make our marketing content uniformly on-brand across different channels. It has greatly improved our workflows and helped our teams deliver exception content on time and beyond expectation.
Nachteile:
We found that the onboarding process was slow at first. Some of our designers wanted to work exclusively within the Creative Cloud initially. However, once we cleared these initial hurdles, we have been very pleased with the results.
Newbie is unlikely to understand independently

It's just an instrument, and the result depends on how skillfully it is to use it. I am helped by many years of experience in the IT field. I would not recommend this program to a newcomer. Still, 100% it will not work for him.
Nachteile:
The main disadvantage is that you need to know English for a full-time job. The program does not have a very friendly interface, and to use it, you need to be really professional.

I work as a teacher, and Adobe Campaign is more of a marketing tool. I would switch to a program more suitable for my tasks, but the authorities are against it.

Kommentare: We have been using Adobe Campaign for almost a year and there are still some aspects of it that I don't completely understand. It's complicated and has a steep learning curve. However, it is definitely worth the investment! This software is both powerful and versatile.

Adobe Marketing Cloud softwares are pretty easy to use even for a first timer. If you can't figure out how to do something, just Google it. I've been able to do it every single time.

I love Adobe softwares! And this one does not disappoint. The multiple features and capabilities with this product are endless! I can't say enough great things about Adobe Marketing Cloud, perfect for email tracking and marketing efforts.
Nachteile:
The only downfall with this software, as well as all Adobe softwares is that it is really hard to get ahold of customer service compared to some smaller software companies.
Cost an arm and a leg

It was easy to use and send documents. I loved the software and the whole concept of e-signatures.
Nachteile:
the cost was to much for our company. We have development team and to access the api they wanted more money then it was worth so we switched to DocuSign we negotiated a a better deal at the time.
