Best application for School Management!

Vorteile:

It's one of the best school management applications I ever used. It's having all the features that the school needs. Even it has an e-commerce module where we can setup our school store and we can sell items without any hustle.

Nachteile:

In the CRM module, it doesn't have the rule apply option. Other than everything is good.

Truly the best

Kommentare: Have properly tested Moodle, Canvas, WordPress LMS's LearnDash and TutorLMS for a good 2 years. Can honestly say all things considered ClassE365 is hands down the best by far. Easy to use, highly functional, looks modern and inviting and super quick. Never experienced down time.

Vorteile:

Love the hierarchy structure of classes/sections. Highly customisable. Having academic sessions is a game changer.

Nachteile:

They integrate with Zapier but need more actions and triggers. $50/month for each module is too much.

Good value for money

Vorteile:

Academic admin staff find the student information system is easy to use.

Nachteile:

There's still a lot of work to be done in the admissions module. An interactive admissions portal facilitating the back and forth between applicant and admissions staff will make this much more usable.

Greater Scholars Classe365

Kommentare: Positive. However, Need to take another look at the archiving features in Classe365. It should be possible to archive students even without the Alumni module

Vorteile:

LMS is the most important and effective module. Its functionalities and features are quite useful to both faculty and learners and it is user friendly. The Student Information Portal is clear and easy to use. The grading and assessment are fantastic features. Reports are equally great

Nachteile:

Finance Module is very cumbersome. Additionally integration of the invoicing module with 3rd party accounting systems can be problematic and does not always integrate well during use. Schedules and Communication module is somewhat difficult to use. Graduation module is difficult to use and takes an unusually long time to graduate students to a new class at the end of the school year.

Don't Think Twice to Get Classe365 for your School

Kommentare: It has been 4 years with Classe365. We have no big issue. The features inside are good enough and easy enough to use and hand over to any new comers. The support team is very attentive to help in time with clear instructions and help.

Nachteile:

Some features such library are not good enough as expected.

Kommentare: Classe365 is a good software for Admission and Class registration.

Vorteile:

The technical support team is very helpful especially [sensitive content hidden]. We encountered 2 issues recently on email notifications and duplicate student records and they were able to resolve both.

Nachteile:

We are unable to use the report cards and degree and transcript modules though as our requirements for GPA and earned credits calculation do not fall in their heat map.

New Schools need Classe365

Kommentare: We are very grateful to Classe365 staff and tech support team who have been purposeful and responsive to meet the needs of our multilingual institution. The Knowledgeable is a helpful start but if we request extra detail, the staff come through for us. If we see something needed and they hear the same need from other institutions, Classe365 will roll out the feature. It's been very impressive to see the development of the software. Nachteile:

No price break for non-profits yet! We raise the funds for the majority of our students as they cannot afford the fees and we are offering them a master's degree they could otherwise not obtain. Please consider the example of Canva's goal to give back 1% - nonprofits are flocking to use their graphic design software. While I'm not looking for no-cost benefit, it would be helpful to consider proof of an institution's non-profit status to qualify for a discount.

Convinced by Classe365

Vorteile:

The best about Classe365 is how easy it is to create new fields, new forms, new courses. It has a great flexibility. At the same time I feel that all the information about our students and courses are in a safe place. I also like a lot the relation to my customer service dude, [sensitive content hidden], who is very available, who knows everything about my institution and who has always worked through every request until solution.

Nachteile:

I don't know yet, need to find out. We didn't contract all the modules. The ones we're using we're more than happy with them.

My Classe365 Experience

Vorteile:

The easy to use features, variety of options, and consistent updates/improvements.

Nachteile:

Not being able to filter applications based on status, but this could be due to our chosen subscription package.

More than a tool

Vorteile:

Classe365 litterally allows that teachers, administrators and students are all on the same page. So far, any development suggestions that we made were transformed. Means that [sensitive content hidden] and his team are very reactive.

Nachteile:

The calendar integration did not succeed for us, due to firewalls that we can't lift.

Extraordinary SIS

Kommentare: C365 has made school administration very professional and quick for us.

Vorteile:

The onboarding process was made very easy with training and support. This software solution provides many options under the same umbrella.

Nachteile:

There are many more options that they are adding and users need to wait some time for those to be developed.

Kommentare: In our school we have been able to give the teachers, students and parents an efficient tool to communicate and work together. Also, our administrators have a way to successfully complete every process of the school. Educators, Psychologists, and almost every staff can make the best of Classe365

Vorteile:

Classe365 is the total solution for any school wanting to be efficient and effective in this new world. This multi-service platform offers a powerful SIS, a complete LMS, a very useful CRM, and the most important thing: it connects the whole educational community (parents, students, teachers and administrators). The fact that it is web-based, makes it very useful, always available and very affordable. The price beats any other competitor. Since it is modular, you can get what you need and you don’t have to pay extra money. We are using it in Latin America and it is incredible the way in which it adapts to almost every educational situation and need. No doubt it is a great tool for today’s schools.

Nachteile:

Specific customization may not be very easy and may take time and money.

Kommentare: An all encompassing software that adequately fulfills the crossover between academics and accounting.

Vorteile:

The customer service team's flexible approach to making modifications to suit individual client requirements. At first, I found the software lacked the necessary back-office accounting functions. This was resolved in a very timely manner by one of the customer reps. who went to great lengths to study each aspect of my concerns and ensured that the software was modified to incorporate our exact requirements. Considering it is was not originally intended for full accounting use, it has now incorporated functions which are much more user-friendly and necessary for the billing, receipt and debtor analysis functions of accounting

Nachteile:

We would now like to see the software expanded further to adequately incorporate our HR requirements.

GREAT ACADEMIC TOOL

Vorteile:

The LMS module is a great tool for online classes and to interact with the students. Easy to use. Email and text communication are great. Overall it has improve our school academic processes.

Nachteile:

Quizzes module can definitely be upgrade . Also we suggest to have the option to create graduation certificate.

Classe365 is a decent tool

Kommentare: Overall customer support is good. Wish this was a complete package that brings all in one place rather than half-way through.

Vorteile:

We were looking for a tool that can bring all the needs into one place for running a school. This felt a tool that could do it. It does at a decent level.

Nachteile:

At first it felt like one tool to bring it all together. But once we started using it, there was still need of communicating to the prospective students via email whereas some was captured thru the tool - so we had to manually copy things from email into the tool to make sure the offline communication is captured. Invoicing is broken as it keeps throwing error.

Great for modern students

Vorteile:

Our teachers love being able to create the classes in a cloud based form. It has made our educational institution top notch.

Nachteile:

Sometimes is would not log in properly though I knew I was typing the correct information in. A little buggy

Kommentare: We have been able to automate many of our manual processes including timesheets, attendance, and student reports.

Vorteile:

This software is great for scheduling and organizing teachers and students. I's flexible configuration allows us to accurately manage our student body.

Nachteile:

I think the reporting could be a little easier to use, but the support is great and they are always willing to customise reports to our meet our needs.

Great Program

Kommentare: Although it took us a few months to really implement and find out the best ways to adapt classe365 to our business model, it has transformed the way we do business and has done wonders for the organization of our language school.

Vorteile:

What I like most about this software is how it keeps everyone organized from admin to teachers to even students.

Nachteile:

I think the quiz feature could be a little more user friendly.
