Vorteile:

Mir gefällt bei Slack die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche. Das macht es einfach mit Kunden und Kollegen zusammen zu arbeiten. Des Weiteren schätze ich es sehr, dass man in verschiedenen Kanälen chatten kann und sowie Apps und Dateien nahtlose in Slack integrieren kann.

Nachteile:

Die Informationsflut in Slack kann manchmal eine große Herausforderung sein und somit schnell mal Nachrichten übersehen werden. Ein Kritikpunkt wären die Kosten. Einige Funktionen sind nur in kostenpflichtigen Plänen enthalten, was kleinere Teams oder Unternehmen möglicherweise einschränkt.

Hat bei uns sämtliche internen Mails ersetzt

Kommentare: Insgesamt möchte ich Slack in meinem Arbeitsalltag nicht mehr missen. Die Software ist sehr schnell einsatzbereit, funktioniert auch mobil sehr gut, ist aber vergleichsweise teuer. Es gibt aber eine kostenfreie Version, die nicht alle Nachrichten speichert.

Vorteile:

Slack ist für uns das unverzichtbare interne Kommunikationstool, für alle Aufgaben im Alltag. Durch die vielen Verknüpfungen mit anderen Tools ist es gut integrierbar und läuft auf allen Geräten.

Nachteile:

Einziger Nachteil ist der vergleichsweise hohe Preis, und mit der Zeit auch der deutliche Lockin-Effekt.

Slack ist ein zuverlässiger Partner in Sachen interner Kommunikation mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Das Teilen von Informationen, ein kurzer Anruf bei Kolleginnen und Kollegen oder das Anlegen von Gruppenchats und Channeln ist unproblematisch möglich.

Nachteile:

In größeren Organisationen mit viel Kommunikation kann Slack dazu neigen, unübersichtlich zu sein. Informationen müssen dann über die Suchfunktion herausgefunden werden, was mitunter aufwendig ist.

Super Programm um mit seinen Kollege zu kommunizieren

Vorteile:

Ich finde es gut wie schnell man mit allen in Kontakt ist. Das man Datein sich schicken kann. Gruppen erstellen kann und mal schnell eine Videotelefonie oder Konferenz machen kann

Nachteile:

Ich mag die Option Hubbel nicht, das verpasse ich immer schnell ein anruf oder Einladung, weil das nicht so schön klingel als wenn ich ein Slack anruf mache

Kommentare: Kann man geschäftlich nutzen, aber man ist nicht sicher ob der Adressat auch alle Nachrichten gelesen hat, die Funktion Lesebestätigung bei High Prio Nachrichten wäre hilfreich.

Sehr schwer manchmal einen Thread zu finden, manchmal werden die Nachrichten übersehen.

Vorteile:

Slack ist ein einfaches Tool für die schnelle Kommunikation. Alle Nachrichten werden gebündelt und in einzelnen Projekten gespeichert, sodass gut darauf zurückgriffen werden kann.

Nachteile:

Nachrichten, welche älter als 90 Tage sind werden nun seit kurzem ausgeblendet.

Kommentare: Jüngste Anwendungswiedergabe stimmt nicht wie erwartet mit dem Windows-Anwendungskunden überein. Funktioniert immer noch nicht wie erwartet. Anwendungsspeicher gereinigt - kein sicheres Ergebnis.

Vorteile:

Die App hat alle Anzeichen, dass sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt gut funktioniert. Anwendung funktioniert einwandfrei bis vor einer Woche.

Nachteile:

Derzeit gibt es Probleme, bei denen ich Fotos versendet habe, und sie werden nicht übertragen, so dass ein nicht initiierter Zwischenruf zurückbleibt. Wie dem auch sei, es werden die nicht gesendeten Bilder nicht gelöscht, um sie verschwinden zu lassen.

Mit Slack hat es mir die Kommunikationen zwischen verschiedenen Personen erleichtert und einen unbegrenzten Datentausch ermöglicht.

Nachteile:

Nach 2 Jahren Nutzung wurde ich benachrichtigt, dass die Daten nicht mehr gespeichert werden können und ich musste eine alternative Software finden.

The best chat for work

Vorteile:

Slack is the best communication tool there. I work remotely so having a tool that can effectively allow us to communicate is very important and Slack has done a perfect job there. Besides communications, we can also have integrations with Hubspot, Airtable, PandaDoc, etc so we can receive important notifications when something important happens.

Nachteile:

Nothing to point out. Sometimes there are some bugs where I record a video or audio message and the audio is not there, it's missing. Which is a bit annoying since I have to do it again, but it only happens once in a while.

Great collaboration platform

The search capability is very slick and the option to save a message for quick find later is great. Easy to organize channels and direct messages into groups. Has a lot of add ons which help integrate with other tools within a work environment. Great documentation and community support. Ease of management is a highly desired feature, which slack provides. Collaboration options like audio/video calls, file sharing, screen sharing, ability to select which screen/desktop to share, and group calls are amazing features which work really well

Nachteile:

Nothing that stands out other than occasional bugs which get addressed soon. Some apps send notifications even after they are muted.

Vorteile:

Slack can be considered as a project management tool. Slack provides both mobile version and desktop version applications where the mobile version is installed in the mobile phone so that whatever may be the situation user may not miss any important information about the project instantly. While the desktop version helps to transfer files of the working project easily while working on the project. Slack provides the facility to share the files, folders, audio and video clips, links. there are private and public channels in slack. Users can be added to these channels and if the users prefer they can have their own personal chats through slack. The emojis, stickers, GIF are also added In Slack to provide better user experience and attract the users with its familiar look to most of the social media or texting apps.

Nachteile:

In order to use Slack users need to have a proper network connection. Without proper network coverage, Slack won’t work. Sometimes messages won’t be delivered to the other side after a selected time(10 PM). Unless the user sets his or her state into active user won’t receive notifications after 10 pm. If the state is away then the messages sent after 10 pm won’t be delivered till the next morning. Because of this sometimes users may miss some important messages. It is both an advantage and a disadvantage too. There is no mechanism to know whether the receiver read the message or not once a message is sent. The sender has to wait until other messages come from the receiver acknowledging that the receiver read the message.

Nachteile:

I dislike too many emails notifying me what happened on Slack. The notifications may come in handy when you missed a lot but they could also bother you because they are rather too many. The mobile app seems too congested compared to the desktop access version.

I LOVE Threads and Apps. Slackbot is my new best friend

As a guy from the tech field, I'm using Slack as a part of my daily schedule, so it is very easy to use and offers many features by which we can integrate and implement many supporting softwares it like Jira and Bitbucket. It offers is transparency with our clients and allow us to give a total freedom to see the complete workflow of our tasks. While installing I get trouble so I get help from customer support and they help me in a very good Manner

Nachteile:

As per the frequency, I use it in day-to-day life, it is an important thing but it offers 3-month chat access if you are on access free, and pricing of this is quite high.

Promotes team work in the remote setting

I use Slack daily to communicate with other members of my team at the company. I love that I get notifications on my laptop and my phone so I don't miss them. I love that you can attach pictures and videos. Being able to reply in a separate thread is great for keeping all notes on one topic in the same place. Huddle feature for video meeting is also pretty great!

Nachteile:

So far I don't have any concerns or complaints with Slack. It seems to be able to do all of the things that I would want it to.
