Kommentare: Brilliant! Our fleet of vehicles is perfectly monitored with GPS Trackit

Vorteile:

I want to start by highlighting the customer service, it's sensational! Fast and efficient, they always have a solution. The design is beautiful although at first it can be somewhat complicated to use, it has a lot of functionalities and the tracking is really accurate.

Nachteile:

The only thing I can criticize is that at first it may take time to learn to handle it well, but then it becomes user friendly!

Simple and cheap

Vorteile:

Overall it does what we need. Keeps accurate time and milage

Nachteile:

The fact that there are multiple websites required to get things done. I don't use half the feature s for this reason. Needs to be all under one website.

User with 3 vehicles

Vorteile:

Gives me the basic function of seeing where my vehicles are in a straightforward manner. Android app is convenient even if it is limited in function.

Nachteile:

Trying to do anything outside of the basics of seeing where vehicles are and getting a geofence report is tedious and not intuitive. The UI is clunky and it isn't readily apparent where I need to go to do many tasks. Would like a way to send alerts not only to a company email/mobile but also to the driver of the vehicle.

I give it four stars!

Kommentare: Affordability kept me from using this product any longer. It would have been nice if there were “some” free features!

Vorteile:

I could track in real time and also keep up with weather or not the vehicle was driving over the speed limit, when and where!

You must have a subscription to use this product

GPS Trackit - Peace of Mind

Kommentare: It Works! I am satisfied with the performance of my GPS Trackit.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that any incursion while driving is recorded by the windshield mounted camera, that records activity in front and behind me with a split screen in real time, recorded into the cloud. But is most like its use as a theft deterrent. Not only does the camera record into the cloud any activity to break into or damage my vehicle, if my vehicle is stolen and the camera removed, the hidden GPS continues to send its location for the police to recover.

Nachteile:

None. There is nothing I do not like about GPS Trackit.

Exceptional Service for Fair Price

Kommentare: We've enjoyed having the ability to know where our vehicles are and the reports are exceptional as well.

Vorteile:

The ability to know where our vehicles are at all times and the cost of the platform is pretty good compared to others.

Nachteile:

The reports could be easier to customize and use.

GPS Trackit is a great platform to help manage large or small fleets. The website and app are easy to use and very user-friendly. Install of the units is a breeze. 10/10 would recommend this company for all of your GPS needs.

Efficient Fleet Management with GPS Trackit:

What I liked most about GPS Trackit was its robust and user-friendly tracking system. The platform provided real-time, accurate information about the location and status of our trucks, which was invaluable for our operations. The ease of access and user interface made it simple for our team to track our fleet effectively. The reporting and analytics tools were comprehensive, offering valuable insights into driver behavior, fuel efficiency, and route optimization. Additionally, the customer support was consistently responsive and helpful, ensuring any issues were addressed promptly.

Nachteile:

What I liked least about GPS Trackit was the occasional lag in the real-time tracking updates. While it was generally reliable, there were instances where we experienced delays in receiving location information. Moreover, the mobile app's interface could use some improvement for a more seamless user experience. It would be beneficial to streamline the app's design for quicker access to essential data. Finally, the cost of the service, while justifiable for the features provided, might be a limiting factor for smaller businesses with tighter budgets.

It meets our needs for a fairly reasonable cost.

Nachteile:

Not always working in real time. We need to know where our trucks are and sometimes there is a lab.

Kommentare: We started this relationship as an experiment to see how GPS tracking of vehicles could impact our operations as a construction company. The first 10 vehicles tracked eventually grew to 168 and is on its way to our full fleet of over 200 vehicles. The initial interest was in preparing State Mileage reports. That process went from a manual effort requiring 1 hour per truck per month for 30 vehicles to six clicks of the mouse to handle all vehicles for the month. That savings alone paid for the cost of the units. Then came ELDs and we had a very easy to implement solution. The GPS tracking units made the transition to Electronic Logs much easier and in 4 months start to finish we had moved from 100% paper logs to 100% electroinic logs. Definitely made a recent DOT audit much easier. I highly recommend GPS Trackit. Your fleet management life will be simplified and the data you can gather will help you make informed decisions with predictable results.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and system is relatively easy to manage.

Nachteile:

It appears to be managed on the West coast. They perform system maintenance at 3:00am local time which on the East coast is the start of our day. A bad time to degrade system performance.

Great Product

Vorteile:

We like that we can monitor our trucks activites in a timely fashion. We can look and see where they are and how they are being driven. Its very simple to hop onto the app and pull up the information we are looking for. It has been a great system to have in place at a great value.

Nachteile:

We have been fully satisfied with GPS Trackit for what we use it for. We dont need all features however the ones we use we are happy with.

Kommentare: We are a business that picks up jobs during the day and it is good to know where everyone is so we can see who may be closest to a job that might come up.

Vorteile:

The general features are easy to understand. The maps are easy to read.

Nachteile:

The GPS is not always correct as far as timing. It may show that someone is driving 10 miles away from the shop, and then they suddenly appear at the shop a minute later.

Kommentare: Very good. Response to concerns has taken more than a few days at times. Follow up to concerns good.
Changes in staff over the last year has been noted along with process effects.

Vorteile:

Reports are efficient and utilized. .

Nachteile:

Transition to the Cloud version was very clunky, still have down time access. Navigation takes longer than the previous version.

Kommentare: I've had a pleasant experience. Customer service is great! They are patient and very knowledgeable.

Vorteile:

GPS's feature to hoover over a point to see street view is helpful when we are trying to pinpoint what job they are at.

Nachteile:

Removing trucks no longer owned from the list is not easy. You have to call for them to do it. it would be more functional if there was an edit feature where you could remove vehicles.

Easy to use as we did not have a GPS tracking system, we run a small fleet and the value of knowing where the trucks are is very helpful.

Nachteile:

The only thing I would say is setting up a new driver as we are a small fleet and don't set up new people very often.

Great Product and Service

Kommentare: this has truly been a great investment for the company in order to be more efficient with our crews in the field. We are able to know where they are in an instant and are able to contact them if need be to detour them to an unexpected service call if we are already in the area.

Vorteile:

knowing where each rig is located precisely and the accuracy of the vehicle placement is almost exact. Also being able to rerun a previous days routes has proven to be quite helpful as well. It also has helped keep our crews more accountable to their locations. Being able to see where a truck is and knowing its Approximate ETA to destinations.

Nachteile:

took some time to learn the program, but once you have it figured out its pretty simple.

Vorteile:

I LIKE THE EASE OF PLUG AND PLAY DEVICES . KEEPS TRACK OF DRIVER HABITS AND THE ABILITY TO MONITER DRIVING HABITS

Nachteile:

UNITS DO NOT READ AT TIMES. SHOWS VEHICLES AT LOCATIONS THEY WERE AT PREVIOUSLY IN REAL TIME.

A great device to increase efficiency of your drivers and reduce cost

Kommentare: I have been working with GPS Trackit for several years. As we have expanded our business, we have added more devices. The software is great to track/monitor your drivers. The real time data is a huge help in running our business. Dynamic scheduling of the drivers saves on labor costs. The customer support team is high touch and very helpful. My rep, Michelle Grace, is very proactive and supportive. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are always happy. I highly recommend the Company and their team!

GPSTrackit works great for our needs. We are so glad we finally found something that works for us!

Kommentare: We have tried at least 3 other systems that I can remember until GPSTrackit fell into our laps. It has been a positive experience and we have not had any problems since we got on board.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of it. I get the info that I need when I need it. It's not over complicated.

Nachteile:

The only con... is the West Coast base... we don't run into to many problems but when the one little glitch pops up it would be nice if we were all on the same time.
