We have used this dialer technology for over a year now and are happy to have made the switch.
Vorteile: The biggest advantage is its seamless integration with the DAKCS software platform. We do not have to move files into the dialer and then download results. This saves us countless hours of management. Beyond that, the platform allows us to scale up when our volumes are heaviest without the addition of any more Telephone equipment.
Nachteile: Certainly more expensive when compared to traditional long distance costs, however, we have no hardware to support (since it is cloud based) and the integration with our ARM software saves us the time to offset this increased spend.

QwikDial is a great dialing solution
Kommentare: We were able to get QwikDial to work on our thin client environment with help from the great team at DAKCS!
Vorteile: QwikDial is easy to use and train on. We just recently started 4 new collectors on the product and training time was about 5 minutes. It gives our office a great click to dial platform, and with the software integration we are able to leave messages as well.
Nachteile: The fact that I can not use the recordings with my speech analytics is a bit of a downfall, but I know DAKCS is aware of this and looking for a solution for their clients, as always!

Kommentare: We have been using QwikDial for many years and are generally happy. However, with the writing on the wall about new bipartisan bills being presented in Congress designed to basically eliminate any ability to use predictive dialing, we are hoping that QwikDial can adjust to create some sort of "click-to-dial" option.
Vorteile: Integrated with DAKCS collection software. Uploading accounts for call campaigns is done directly from the Beyond system in a single step.
Nachteile: It would be nice to be able to modify/disable/enable multiple campaigns at once rather than having to select them one at a time. Voicemail drop features need some work, particularly with the reporting back to Beyond.

QwikDial triples workflow
Vorteile: QwikDial allows my collectors to easily triple the output from our old dialing system. I am able to see real time statistics, and keep track of everything that is happening at a glace, no matter where I am in the world.
Nachteile: It is subject to internet connectivity, which most cloud dialers are. It can be challenging when the internet is stagnant.

Kommentare: We are able to scale the dialer to what we have as needs on a daily basis. If we need more contacts, we just add a few more lines. It generates some linkback but mostly it generates more return calls. I have had to decrease the number of lines because the collectors could not keep up.
Vorteile: This product is very easy to setup and monitor. The integration with our collection software makes this a product we will never cease to use. It is very easy to scale for our needs. There is never a need to add hardware or call to get an upgrade to use more lines.
Nachteile: I can't really think of anything that i dislike about Qwikdial.

Vorteile: Easy to use. Like that calls are recorded and attached to the debtor's file.
Nachteile: Sometimes slow depending on internet connection.

Vorteile: Very good functionality. Easy to set up and run.
Nachteile: I have not found anything to be a con at this time.
