Excellent Software for Medical billing and EHR management

Kommentare: My experience with EHR/ 24/7 has been very good. I help set practitioners up with this software all the time. What I do is create a template from speaking with the providers and then have them submit it to Office Ally and go through the set-up that way. This method allows the providers to really personalize the categories and wording to their office and specialty. Thumbs up Office Ally you have made this program very easy to set-up, use and personalize.
Data entry during a visit is very smooth once you get the initial programming of your common phrases saved. This speeds up the provider's data entry time considerably and allows more time with their patients.

Vorteile:

I like the simplicity of Office Ally. It is very easy to use for scheduling your patient, managing their electronic health record with easy to use templates and following the electronic billing process.

Nachteile:

The only thing I would add to Office Ally after using it for 8 years plus, would be the ability to print out a patient ledger with the provider's name, address and phone number at the top. If there isn't a balance due on the account the statements won't include the visits dso the only option for me to print a form that our patients need for their HSA and FSA accounting is the patient ledger. If you print a superbill at the time of service it will be inclusive of all these things but the aftercare for financials is where this pops up. Other than this one little thing I am very happy with Office Ally and you can't beat the pricing!

PRACTICAL & USEFUL

Kommentare: Overall very pleased. It gets the job done.

Vorteile:

Ease of use with most practical, day to day functions.

Nachteile:

Cumbersome in certain areas. Lacks intuitive use. It has so many uses, areas, that it can become overwhelming.

Hate that I cannot use an iPad to have patients sign when I visit patients at there home

Kommentare: Hate that one cannot use iPads for the patients to sign. I go to patients homes so it is very stressful not to have this option

Vorteile:

I like the pricing compared to other options

Nachteile:

I do not like that there is a word limit to each section, and I hate that I cannot get a mobile Ipad for ALMOST 1 year of requesting it.

review of office ally EHR

Kommentare: It was a great starter software when our office opened. We have since outgrew and moved on to another software.

Vorteile:

Ease of use with making notes, e-prescribing, phone call notes, ease of printing.

Nachteile:

speed of the softwareno assembly for documents.

EHR 24/7 is a great product

Kommentare: Its a great well rounded basic software that organizes and keeps patient medical information in a secure platform.

Vorteile:

Office Ally in general is a great basics program with good clearing house capabilities.

Nachteile:

The lack of easy use chart notes for Chiropractors.

Office Ally

Kommentare: It was good for what we needed but in the end, it had some limits.

Vorteile:

It's cheap and easy to integrate with a new practice.

Nachteile:

It's not very intuitive to learn and requires a lot of training. The UI can be a little clunky. Once we changed over to a new EHR, it was hard to get them to release the records.

Overall a good system for the price

Kommentare: Very good. I wish the Reminder Mate feature had a texting response system and was more user friendly. We canceled our Reminder Mate subscription because of the inefficiencies. When we brought this problem to tech supports attention , they never had a good solution of a fix

Vorteile:

Pricing is transparent and reasonable. Accounting software, EHR and stats are all integrated with a clearinghouse

Nachteile:

We are EST so I wish they had tech support available 24/7 or at least for early EST days. As a chiropractic clinic, we had to customize and create our own macros and templates which took a lot of time but worth it

Office Ally: Pros and Cons

Kommentare: Overall, it is a great electronic health record software management company.

Vorteile:

I enjoy how easy it is to document, my notes, and the functionality and overall interface is great and easy to use.

Nachteile:

When signing into Office Ally, I have to drop down to my name every time, rather than my schedule automatically popping up for myself. At times, we have experienced issues with Office Ally being off-line, and it disrupts our day today activities in terms of documentation and scheduling appointments.

EHR immunization registry

Kommentare: Overall excellent customer service with tech support, but the folks that run the immunization registry are the least helpful. They do not reply to email or answer their calls. We are considering transitioning to another system with similar capacity but more responsive customer support.

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate after you have manually created your set up

Nachteile:

Able to integrate with state immunization registry data exchange. However,if you have 2 offices with parent-child status, you are not able to transmit data from the child office. I have provided all necessary information to the immunization registry department at office ally to transmit the correct data but they are yet to get to me after 4 month. I am almost losing my VFC status as a result of this.

Good EHR system, great value!

Kommentare: Overall it’s been really good which is why I’ve stayed for so long.

Vorteile:

Been using for years. Easy to use. Has good features.

Nachteile:

There are spelling errors in the pre populated soap note templates so it’s annoying to have to correct these. Also there are extra spaces in there too which aren’t needed. Doesn’t look professional when sending out charts to other doctors and attorneys.

New Love of charting

Kommentare: Just the easy way of charting that makes it fun and hassle free charting.

Vorteile:

When i copy patient chart to a new page, it helps me bring the important information of the patient. You just delete what you don't need and add the visit information.

Nachteile:

That there is no way i can correct the wrong input that i put in someone else's chart once in sign it.

EHR testimony

Kommentare: overall, it allows me to cover all the bases of patient care , without me being tied to a computer for hours.

Vorteile:

It saves me from writing for hours at a time, every day that I treat patients. The added benefit is this also allows me to pick certain phrases or statements as I go through it

Nachteile:

I resented it in the beginning because it was mandatory, now i wouldn't be without it

Great product for the price.

Vorteile:

Love the Billing and insurance aspect. No need for a separate clearing house.

Nachteile:

Way more features than we need at this office.

Searching patients should always be by default with date of birth or have the option to select a default because that causes extra time to choose or make mistakes choosing it so it takes time

Look no further for practice management software!

Kommentare: It has been great! I have used it for 1.5 years with zero problems or outages. Very reliable and customizable.

Vorteile:

Very customizable and minimal clutter/non essential functionality.

Nachteile:

Takes time to set up the macros the way you want them and requires 1-2 hours of training.

A necessary monthly expenses

Vorteile:

I like the ability to generate and save treatment notes, most useful for storing all clinic documents electronically

Nachteile:

I just don’t like having to pay monthly for the service, free would be better

Kommentare: 6/10. Although it was easy to use, it could be more convenient with updates.

Vorteile:

It is easy to navigate through. Uploading doesn't take long.

Nachteile:

Needs updating. Still waiting for the bridge for vaccines to be complete.

what i like most of ehr is the eligibility it tells you in minutes if the insurance is up to date

Nachteile:

the least thing i like form ehr is that patient fill out there put were they check in and doesn't update on our end

I love EHR 24/7

Vorteile:

I love how it integrates seamlessly with PracticeMate. It is extremely customizable to streamline workflow. And the extremely low price and the great support resources make it very dependable for my practice to be based on it.

Nachteile:

As a chiropractor it is not specifically designed for my needs. However, this is easily overcome with how customizable it is.

Great EHR

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and set up! Love that you can populate full phrases.

Nachteile:

Seems to be cumbersome with some features...feels like I have to click here, click there just to get to where I need to be. Wish it was a little more streamlined.

Mental Health

Kommentare: it is much easier to chart notes and adapt them to the needs of the individual practice

Vorteile:

copy old notes to new notes for reference, easy to put in commonly used phrases and to be compliant with insurance requirements.

Nachteile:

improve patient access, allow parents to put their kids in the same patient access, Import information in intake forms to first progress note. Make it more friendly for mental health uses

Extremely satisfied user

Kommentare: I love that I am able to append my own templates by myself, as often as needed. Customer service has been wonderful, though rarely needed.

Vorteile:

I liked the customizability of building and editing violent template, and the autonomy in doing so.

Nachteile:

Limited characters for building templates

Easy to onboard and set up. The functionality allows you to port over your existing clients for quick chart setup

It's a flat-design EHR with minimal customization
