VAMS usages experience

Kommentare: Its really a good application which records visitors details.

Vorteile:

We have used this application with modifications as per our requirement. It has lot of features which we can use for various purposes and the best part is that its user friendly which makes it easy to use.

Nachteile:

Nothing more, as it has customize option so we utilized it as per our requirements

Yes, easy to use. An employee will enjoy his work at VAMS system. The visitors in and out is tracked very easily.

Nachteile:

Monthly visit must be kept. Some time it shows service unavailable.

Stunning, all-round performance

Kommentare: The VAMS visitor management system targeted our customized requirements with a performance that exceeded our expectations. We are a digital marketing firm based in Mumbai, India. At RiseIT, we expect a responsible standard of security, time-efficiency, and comfort for our employees, given that our office is open 24 hours. We also expect a level of health consciousness, given that our office is designed as an open floor plan, with a lot of interaction between the employees for the creative work and a high risk of contact and transmission. With the VAMS system, we could customize features to these parameters. Through the VAMS interface, employees could update the parking spaces online so that incoming employees knew if the parking spaces were taken or not. Through a health screening questionnaire, employees and other visitors would have to answer questions on symptoms before they entered to prevent careless transmission. Deliverymen and technicians doing repairs in the office (for over a week) would have the means to create a special ‘Contractor ID’ that they could show to the building security. Every log-in and log-out of the system requires a special QR code and/or biometric ID, thus reducing the number of unauthorized visits.

Kommentare: Overall Control of Visitor information across the a multi Location premises. Helps overcome Spelling mistakes and typos.

VAMS feature of multi-factor authentication is very impressive. The option to click ON or click OFF features for each type of premises is unique. The detailed heirarchy of users helps bring in an Effective Workflow along with responsibilty at each level Ease of creating an appointment by Host Employees on both Desk top or Phone is very good The support team's responsiveness was very good and fast. Being able to read Smart Card ID;s of most Nationalities is very Unique Features like Black listing of unwanted persons is well designed to help indicate to the reception about this person unobtrusively Comprehensive reports helps managers understand and analyse the visitor data to throw up possible abnormalities, thus helping ISO 270001 and PCI Compliance.

Nachteile:

The traditional GUI, but Iam told the new GUI is being released in Fall this year. The present version works on IE only. Chrome Mozilla and Firefox compatibility is underway

Services are satisfactory. Comprehensive reports helps Managers understand and analyse the visitor.

Kommentare: Its been a good experience of using VAMS approx. 3 years. Would like to suggest make user friendly system for taking Database backup.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to use and authenticate the visitors with features. we can easily track the number of visitors and information pass on is very quick. Nachteile:

Photo in gate pas is monochrome and should be coloured and clear. Printer should be of higher quality.

Superb and user friendly system with full support

Kommentare: Superb experience and no complaint at all.

Vorteile:

This software is very good and user friendly, in this software full report is coming with SMS and mail notification to person. In this software if issue arise then team support was very good within a day they solved problem with taking followup by them. The costing of this software also very less.

Nachteile:

Nothing, its a good product so no complaint about this product . Its useful and online record maintain properly.

Quite a useful product to manage and maintain Visitor data

Kommentare: Complete visitor data available along with photos. Visitor entries authorised by Organisation staff can only be allowed.

Vorteile:

Once a visitor details are entered, next time no need to enter all the detail, user need to enter visitor's mobile no only and other details will populate automatically

Nachteile:

Active Directory integration should be by default in the software. It is available as an add-on module

Kommentare: Excellent and friendly operational systems anyone can easily operate and get the detailed data in dashboard

Vorteile:

Visitor messages and alert in advance with scheduled time

Nachteile:

Take slight time to align with existing attendance management system with other software. Their inbuilt system is excellent

V authenticate has solved our visitor security related concerns, it is simple to use yet safeguards

Kommentare: Besides security of premises, system helps Maintaining records of visitors.

Vorteile:

V authenticate is user friendly and easy to operate , even guards who are manning the front desk can easily operate , prompt alerts to persons being visited.

Nachteile:

Visitors Data is stored on the V authenticate server, which is not desirable as per Banks IT security policy.

Kommentare: My overall experience is very good with this application.

Vorteile:

All the features are the best but I like walk in feature and the Application design and look.

Nachteile:

Every thing is good but some time OTP come late because of network.

Kommentare: The application is being used here since 2012, support is very good, in features and functionality we are still on the old version but in that version it was static no upgrades then,
There is a new version we have not opted for that. don't know features and functionality of the new product.

Kommentare: reduced queue, visitor satisfaction, handy reports, reduction in stationary, reduced dependency on physical man power.

Vorteile:

Provides multiple authentication as we require it. Ease of operation. Visitor passes can be made in less time. Queue is reduced to large extent. Visitor satisfaction.

Nachteile:

System cannot work with dynamic IP which is its limitation. those who cannot provide static IP can not explore the system to the fullest.
