Vorteile:

What initially drew me to Punchpass was the cost for service, compared to other software which contained so many confusing features that we didn't need for a cost that we couldn't easily afford, Punchpass does almost everything that we need as a small business spread across multiple locations that we need. It allows us to have control as administrators but also to delegate certain responsibility to our instructors and let's them have control of their own schedule which is important to us. It allows our customers to easily locate classes near to them, and allows us to streamline our waiver, and class check in process. Customer support is very responsive to requests and are a pleasure to deal with.

Nachteile:

There are slight inconsistencies between the desktop and mobile version of the customer portal, and there are slight differences in display when logged in to not logged in. There is no reporting dashboard, and the reports that are available are quite simple.

Right from the beginning. Punchpass.com has made my life, business operation and schedule so much easier.They help you with questions and concerns quickly. Ease in changing my schedule or canceling classes.

Nachteile:

I wish I could just select a few customers to email. Sometimes I just want to email certain information to certain customers.

Use PunchPass if you want more time to work on your business

Kommentare: The support team at PunchPass is great. They respond to issues quickly. They continue to upgrade without making the platform too complex. They make it easy to run your business and keep track of your metrics with plenty of reports and trackers. They've boosted their automated emails which has also been a great perk. I'm very satisfied with PunchPass and would never go back to the big complex CMP I was using before.

Vorteile:

It's easy to get setup and learn. It's easy for the customers and clients to use as well. My members have very little problems with PunchPass. And if they do, they are easily managed and corrected.

Nachteile:

I've struggled trying to use one of the big client management programs (CMP) and I honestly don't have any problems with PunchPass.

A powerful tool

Kommentare: My experience with Punchpass has been very positive. Their customer support is efficient in resolving any inquiries or issues with the software, should they ever arise. The support team is friendly, and the platform has significantly reduced paperwork in my studio, making our operations much more streamlined.

Vorteile:

Punchpass excels at simplifying the reservation process, making it incredibly easy for both clients and administrators to manage bookings. Also, the platform is a powerful tool for organizing and managing your studio. Something that i love is that Punchpass consistently introduces new features and updates, ensuring that the software evolves with the needs of its users and making my money worth more. Finally, these platforms provide users with opportunities to learn new ways to use the software effectively, exchange ideas, and solve common problems with input from the Punchpass community and support team.

Nachteile:

While Punchpass offers a variety of new features, many of these are only available in the more expensive subscription plans. This tiered access can be a limitation for smaller businesses or those on a tight budget, although it's understandable given the value of the advanced features.

The best decision for our business!

Kommentare: We started using Punchpass about 4 years ago. There are constant improvements, and upgrades that make it even better. Customer service is quick to respond with any issues. Our clients find it really easy to use!

Vorteile:

So easy to use! Punchpass offers all the necessary software for seamless scheduling, payment and client contact. The features are intuitive for the business owner to customize and clients find it really easy to use. Our group fitness studio has been really satisfied with it over the last four years!

Nachteile:

Punchpass is pretty great. Even though it is a web-based app, it does not detract one bit from excellent performance on both mobile devices and computers.

I love Punchpass!

Kommentare: The transition from Mindbody to Punchpass was worth the work it took, which wasn't that tough. I'm so happy with Punchpass and the staff who work there. The customer service is excellent and every question I've ever had has been answered promptly.

Vorteile:

Punchpass is such a user friendly platform for both studio staff and clients! Everything is straight forward and the monthly webinars for upcoming add ons or updates are informative and very useful. When I have questions I can easily get them answers through the support portal and can reach a support member quickly if I still need it. The price to use the platform is affordable and accessible and I really appreciate that!

Nachteile:

I don't really have any complaints, but if I were to ask for an improvement it would be on the "emailing customers" page. When I write an email or want to do a newsletter I can only see about an inch of screen where I am typing, as opposed to the whole page, which has me switching to and from preview a lot. Sometimes the send button does not show up depending what device I am using. I'm used to it now, but would love a full screen experience!

Loyal Punchpass Online Business Owner

Kommentare: I have been using Punchpass for over 4 years. I have grown my online business with this platform, and as my business has evolved, Punchpass has grown with me. I love seeing the updates and how they respond to our needs.

Vorteile:

I love the prompt replies I get to my questions. I know there are committed people on the other end of my chat who know exactly how to fix any issue I have. And when I need something that isn't offered, it is put on a list of future updates.

Nachteile:

I wish it would integrate with Convertkit.

Excellent value when first sought out - other alternatives worth considering now.

Kommentare: Punchpass was the best solution for a fitness studio a year or two ago when we first went looking. It served its purpose well but with increasing prices and the Canadian exchange, the monthly subscription is getting tiring. Now we've stumbled on other solutions that do all we need with a substantially lower yearly price point.

Vorteile:

Punchpass is great for what it does: being a SaaS platform with no update/upkeep headaches and a simple-to-use platform for class registrations.

Nachteile:

Because it's its own platform, it doesn't integrate very nicely with the rest of our tech stack which may be a pro or con depending on your setup. The price has increased and while we've been grandfathered in, it means we're pretty much stuck at the same tier unless we can stomach the jump to the next tier.

Here for the customer service!

Kommentare: As above, top notch customer service. It's the customer service that makes it value for money. Without the humans replying and helping me, i'd just go with whatever program is out there that's cheap.

Vorteile:

Customer Service is the best thing about Punchpass. To have a REAL human interact and help it appreciated.

Nachteile:

I am not a fan of the logo/colours that therefore also appear on my website. Small thing; I couldn't find a problem so had to squeeze this in!

Nice option to the other studio management software.

Kommentare: So far I am very happy with PP. I found the last software company didn't seem to care that much about my business- if the system was down they never told me. If they changed something it made me crazy! I didn't always know a change was made until I ran into trouble! So far PP has not failed (yay!) and they have been very communicative regarding new features.

Vorteile:

Customer service is great! I don't always understand the answers at first, but they will tolerate many questions. I believe it is easier to use for my students and clients, and this is the most important thing.

Nachteile:

I find some of the operations complicated. I would also like to be able to store credit card information as my customers are used to that from my last software.

Punchpass for the WIN!

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with Punchpass has been amazing. We started using Punchpass when we opened our doors in 2020 and have not once thought out about changing providers. We are so pleased with their platform for our small business. I highly recommend Punchpass to anyone starting out.

Vorteile:

One of the biggest incentives for me about Punchpass is the ease of use and the cost. The cost is an incredible value for what you get. An additional bonus is the customer service offered by their team. Not only are they timely in their response, but they are so kind in making sure all my questions are answered.

Nachteile:

The only con I have is with their appointment feature. To use the feature the appointment must be consistent month to month. My private appointments are not consistent on the day or times which means I cannot use this feature.

PunchPass - The Best Class Management Software I've ever used.

Kommentare: My overall experience with PunchPass has been superb. My clients love it and it makes managing my classes super easy. I especially love the memberships, easy of offering discounts, Zoom integration and content library. The support is awesome as well. I always get a quick and helpful reply when I use the help feature.

Vorteile:

The site is very intuitive and easy to use from the admin side. And there are lots of great help articles to instruct or remind me how to do anything. I love being able to have a content library which means I have more options to offer my clients and memberships or packages to sell.

Nachteile:

I have not run into anything that has been a problem or that I've disliked. The only thing I can think of is that I have to manual turn each of my classes into a Zoom online class. The integration with Zoom has been seamless but it would be more convenient if I could turn all occurrences of a class to Zoom rather than doing it for each week.

I feel the monthly fee is a bit high for services offered per tier.

We Love Punchpass!

Kommentare: Punchpass has just the right size and functionality for our yoga studio.

Vorteile:

Easy to use for admins, teachers and students! Plus the great folks at Punchpass listen. If you find something that would benefit your students they work diligently on improvements!

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything we don't like about Punchpass!

Full Service and Easy to Use

Kommentare: Excellent and easy. After using other systems, I feel this one to be the best for my studio.

Vorteile:

Punchpass is the most user friendly system I've used as a teacher and studio owner. I had zero problem understanding how to use it from day one. I considered two other platforms and I'm glad I decided on punchpass. It's also user friendly for teachers and admins that you add access for. Requires little to no explanantion.

Nachteile:

I see no cons other than I haven't integrated my payment system because I didn't want to switch payment methods and that's my decision. I manually add passes and it's working fine for me. I guess being able to integrate more forms of payment could be a plus in the future.

Perfect Fit

Kommentare: I did a lot of research when I decided to create dive into the yoga business. I really love Punchpass. It's a perfect fit for my boutique yoga studio!

Vorteile:

The customer service is amazing! The interface is easy to learn and use.

Nachteile:

Reports could be more detailed. I know as the platform grows, the company will add and refine features.

Couldn't be happier

Kommentare: Ultimately this is perfect for me as a new and growing studio. I love how aggressively the team comes up with new features, they communicate well, and the system has never once crashed or failed me. I have colleagues who have used other studio management software out there and it seems to be overpriced and a nightmare, punch pass is fairly priced and a dream to use.

Vorteile:

The customer service stands out above anything I've ever experienced in business. I can count on a prompt thorough response to every question, every time from a real human being. It was fairly intuitive to set up and if you get stuck there are many step by step tutorials in the support section.

Nachteile:

It's hard to answer this because I know the Punchpass team is constantly adding new features. If I were pressed the aspect I like least about Punchpass is the email marketing integration. I use Mailerlite and I have to manually import my customer list every time. I'm sure the coding would be a nightmare to have PPass integrated across multiple platforms. At the end of the day it's not enough to get me to switch.

Great System for a Studio Space

Kommentare: I used punchpass for about 5 Years and loved it, they would be an amazing option for a studio that ran classes and wanted something easy and affordable.

Vorteile:

Punchpass was a super easy system to use. I loved how easy it was to book classes and get members signed up. It was a very affordable system as well which is why I would recommend it to other places. The customer Support is amazing and they help you very quickly.

Nachteile:

The only reason I switched from Punchpass is because I needed a system that was more geared towards running a Gym than just classes. Like being able to sign up for a Monthly Auto debit plan. The other reason is because I needed to switch to a company that could integrate with KISI since I was switch how members access the Gym. Punch pass did do all the other things I needed and loved but the change was critical to how I moved forward with running my signups.

Glad to have PunchPass

Vorteile:

Punchpass has great customer service and does a great job communicating new updates to the platform. I have been with punchpass since 2019 and have been happy the entire time. It works well and has remained cost effective for my small yoga studio. It makes it much easier to manage than if i were taking payments and reservations in person. Punchpass really takes some of the stress out of running a yoga studio. I also love the forum they offer where you can suggeat and votw on new features for the platform.

Nachteile:

I suppose, if i have to pick a con, that because it is a small team, sometimes it takes a little longer for new features to be released. But that is understandable!

Punchpass for a sustainable business

Kommentare: I can create classes, series, workshops, record them and use them as teaching tools. I would not want to run my dance business without it.

Vorteile:

Punchpass has allowed me to create a sustainable business. It has brought ease with recurring payments and also helps with bookkeeping. I use it for both my virtual and in-person classes. I also love the video recording capabilities.

Nachteile:

I sometimes struggle with emails I am writing disappearing if I leave the page.

Highly recommend!

Kommentare: Punchpass was a breeze to set up and has served us well for many years. The customer support is fantastic. The software itself is easy to use.

Vorteile:

Punchpass is very easy to use and intuitive, which is great so I don’t have to spend a lot of time training my staff. But my absolute fav thing about Punchpass is their customer support. They respond in a timely manner, and if the software can’t do what I hoped, they always have suggested work arounds or ideas I hadn’t considered.

Nachteile:

There is genuinely nothing that I don’t like about Punchpass. We’ve used it for years and I’ve recommend it to many.

Punchpass to small budiness owner

Nachteile:

Library system. I like to sell pre-recording class, i wish people can see list of contents in the library before the payment, but I don’t see that option yet. Also be able to sort the video in each collections. FYI, if this system is already available, please let me know

Bloom Yoga & Punchpass

it's so easy to use as the administrator. My students say it's easy to use. And I love that I can use it with Stripe and my UK bank account as I live in SA!

Nachteile:

I can't really think of anything. I suppose if anything, I find adding new classes and managing the schedule the least easy. I keep forgetting how to do it.
