Can't recommend Punchpass Enough

Kommentare: I think that Punchpass is one of the best companies I have had to deal with as a professional. And, believe me, I am a picky customer! High quality customer service, amazing product... they always make my business look great.

Vorteile:

I can't say enough good things about Punchpass. I know they usually work with studios, but I actually have an educational business teaching online classes and their format has been incredible for my business. I actually had signed up with another group before them and it was just so complex and annoying to set up. But Punchpass is incredibly intuitive. Their customer support is also amazing. They spent a ton of time in the beginning answering my questions while I got set up. They also provide incredibly detailed "help" sections on every topic imaginable. If I can't figure something out, I never feel alone as they get back to me very quickly. I have also received so many compliments from my students' families about how easy it is to sign up for classes and workshops. The pricing is also very reasonable for what a business gets. I really can't say enough about them.

Nachteile:

Here and there, there have been things that they have needed to fix, particularly on new offerings they have rolled out. However, they fix them quickly and stay in touch with me the whole time. Honestly, I am just impressed that they are always trying to make their product better -- they will take client suggestions about improving or adding a feature and actually follow through!

Punchpass for the WIN!

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with Punchpass has been amazing. We started using Punchpass when we opened our doors in 2020 and have not once thought out about changing providers. We are so pleased with their platform for our small business. I highly recommend Punchpass to anyone starting out.

Vorteile:

One of the biggest incentives for me about Punchpass is the ease of use and the cost. The cost is an incredible value for what you get. An additional bonus is the customer service offered by their team. Not only are they timely in their response, but they are so kind in making sure all my questions are answered.

Nachteile:

The only con I have is with their appointment feature. To use the feature the appointment must be consistent month to month. My private appointments are not consistent on the day or times which means I cannot use this feature.

Customer service is the best!

Best way to expand your online fitness studio

Kommentare: I've been with Punchpass for about 3 years now and found it extremely easy to get started using and very cost-effective for the opportunities this software provides. I've not come across another software that is this simple and effective for an online fitness studio. I've been able to offer 1:1 sessions, group classes, workshops, and access to a library of recorded workouts to customers all over the world. It's 100% the best decision I've made to expand my online fitness studio.

Vorteile:

Super easy to use for both administrators and customers. And if there are any questions at all, the customer service has been very quick (within 24 hrs), personalized, and thorough.

Nachteile:

Right now there isn't a way to schedule emails that you want to go out to customers, although they are starting to include automated email responses to certain actions taken on the customer's end that are totally customizable to your business.

Punchpass is great!

Kommentare: I've been using Punchpass since 2016 and I couldn't be happier. The platform is super reliable, and if there is ever an issue (which is hardly ever), the support team is open and communicative, and the issue is resolved quickly.

PunchPass - The Best Class Management Software I've ever used.

Kommentare: My overall experience with PunchPass has been superb. My clients love it and it makes managing my classes super easy. I especially love the memberships, easy of offering discounts, Zoom integration and content library. The support is awesome as well. I always get a quick and helpful reply when I use the help feature.

Vorteile:

The site is very intuitive and easy to use from the admin side. And there are lots of great help articles to instruct or remind me how to do anything. I love being able to have a content library which means I have more options to offer my clients and memberships or packages to sell.

Nachteile:

I have not run into anything that has been a problem or that I've disliked. The only thing I can think of is that I have to manual turn each of my classes into a Zoom online class. The integration with Zoom has been seamless but it would be more convenient if I could turn all occurrences of a class to Zoom rather than doing it for each week.

Use PunchPass if you want more time to work on your business

Kommentare: The support team at PunchPass is great. They respond to issues quickly. They continue to upgrade without making the platform too complex. They make it easy to run your business and keep track of your metrics with plenty of reports and trackers. They've boosted their automated emails which has also been a great perk. I'm very satisfied with PunchPass and would never go back to the big complex CMP I was using before.

Vorteile:

It's easy to get setup and learn. It's easy for the customers and clients to use as well. My members have very little problems with PunchPass. And if they do, they are easily managed and corrected.

Nachteile:

I've struggled trying to use one of the big client management programs (CMP) and I honestly don't have any problems with PunchPass.

Punchpass Review

Vorteile:

I've been using Punchpass for over a year and a half. It's great for my small, one-person business. It's affordable and I can automate just about everything, saving me time in creating, scheduling and editing classes and communicating with students individually and in batches. Students like that they can conveniently buy passes, see class schedules, sign up for classes and receive automated reminders. I like being able to quickly see student information, class sign up status and pass status. And I like that there's both a website and mobile option.

Nachteile:

Limited to only using Stripe for pass purchase transactions. I'd like an option to potentially use a lower transaction service. I'd also like a little more customization at the base level, but I understand that Punchpass needs to differentiate between customer membership levels.

So much good, yet some missing pieces for my business 🤔

I like the crossover between seeing customer profiles and being able to have the capacity to book private classes and groups in too.

Nachteile:

Several of the automations that are very used in Calendly are not yet available in punchpass and also for social media I would love to be able to use this software to do that too?

Outstanding Customer Service Support

Kommentare: It manages memberships, online booking, selling packages and recurring memberships, the user interface is easy for our older clientele to use and the customer service is amazing.

Vorteile:

This software is so user-friendly and easy to set up. It has all the features I need to run my yoga studio, and it's incredibly reliable (it never goes down or has bugs).The support team are amazing - so helpful and responsive with the setup and ongoing support. A special mention to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. I had over 7000 users to migrate and the process was seamless.

Nachteile:

I love it, its so intuitive and easy to use.

Full Service and Easy to Use

Kommentare: Excellent and easy. After using other systems, I feel this one to be the best for my studio.

Vorteile:

Punchpass is the most user friendly system I've used as a teacher and studio owner. I had zero problem understanding how to use it from day one. I considered two other platforms and I'm glad I decided on punchpass. It's also user friendly for teachers and admins that you add access for. Requires little to no explanantion.

Nachteile:

I see no cons other than I haven't integrated my payment system because I didn't want to switch payment methods and that's my decision. I manually add passes and it's working fine for me. I guess being able to integrate more forms of payment could be a plus in the future.

A Simple Easy to Use Studio Software

Kommentare: Excellent customer service, great integrations for teaching online and having an online library. One of the best pieces of software for the price.

Vorteile:

Integrating Punchpass was very straightforward, clients found it very easy to use and navigate on their own.

Nachteile:

The interface is lacking in my opinion - could be better and the ability to customise the look and feel is also not there - one of the key reasons I left. While I do agree with function over form, after 4 years I had hoped for some improvement here.

Very happy with Punch Pass

Vorteile:

Its very easy to use a s a studio owner and for my staff. The team at Punch Pass are great and always on top of any question I might have, big or small. Over the years they have added a lot of great features too.

Nachteile:

It can be a little clunky from the students end. About once or twice a month I will get a complaint about someone not understanding how to book a class.

Vorteile:

I love everything about it. The ease to create classes whether live or online. I love all of the instructional webinars. I like how prompt responses are if I have tech trouble. My students, all ages, learned how to use if very quickly.

Nachteile:

A friend in the same business recommended Punchpass.

Perfect Fit

Kommentare: I did a lot of research when I decided to create dive into the yoga business. I really love Punchpass. It's a perfect fit for my boutique yoga studio!

Vorteile:

The customer service is amazing! The interface is easy to learn and use.

Nachteile:

Reports could be more detailed. I know as the platform grows, the company will add and refine features.

Great System for a Studio Space

Kommentare: I used punchpass for about 5 Years and loved it, they would be an amazing option for a studio that ran classes and wanted something easy and affordable.

Vorteile:

Punchpass was a super easy system to use. I loved how easy it was to book classes and get members signed up. It was a very affordable system as well which is why I would recommend it to other places. The customer Support is amazing and they help you very quickly.

Nachteile:

The only reason I switched from Punchpass is because I needed a system that was more geared towards running a Gym than just classes. Like being able to sign up for a Monthly Auto debit plan. The other reason is because I needed to switch to a company that could integrate with KISI since I was switch how members access the Gym. Punch pass did do all the other things I needed and loved but the change was critical to how I moved forward with running my signups.

Glad to have PunchPass

Vorteile:

Punchpass has great customer service and does a great job communicating new updates to the platform. I have been with punchpass since 2019 and have been happy the entire time. It works well and has remained cost effective for my small yoga studio. It makes it much easier to manage than if i were taking payments and reservations in person. Punchpass really takes some of the stress out of running a yoga studio. I also love the forum they offer where you can suggeat and votw on new features for the platform.

Nachteile:

I suppose, if i have to pick a con, that because it is a small team, sometimes it takes a little longer for new features to be released. But that is understandable!

PUNCHPASS is the BEST!

Punchpass is very user-friendly. They are always working on ways to improve your experience and stay innovative. The price point and multiple tiered options, allow you to choose a best fit for your business and budget. I've used Punchpass for about 9 years.

Nachteile:

I can't think of any detractors. Even when I had to stop using it for a while years ago for financial reasons, when I returned my information was still available for me to pick up pretty much where I had left off.

Punchpass is your best back office person

Kommentare: Very good experience. We could not handle the 2000 monthly participations without it.

Vorteile:

Punchpass is the BOMB. We started with Punchpass several years ago and could not run our online classes without it. We offer classes to our older community, and they find Punchpass easy to use when signing up for classes and getting class notifications. The customer service is great. Questions are answered in a timely basis.

Nachteile:

Customers would like the ability to setup a class series rather than one class at a time. An admin person can do that, but not the customer. Would like all the reports formatted the same - some reports put first name, then last, but it is not consistent.

Highly recommend!

Punchpass is very easy to use and intuitive, which is great so I don’t have to spend a lot of time training my staff. But my absolute fav thing about Punchpass is their customer support. They respond in a timely manner, and if the software can’t do what I hoped, they always have suggested work arounds or ideas I hadn’t considered.

Nachteile:

There is genuinely nothing that I don’t like about Punchpass. We’ve used it for years and I’ve recommend it to many.

Punchpass packs a constant PUNCH!

Kommentare: Exceptional! I would not switch to something else. For a small company they are highly skilled and motivated to give their customers the best service!

Vorteile:

The customer service is incredible! These people know their product and treat every question seriously, answering the questions in full detail. I never hesitate to call them no matter how uninformed i feel!

Nachteile:

The platform is a little limited on what new clients can see and read but then I dont want to manage a website !! So once you SET up your account its DONE ! I dont have the skill or the time to manage a full website !

Punchpass to small budiness owner

Nachteile:

Library system. I like to sell pre-recording class, i wish people can see list of contents in the library before the payment, but I don’t see that option yet. Also be able to sort the video in each collections. FYI, if this system is already available, please let me know
