Kommentare: The product is ok, at least is was. Not great, but ok, and with a one time installation cost was fine when I started. If you have a problem, then basically have no customer service. They say they do, but they don't My version of the software was getting glitchy, so sales tells me they upgraded the product. I was told I would love it. ...THEY REMOVED THE ABILITY TO REVIEW TRANSACTIONS. After a month of trying to get help, I called sales and yelled, then I received an email stating, I should simply print ever transaction and if it needs to be updated or deleted, you must find the printed receipt and search by receipt number. No ability to search by date, and it's a multi step process! Working with my CC company to get a refund.

Kommentare: It was easy to learn and use. Simple and powerful tool.

Vorteile: Loved the free demo and no monthly fees. Takes care of all our needs.

Nachteile: No complaints. Very pleased with everything so far.
