Kommentare: With Azeus Convene we had greater acceptance when it came to holding virtual meetings, since with the functions that this software has, it allowed us to maintain team collaboration in high quality standards, in each session we have happy participants, since we can specify any action at through our screen. We share documents and spend less on printing, sheets and ink, it is a software that has a high image resolution and good audio quality.

Vorteile:

It is a good software to meet digitally with work members or clients, it is easy to create meeting invitations, the notifications are good, I like the digital whiteboard because we can write anything during the meetings, the audio quality is good, the system of surveys is excellent, shares the necessary documents digitally and ensures that our information is protected.

Nachteile:

Without a drawback, it is a software that due to its ease of use allows rapid deployment between departments, there are few problems and the scheduled meetings have been positive.

Our Experience of Convene

Kommentare: We introduced Convene in June 2019. Users quickly became familiar with the software. The value of this investment really showed when we were forced into office closures with the onset of the Covid Pandemic in March 2020. Our business decision making was able to continue and function effectively due to the flexibility available through use of Convene.
The biggest benefits are: savings in paper and print costs, saving in time spent producing and circulating meeting packs, ease of access to document library and previous meeting packs.

Vorteile:

It was easy to implement and simple to learn how to use. We introduced Convene initially to improve the efficiency of non-executive Board & Committee meetings. Very soon after implementation the Governance team identified more areas for using the software and it is now used for multiple internal management & working group meetings / information sharing.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. If we have had any problems, the service team have been very helpful.

Kommentare: Another thing that I loved was the ability to collaborate with others. Convene made it easy to share information, documents, and schedules with my colleagues, which made planning and managing events much smoother.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with the convenience, efficiency, and functionality of Convene.

Vorteile:

I loved using Convene! One of the best things about it was its ease of use. I was able to quickly and easily plan and manage meetings and events, which saved me so much time and hassle. The platform was user-friendly and intuitive, which was a major plus.

Nachteile:

One of the things I liked least was the limited customization options. While there were some customization options available, I would have liked more control over the look and feel of the platform.

Grant us the expansion of our company that we have always wanted. Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of this program.

Vorteile:

It provides us with high quality physical and virtual locations, helps us with planning through an easy-to-understand interface, and has all the tools we need to manage events. We are able to analyze, improve and make better decisions because all members can examine, score and interact. Their event performance and monitoring tools also help.

Nachteile:

By requesting budgets for their meetings and events, small and medium-sized organizations can find what certain are prohibitively expensive.

Transitioning to Digital Meetings with Convene has been helpful

Vorteile:

Organizing meetings has been easier with the Agenda Builder of Convene. Letting people review and sign off on important documents has also been more efficient with the help of Convene. The software is also easy to use, you just need spend a little time to familiarize and learn how to use it.

Nachteile:

We just have a hard time following updates, and I wish we can customize the survey.

Easy to understand and use

Kommentare: I very much appreciate how Azeus Convene went out of its way to help us in procuring their product. Government requirements are very tedious for a foreign company joining our bidding but they complied.
Their support was also very helpful by providing training and presentations during the product evaluation.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use, secure and not as pricey as its competitors. The reduced time to prepare and send out folios to the intended recipients were major factors in deciding to use this software. We are also excited about the new features being introduced to improve the software. Price

Nachteile:

I would like the software to have OCR capabilities so that documents scanned and uploaded can be annotated.

What is good about Convene

Kommentare: Our experience of Convene is positive, it is a good Governance tool that supports everyone in Governance, has everything in one place. Enables us to share documents in an efficient manner and for those participants to comment on those in advance and during the meeting.

Vorteile:

Convene supports internal and external stakeholders, everything is in one place. So it becomes the go to for documents and communication. You can make edits on documents to prompt discussion and offer clarification, or have answers ready for those who have posed them.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything that I do not like about Convene

Vorteile:

Convene automates project and task coordination through unlimited communication channels which help us (teams) save time leading to high productivity.

Nachteile:

Apart from lack of offline access, I do not have any burning issue on Convene.

Streamlining of Board papers

Vorteile:

straight forward to use. no complicated features.

Nachteile:

As we need to export the final board pack the additional head pages are not really needed.

Software Performance Review

Rich features and intuitive. Saves you at least 40% compared to BoardVantage and Diligent

Kommentare: Being President at SELC Pro LLC, as part of my consulting, I was sometimes asked to give recommendations to nonprofits and medium-level companies on what board portal provider would be the best for their internal and strategic operations. I had tried many paperless meeting software providers, from the market leaders like Diligent and BoardVantage MeetX, the small players like BoardPaq, and to the midlevel players like BoardPad, BoardEffect, and Azeus Convene... Don't go for BoardPaq and BoardPad! They have lousy features and lousier support. BoardEffect is so-so. Diligent and BoardVantage is good, as long as you have money to burn. The only clear and concrete advantage that Diligent has over Convene is that they have unlimited individual user training. But Convene is so intuitive and easy-to-use that you don't need to go beyond their free first 4 user/administrator training sessions. Convene is a hidden gem. It has as rich features and aesthetics as BoardVantage and Diligent, while costing at least 40% less! It's a clear winner for those who are practical. You have no idea how much it means for nonprofits, charities, and value-conscious companies and organizations to have a solution as good, yet as reachable, as Convene.

Azeus Convene - Board Management Software

Vorteile:

Easy integration as all we need were just having a tablet with the software installed and creating the accounts for users. After which, the users can access their meeting material their own convenient.

Nachteile:

The alignment of the meeting title can improve further where by it allows us to input more sub title as at times we need to add in sub title when creating the meeting agenda.

Convene review

Kommentare: Our experience with Convene has been positive.

Vorteile:

Convene is a really user-friendly system that is easy to use and navigate through. There are features that we haven't yet started to use, but which are there for when we need them (such as the ability to annotate documents).

Nachteile:

We use Convene to manage our Board meetings and we haven't yet found any downside to the product.

Using it on in 3 different companies, I found it user friendly and rich in functionality.

Kommentare: The company projects a good image. The employees exercise very good customer care and support.

Vorteile:

I particularly like the voting feature, which helps very much in a project of evaluating candidates for awards.

Nachteile:

I cannot save the documents outside of the software.

Generally very easy to use and I particularly like the annotations and note system that I can use.

I am not always aware if I have the latest update installed and it can catch you out just as a Board meeting is about to start

Nachteile:

Convene is equipped with features that make my work easier. No issues so far.

Ease of purchasing as well as usability. I had a problem in making purchases previously but with Convene am able to do it smoothly.

Price, it is very expensive to use Convene especially while used to other mediums.

Board Meetings with ease!

Kommentare: One of the most important benefits besides ease of meetings is the security this provides. It allows all of our documents to be secure and reduces any risks of data being lost/shared. Our overall experience has been very good so far and the response times when requiring support from the team has been efficient and helpful.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use and has a real simple and tidy look. It has been very helpful to view papers ahead of meetings with such ease without the need to open and download separate papers. It has been a real benefit to be able to write notes and annotate different papers for my own personal use.

Nachteile:

No cons to comment on at the moment as we are only currently in trial period and enjoying all it offers.

Easy and efficient for training people how to use it - great for meetings and to store a range of documents. We've had no major problems with the software so far, and much more reliable than printing off dozens of papers.

It is intuitive and easy to use. It lets you easily and quickly create meetings from the admin side. Meeting attendees can pick up easily and it works on multiple platforms.

Nachteile:

There are no issues from either an admin or users point of view. It is intuitive and easy to use.
