Great System, Great Service!

Kommentare: We're very happy with the system! It's great, easy to use and quick to find information about our customers. The Gold-Vision team are fantastic and are always friendly and happy to help!

Vorteile:

Its ease of use and the fact the team are so easy to get hold of for any support enquiries our team may have

Nachteile:

We're struggling slightly with getting the Sage configuration to send relevant information over to crm, I think we'll need some training on this.

Great CRM tool with Great Customer Support

Kommentare: I am some what reticent to change any systems (bit of a tech dinosaur), however, once I was shown GV and got used to it, which didn't take long (and if I can use it, anyone can!) it is a great tool. Easy to customize the layout & fields with fab customers support from GV [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. GV provides a LOT of functionality, most of which I personally won't/ don't need to use in my current role, however, I can see the immense benefits it will bring to the rest of the wider teams, our Division and parent company. Can't live with out it now :-)

Vorteile:

The level of detail it provides, from opportunity to project delivery is great and provides all the data I need to track opportunities and projects, coupled with easy to use reports. Customisable layouts/pages/widgets etc and various ways to get to the data you want, quickly.

Nachteile:

Some minor work rounds required and some process steps when entering certain data could be improved.

Small minded and technically limited in there approach to email campaigns

Vorteile:

they have come along way with the ease of using the product , however its a crm and like everything else you get out what you put in

Nachteile:

Amusingly as a CRM and Marketing tool they go against industry practice and essentially encourage you to Phish emails from another domain as they don't have ability to create a sub domain (like most companies use) for emailing marketing purposes without losing all functionality and control for that domain. i.e if you own the domain mycompany.com they want you to create a new domain similar for sending out marketing emails - isnt this want phishing is - Crazy and to think you have to pay for the pleasure !! Also dont hold your breath for support or your account manager to get back to you unless you chase and chase and chase and chase !!

GoldVision 8 CRM

Kommentare: Our account manager has been on hand every step of our upgrade process and provided plenty of support and training in setting up GoldVision 8 CRM. The system is clean and easy to use, has allowed us to simplify some of our internal processes and create easy to view dashboard charts of key information.

Vorteile:

We use GoldVision 8 CRM for all aspects of our customer management, sales processes (website lead qualification, quote generation and opportunity progression) and support ticketing. The system is very intuitive to use, provide good functionality ‘out of the box’, but also allows easy customization to match our internal processes.

Nachteile:

A few of our business specific processes cannot be set up in the system, although most areas can be re-configured easily or via additional customization.

Great, adaptable system

Kommentare: Having used Gold-Vision for 8 years for CRM and pre-sales management, we have now implemented a number of post-sales processes, such as project management and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). The team at Gold-Vision have been excellent in understanding our needs and working with our team to implement the features we need to develop our business.

Vorteile:

Automation of workflow - automatically setting up opportunities/quotes/projects with key activities means our team can start working directly. Customisation - we are able to develop UI design, dashboard, reports, etc. that enable users to tailor the system to their individual working practices whilst maintaining corporate processes. Third-party integration - we have integrated our system with SharePoint to provide direct interaction between documentation and contacts/activities. Marketing - we are able to directly create, monitor and report on e-marketing activities against specific customer/prospect groups or by product/service.

Nachteile:

We currently have no issues with Gold-Vision.

Designed for your needs

Kommentare: From the start of the discussions to full implimentation, GV has been great.
My experiance with GV has been really good, and i would highly recommend.

Vorteile:

GV is so easy to use, everything about the system is good, especially the reporting.

Nachteile:

Nothing to say here, because the system is actually designed for your needs, if you have something to complain about, thats because yo didnt think of it before going live ;)

Goldvision helps us manage our pipeline.

Kommentare: Goldvision talked us through the process with clarity at every stage, and the product has delivered to and beyond our expectations. Goldvision's after sales / implementation support has been exemplary.

Vorteile:

Goldvision has vastly increased our productivity, the accuracy of our opportunity tracking and critically the ability for us to speak with decision makers at the right time. As an organisation we can now forecast more precisely, monitor conversion rates and overall have much better control over our pipeline.

Nachteile:

There is little to dislike about the software, some of the quotation interface has taken a while to understand but there have been no issues.

A brilliant CRM system built to suit different companies needs!

Kommentare: The gold-vision team have not only been so helpful throughout the implementation of our CRM system but our support tickets have always been quickly addressed in a professional and friendly way. Our teams use the CRM system for marketing campaigns, sales leads, customer account management and email tracking as well as complaints handling and communication within the wider teams but most importantly us, gold-vision created a bespoke customer portal to allow our customers complete access to their account information including managing their contacts details, billing and shipping information, raising support tickets and even ordering our products, which has been vital to the every day success of our business.

Vorteile:

Gold-vision has been flexible right from the start of our CRM integration, which is something that was key to us as we are part of a very unique industry. The integration with our software was smooth and despite having lots of bespoke items in our current software that could cause issues, the gold-vision team have found ways to marry the two systems harmoniously.

Nachteile:

Nothing as yet although we have been using the CRM system for a while I feel like there is a lot more that we can learn to properly utilise it!

Sustainable CRM and Contact Managing Approach

Gold-Vision CRM has rational contact management assistance, and it brings valuable relationship control.

Nachteile:

Gold-Vision CRM has determined ways of creating valid marketing structures, and this makes every conversation effortless.

100% would recommend to businesses looking for a CRM system

Vorteile:

The CRM is flexible and easy to amend once it has been created. The training is key and very useful- for us we have had an amazing project manager [sensitive content hidden] that has support us with any questions and always answers us straight away. We are happy with the CRM so far and looking forward to continue to build the system to suit our business.

Nachteile:

We haven't found any cons with the CRM- anything that hasn't worked for us our project manager found a solution to it.

A truly custom-built CRM with a phenomenal team at Gold Vision backing it.

Kommentare: Gold Vision has provided us with a 360 degree view of our ongoing customer and prospective customer interactions. With full visibility is it easy to see at a glance what is going on from full sales pipeline viewing right down to the notes captured within an opportunity.

Vorteile:

The fact that just about every aspect of it is customizable. With the help of a very talented and conscientious team at GV we were able to re-create our entire project workflow system within Gold Vision with a seamless integration. The ability to easily navigate it is incredible, it's a very intuitive system.

Nachteile:

It's inability at this time to interface with LinkedIn, although this may have changed or may be integrated at some point.

A great CRM system with an excellent team behind it

Kommentare: I've been working with GoldVision's CRM system since I joined Coffin Mew in 2008 and have knowledge of it from a user perspective within a team and now from a Marketing and Business Development perspective. The system is flexible, which allows the Marketing team to edit the platform to get the best use out of it without having to contact GoldVision. We use the system for recording all Marketing and Business Development activity including events, mailshots, campaign management and pipeline management. The GoldVision Connect mailshot system is intuitive to use and has a great HTML drag and drop function for creating professional looking mailshots. It also provides a good reporting function to get the best out of your campaigns. GoldVision also works well with other systems and can integrate Twitter, Facebook, Lead Forensics and EventBrite. I always find the team at GoldVision easy to work with, especially our account manager Jiggy. The support team are also quick to help with any questions about the system. I would be happy to recommend GoldVision.

Vorteile:

The ease of organising and understanding each teams workflow and tasks. The ability to oversee and review individuals work on an hourly basis is critical to the business and Gold Vision enables us to do that with ease and fluidity. We have found that the flexibility throughout the system is better than we have ever seen before and the integration and system updates are flawless.

Nachteile:

No issues with Gold Vision that affect our business growth and any minor issues have been resolved by their support team within a fair timescale and with complete professionalism

Gold Vision CRM

Vorteile:

We needed a flexible system to suit our industry. Both [SENSITIVE CONTENT]and [SENSITIVE CONTENT]did a fantastic job explaining that their software could be modified to our needs. We ended up with a lot of bespoke work done and I'm pleased to say it suits our needs perfectly. The version 8 upgrade went smoothly and we love the new interface. We use Connect for email campaigns and are very happy with it.

Nachteile:

As we have a highly bespoked system, when we have problems it can take a while to resolve.

GV Review

Vorteile:

Ability to customise the system to best suit our processes.

Nachteile:

The online help centre, particularly the search function. Times when it has been difficult to find answers to a query. Particularly when wanting to carry out an administrative task in the 'back end' of the system. More tutorials would be helpful.

Feature Rich and Highly Customisable

Kommentare: Overall very good- helpful team, responsive help desk and regular updates, they are even open to product upgrade suggestions

Vorteile:

We have specific quarterly targets in terms of revenue and other objectives. We are able to create customised dashboards to monitor our progress against these targets and help to create focus on the key deals that will make the difference

Nachteile:

Sometimes we find the 255 character limit an issue on text fields. Larger or a warning that you have reached the limit, or even just preventing you from trying to type more would be helpful.

Bringing structure to our organisation

Kommentare: Storage of members details is very clear and manageable allowing our organisation to be very specific in who and how we target members when providing information. Excellent technical support from the start to ensure our organisation enjoyed the benefits from day one.

Vorteile:

Its clear and concise, adaptable to suit what we need, easy to pick and use.

Nachteile:

No real cons , it does what we want as a CRM.

Gold-Vision Review 2021

Kommentare: WE have used Gold-Vision for many years and the support function and team have always been very helpful which is much appreciated

Vorteile:

The ability and flexibility Gold-Vision offers to change screen design and add new fields is very helpful in the management of data

Nachteile:

Sometimes having multiple ways of doing the same thing can be difficult for new users as it isn't always intuitive

An in-depth CRM system which is very effective. We have relied on it heavily for many years.

Kommentare: It centralised our customer records and streamline many processes for us from quoting through project management to credit control.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Multiple pop-up windows enable work to be completed faster. The links function works well, especially when multiple parties are involved. Customer service usually good. Connect email app is very good. Customisable to suit specific needs. Has streamlined many functions for us.

Nachteile:

No mobile app yet. Limited dashboards available. Limited external integration. Support sometimes patchy.

Extremely well supported

Kommentare: Better and more integrated staff awareness. More up to date information about the businesses we work with and a more meaningful relationship with our customers.

Vorteile:

The connectivity, easy functionality and versatility. It was easy to implement and staff training is straightforward and supplemented by many choices of ongoing support via webinars, online help and supported telephone calls. All staff are so helpful and friendly delivering complex detail in a calm and efficient manner.

Nachteile:

Reporting, I would like to choose fields from all interfaces to make a report - This is possible in the main but not overall and depends on where you have decided to lodge specific data

Goldvision makes life easier

Kommentare: All our information is in one place with regards to the sales pipeline and it is used to create cashflow forecasts and give an accurate overview of the business at any time.

Vorteile:

Once set up Goldvision has been straightforward to use and gives reports and information needed quickly and effectively

Nachteile:

Sometimes it feels like the inputting of data is time-consuming, but is essential in the tracking of our business.

Solid, configurable system

Kommentare: The abilities of the system are pretty impressive, it would seem to you can configure it to do pretty much whatever you need. Special mention to [sensitive content hidden] who has managed our implementation with a great deal of patience.

Vorteile:

My favourite thing is the ability to configure most of the screens to suit your requirements.

Nachteile:

The harder bit of moving to GoldVision has been moving our current call logging process over as I think the system has been designed more as a CRM but we've got there

I love that we can customise everything to suit our needs. We use Eventbrite for our event registrations and it works seamlessly. The GDPR function is very handy for us

Nachteile:

I don't think anything needs to be improved

Vorteile:

Email tracking works smoothly, in our years it has not fallen over or crashed once from internal errors. The training options and training material available for it is also credible.

Nachteile:

The UI is looking a little dated and an ability to 'theme' or 'skin' it would be useful, some validation would be good to (i.e. stop people entering duplicate domain names)
