Positive Software die ich immer nutzen würde

Kommentare: Sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht von Anfang bis Ende.
Daher wird die Software im täglichen Altag eingesetzt und ist nicht merh weg zu denken.

Vorteile:

Die gute und schnelle Implementierung der Software und das diese auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnise angepasst werden kann.

Nachteile:

Es wurden keine negativen Erfahrungen bis aktuell gemacht.

Man kann eigentlich nichts beanstanden, das wäre meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau

Die Software ist Anwender freundlich, kann auf eigene Wünschen Programmiert werden

Die Oberfläche der Bedienebene, die man auch selber individuell anpassen kann

Man kann keine Anpassung selber an den Ausdrucken vornehmen

Perfect for Enterprise Asset Management and Maintenance Management

Kommentare: As an administrator I have seen Ultimo go through many iterations over the years. Today it is much easier to administrate than previously since everything is web-based.

Vorteile:

The application has an extensive back-office. It is a modular application that you can tailor specifically to your needs.

Nachteile:

The application is surprisingly easy to use with extensive help file assistance, so there is nothing to complain about.

My review

Kommentare: Easy service requesting for less experience (tech) users

Vorteile:

Building custom screens, filtering options. Intergration options with iOT but also building acces systems. Reservervation rooms. Knowledge tree

Nachteile:

During migrations from version a to b, confilcts with fields and checkboxes on custom screens. For specific in depth features you need a consultant. For example, when you make a service request for Technical Department and to have te option (for the user) to receive an e-mail when the (record) status change you need a Ultimo consultant (custom work).

Good FMIS software, IT needs extra functionality

Kommentare: Our Facility department uses Ultimo for registration, handling and maintenance (planning) of technical installations, Reservations of conferencerooms, requests for inventory (wheelchairs etc.), Building+space registration. Ultimo is used for over 10 years and has improved rapidly is this period.
Since last year, our employees use the selfservice-portal for report of incidents and requests, that are handled through the several backoffices. The Facility-backoffices that use Ultimo are TD, Servicedesk, security, cleaning. Our department 'Medical Technology' uses Ultimo for registration and maintenance of medical instruments for over 10 years with use of links to GMG (AOC) and recently MTBook. Our department ICT uses Ultimo since last year for registration/handling of ICT-configurations and incidents/requests concerning the configurations and software. For ICT-matters the selfservice-portal was implemented to support our employees in reporting incidents/requests.

Vorteile:

- Very flexible in changeing userinterface. Requests of users can easely be granted. Just be careful to keep the Ultimo-lookandfeel. - The use of selectionlists is al good alternative for reports. Because the use of relations between data, it is very easy to provide the users with information that can be exported tot Excel and PDF. - Facility management is fairly complete - Configuring of Ultimo to adapt it our organisation is easy: procesflows can be easily expanded. - Ultimo-Supportdesk always reacts - Consultant we hire is very competent.

Nachteile:

- We perceive that the IT-module is not yet fully developed. - The implementation of processes is flexible, but obvious functionality is not available, like: -> a good system for relations between changejobs (this is only avaliable when using changetemplates, not when extra jobs are added) -> Good/simple forms for the reporter to do a request (like conditional fields, that appear depending in values filed in) -> Extensive dashboard possibilities - The configuration of Ultimo GO is difficult and not as flexible as the rest of Ultimo.

Warum IFS Ultimo gewählt wurde: We switched partly: Because Ultimo was already used, a switch to Ultimo was obvious. The cost and maintenance of 1 product is less. Although the functionality of the IT-module of TOPDesk is better, we accepted this as a downside.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu IFS Ultimo: Flexiblilty Costs The Module used by the Medical Technology department is complete and succesfully in use for over 10 years. The Module for Facility was fully implemented and already succesfully in use for over 10 years.

Ultimo the Ultimate experience, i love it

Kommentare: My overall experience is good, the company works realy professional and does what it says it would do. the program is superb and working together with other partners makes them even stronger and better.

Vorteile:

Fexibility and user friendliness. Ability to adjust almost everything yourself en de ease of it. The thinking and support of the consultant if it's not possible we make it posible The broad functionality

Nachteile:

I don't yet know, i've never used a program that is this flexible and adjustable and develops in such a speed. I'm just a fan!

In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Planon

Warum IFS Ultimo gewählt wurde: The software was out of service and old and obsolete we we're searching for a new alternative that was more up-to-date and we've found it!

Gründe für den Wechsel zu IFS Ultimo: It was more flexible and fitted better to our corrent way of work and program.

User-friendly software with extensive customization capabilities

Kommentare: With Ultimo Enterprise Asset Management we have an integrated solution in which we can manage all facility services much better: ICT, technical service, fleet management, building management and prevention services.

Vorteile:

Ultimo Enterprise Asset Management is very user-friendly and has extensive features. The special thing about this software is that you, as an administrator, can very extensively customize it in a simple way. You can change database tables and even add extra tables. It is possible to adjust any screen and create new screens. You can also change existing workflows and create new workflows. It even goes so far that you could build a whole new application within Ultimo Enterprise Asset Management, should you need it.

Nachteile:

I can't immediately think of something that I don't like.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu IFS Ultimo: Ultimo Enterprise Asset Management offers many more functionalities, covers all facility services and is highly customizable.

IFS Ultimo and Spallation Neutron Source EAM/CMMS

Kommentare: Excellent support from initial contact through to the assistance provided during the implementation phase. With regular use it's straightforward to use once the data is loaded.

Vorteile:

Excellent support at all stages of procurement, implementation and operation. Excellent level of configurability to our requirements and excellent assistance to go from out of the box to operational.

Nachteile:

Can take a little while to understand some of the terminology and how modules interact.

Essential tool

Vorteile:

Efficient tool to help streamline and automate the process of creating, assigning, and tracking work orders. Ultimo also enables us to manage our installations and assets and keep track of their history and condition.

Nachteile:

There are so many options and functionalities that it can be overwhelming at first. I believe it is best to start small and then gradually implement more modules.

The customizing building blocks to ultimately create a perfect maintenance information package

Kommentare: Every company does business with various suppliers. Ultimo is also a supplier. Of course, Ultimo knows that too. However, over the past 20 years, we have not had a single moment to doubt about the supplier Ultimo.

Ultimo has started working with implementation partners. This sometimes makes it difficult to estimate where certain questions should be asked.

Use of Ultimo

Kommentare: We use Ultimo every day for our Technical and Facility department and since using Ultimo we are far more in control.

Vorteile:

Ultimo is very intuitive, easy to learn ande very flexible

Nachteile:

The version we use it is not possible to make adaptions, than we need a higher more expensive version.

The mobile app is less user friendly to me.

Ultimo maintenance management

Vorteile:

Easy well integrated functionality. Everything hangs well on eachother when you did a good set-up

We did not hit very big issues for now .

Ecellent for maintenance management

Vorteile:

- Once the necessary steps are made to set up the system/database with assets, spare parts, users, suppliers, types of jobs and maintenance schedules it is easy to work with the software. You can choose which parts of the software you want to use and can add more features later when needed. - With a little training or with a consultant it is easy to modify the screens for different users so they have a better overview with only the things they need to see on their screens. - It is possible to make create reports and have kpi's comparing planned jobs (preventive, predictive, planned, projects, improvements, safety, ...) and corrective jobs (breakdowns with production loss).

Nachteile:

- Updates/upgrades are not so easy to do, every time an update is done it takes a few days for a consultant of Ultimo to get the system to work without errors and with all the changes made in the past. The client needs to keep a complete list of the settings that were made during the previous setups and workflows to prevent that some of those changes are set back to default. - Making reports/queries requires a good knowledge of databases and it is almost obligatory to follow a training for this.

Ultimo can be configured so that it fits all of our needs.

Nachteile:

The reporting tool has so many features that it can be overwhelming

Ultimo EAM software

Kommentare: We use Ultimo for our fleet management (trucks, trailers, company cars) and to monitor periodic maintenance, repairs, refueling registration, driver history, ... For the latter and for updates of the mileage we have developed interfaces with Transics that run on a daily basis. Ultimo is also master when it comes to creation of new vehicles. An interface also creates the new truck/trailer in our TMS-system (TAS) and in Transics. Furthermore we use Ultimo for registration of damages (as well on trucks/trailers as on goods), Facility management (periodic maintenance and contracts) and in the future also for registration of ICT-assets.

Vorteile:

very easy to easy and user-friendly, highly customazible (changes in database, screens, workflows, ...)

Nachteile:

A faster response time of the customer support department would be nice.

Kommentare: This program is easy to use, and has a lot of possibility's. You can connect other applications with Ultimo, to import or export data. You can design screens yourself.

An addition for the department

Kommentare: The communication with the technical service is easier. We have insight into what needs to be done.

Vorteile:

Ultimo is a software that is easy to learn. We use certain things every day to make our work even easier.

Nachteile:

The costs for the software are expensive. New modules can be an addition, but are worth considering. Sometimes its postille to operate a part of a module, so you can split te costs.

Ultimo user

Kommentare: Overall i'm very happy with it. I used it al day and make my work a lot easier.

Vorteile:

The use of ultimo is easy to learn. You can modify the screens en process, just as you want or with an consultant.

Nachteile:

The least i like is the limit of users, because you have to deal with licence. This could be cheaper.
