The customer service is great. A bit slow - no one is there when you call - but they call you back, are very friendly and very thorough

Vorteile:

1. Implementation consists....of a few minutes of work with the support team to get going 2. They can do a data conversion fairly quickly. 3. Learning to get started in it in is fast and intuitive. Then, as you learn more about it and figure out how to do things better, you can change what you do - and your prior work is not completely messed up! 4. Integration with my company website and with job boards is simply fantastic

Nachteile:

Data conversion is expensive - but, I guess, so is everyones....

Love Crelate

Kommentare: Love it and still need to make it even better!

Vorteile:

The ease of use, particularly the DASHBOARD, is amazing. Before Crelate, I avoided entering people into our ATS and had hoards of paper.

Nachteile:

Setting it up is still a process. I'd love a more plug-and-play with simple workflows set up and easily tweaked rather than building from scratch.

Crelate: Don't do anything until you Read this!

Kommentare: I have used & tested several online databases and without a doubt have found Crelate the best for our agency. We used Crelate in 2015 and again in 2024 it is completely night and day in the affirmative. Do NOT hesitate to use Crelate.
The Support team are fantastic, and the onboarding and training, one-on-one is very good.
You will not regret being supported by Crelate. We love it. BullHorn doesn't compare.

Vorteile:

What did I like? the ease of getting around and the relationships in the database. The one major plus's is collecting all the references, documents and resumes of any candidate at once. Uploading multiple candidates at once, email marketing. Submittals to clients, Client portal making it easier to communicate with the client, Integration with our ESP, Advertising the jobs on Social media, and websites alike...the video training on the usage of the software and the best of all is the Support team, they are without a doubt the most valuable part when you need an answer ASAP...I could go on and on and on.

Nachteile:

I don't know if this is a Con because of the sheer learning curve on my half. This software is so powerful one can tend to be overwhelmed by how to approach each subject and get up to speed. So the speed of using the application is down to the user.

CRM is lacking

Kommentare: In terms of a CRM, Crelate lacks advanced search and sort capabilities. In certain areas, you can only sort lists of clients and contacts by most recent date. Their mass email limits are really oppressive, and selecting lists to mass email is difficult. They also created a TON of duplicates during our data integration process. We had to do a lot of manual work to categorize sales contacts vs candidates. I can't get a good call flow because every time I log an activity on a sales contact, the entire list re-sorts by most recent activity date. I then have to find where I left off, which can be hundreds of rows down by that point. Creating lists is aggravating because I can only add sales contacts to email campaigns in batches of 100, and even then, there is a bug that keeps showing the original quantity of contacts from the list, so I can't tell how many more times I need to click to the next page and add the next 100 sales contacts.

Vorteile:

It integrates pretty well with RingCentral for click-to-dial

Nachteile:

During our demo process, we were told by two people that we can send an unlimited number of emails a day. They don't tell you that they mean an unlimited number of INDIVIDUAL one-off emails. I told them the quantity of emails I need to send on a daily/weekly basis and they said they can handle it. This was untrue.

Complex feature that are easy to use...

Kommentare: Our Users prefer Crelate over our previous well know ATS. As an Administrator, my experience has been very positive and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Vorteile:

Excellent levels of support that are easy to access. Crelate is intuitive and easy to use for both Admin and Users.

Nachteile:

Basic performance reports are easy to setup. Detailed reports required assistance from the helpdesk.

Crelate - Great decision

Kommentare: Selecting Crelate was a great decision that we made when we started the company. System conversions can be very disruptive but having one ATS all along that develops as you do has been super helpful.

Vorteile:

Crelate is very intuitive and user friendly. Cost is reasonable compared to other similar applicant tracking systems. What I like best is that they are continuously making upgrades and improvements which improve functionality without slowing you down.

Nachteile:

We have been using it for 8 years and it really has worked out great for us. My only regret is that I don't maximize all of it's functionality. But that's more a factor of running a busy desk as opposed to anything negative about Crelate.

User Friendly

Kommentare: Crelate has been great. They are constantly developing enhancements that have been thoroughly researched with the end users in mind. They offer great onboarding classes for new users and also update lunch meetings. Customer service is top-notch.

Vorteile:

Crelate is easy to use and very user-friendly.

Nachteile:

That we did not discover it sooner! Crelate has paid for itself 100x over.

We love Crelate!

Kommentare: It has been extremely positive. So much so I increased my licenses and signed a multi-year agreement with them as I have no plans of switching products anytime soon.

Vorteile:

Crelate is extremely user, friendly. I have used multiple different ATS/CRM programs throughout my career and they do not company to Crelate. The functionality and ability to do so much while in the system make it worth it's weight in gold!

Nachteile:

I personally do not have any Cons at this time. My team loves it and enjoys using it.

Best ATS for recruiting firms!

Kommentare: I couldn't be more happy with the transition to Crelate from our previous product. Their team truly understands the problems we are trying to solve and is extremely responsive. Their feature set continues to increase rapidly and is always very relevant.

Vorteile:

Several items: - ease of configuration and customization - profile parsing from LinkedIn - job board management / website integration - email sync and candidate communication management - analytics - speed and relevance of new feature release - extensive help resources, training videos, etc.

Nachteile:

- exporting data is not straightforward and requires additional vendor developer cost -

Review of Crelate ATS

Kommentare: Lack luster. It get the job done most of the time, but would like to see a more robust product offering and user friendly UI.

Vorteile:

Quick and easy to deploy compared to competitors in the market. Easier to administer than similar products.

Nachteile:

Product support is lacking. Very difficult to get the support when you need it, and there is limited training information available. There pricing is on the high side for the level of product you get. The UI feels and looks very dated and is not as intuitive as some of their direct competitors.

Very customizable, user friendly, great support

Vorteile:

Crelate is very visual which we love, it's also very customizable so it is very easy to edit our system to adjust where we need it. Support is fantastic, they are quick and follow up frequently to make sure everything is resolved.

Nachteile:

We do often have little glitches but they are very minor and usually just require a page refresh.

A simple user friendly system!

Kommentare: Overall, Crelate is very simple to use! I have used many many ATS and CRM's within the recruiting world and Crelate is by far the easiest system to use!

Vorteile:

Crelate is extremely easy to use! It tracks your searches from lead to completion, with a highlight and drop process as you move from stage to stage. The system design allows you to be able at any time to track where you are in a role . As a Manager, it allows me to easily identify on a daily basis how my team is spending their time. The reporting functions are excellent!

Nachteile:

For business development, the system will not allow you to add two names to an activity at a time. If I have had a meeting with 3 people I have to put the note in 3 times , under each person.

Great software, some issues, like api, candidate duplicates, but overall its great

Vorteile:

easy of daily use, easy to train, resume searching

Nachteile:

API, website connection, candidate duplicates, and customer service, there should be a phone line to speak to someone

Great Recruiting CRM

Kommentare: Overall very positive--intuitive, easy to use and with solid support!

Vorteile:

Ease of use and easy to train new people. Lots of functionality. The support is usually easy to access and when you need an actual person to interact with it's pretty easy and the team has been good to work with

Nachteile:

Emailing candidates/clients within Crelate is still way too clunky regarding formatting. It actually has driven me crazy over the years. I have stopped sending out anything other than a simple email through Crelate--nothing that would need any sort of simple formatting. Everything else is just easier for me to send through Outlook and then Bcc back into Crelate

I don't really have a negative at this time.

Good but a few issues

Kommentare: Looking to save time by automating certain functions. Also looking to help manage and work with information in a logical manner. Has been a big help in this aspect, overall very happy but would like to see my issues addresses in the future.

Vorteile:

It is geared towards staffing firms. Love the ability to automate repetitive tasks and save time! Love the ability to attach resumes to profiles and have all my info on one screen. Love the bulk lists, ability to group candidates, and graphical interface for viewing status of jobs

Nachteile:

As mentioned, I didn't realize that I couldn't search geographically for candidates as Canada isn't supported. This is a major flaw I would like corrected. I also find the interface for doing candidate searches within the software not very graphically streamlined- feels and looks busy/clunky-not sure about the right word to use. Parsing is pretty good but does make the odd mistake. Doesn't parse off Indeed web pages.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

While Crelate excels, a notable addition would be diverse recruiting workflows for distinct job profiles. An option to customize workflows as per each position's unique requirements would further enhance its versatility. This tailored approach would elevate its utility, catering precisely to varied hiring needs. Incorporating this feature would make Crelate an undisputed champion in applicant tracking, seamlessly adapting to the intricacies of different recruitment processes.

Highly Recommend

Kommentare: Rep. handled our migration. He was genius! Such a great analyst and made so many observations that helped me with the setup. I am shocked at how perfect the information migrated from MaxHire. It is seamless. I was worried because when I moved to MaxHire in 2009, my data was a mess! This time it is perfect. Rep. has been helping me with the onboarding and is doing a great job as well! The entire team is fantastic.

Vorteile:

Crelate is an excellent software. I moved from MaxHire (Bullhorn) to Crelate. I looked at 4 other systems before choosing Crelate and I'm so glad I made this choice. Brittanie was so patient with me and took her time to show me benefits and features of the SW. In fact, I actually had 3 phone demos with her and she did an amazing job. All the SW vendors I looked at demoed at least 2 or 3 times before I made up my mind. I love how easily you can customize Crelate. Your own workflow, your own activities, your own special items you need to know like travel, citizenship status, relo, desired locations for relo, etc. Do yourself a favor and test drive this product; you will love it!!

Nachteile:

The only thing I hope they add it to be able to return an email out of the system. All your emails are tracked but you can't respond to an email from the system. Otherwise....it's awesome.

Xtra Effort review of Crelate Software

Kommentare: Xtra Effort Solutions, Inc. is a 16 year Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success recruiting firm for enterprise technology companies. We have a national reach.

The diverse nature of our client requirements make it imperative that we are agile when responding to super specific requests around candidate tenure, technical skills, industry knowledge, performance metrics, location, career stability, and countless other soft traits. Our challenge, as a contingency based search firm, is providing enough "high touch" service to satisfy each client's nuanced request, while maintaining enough velocity and volume to continuously feed the candidate and client pipeline.

A flexible, reliable, and powerful Applicant Tracking System is critical to achieve these goals. Crelate was suggested to Xtra Effort by another small recruiting firm. We were hesitant to consider change because of the fear of disruption associated with the data conversion and learning curve. However, these fears were alleviated when speaking with Crelate, mostly for two reasons:

1) Crelate's technology is intuitive, flexible, and really well designed
2) Crelate's people are SUPER responsive, thoughtful, creative, and resourceful

Crelate made Xtra Effort feel as though we were a 1000 employee prospect. They made every perceived major hurdle go away through listening and making resourceful suggestions.

We agreed to convert to Crelate and had the same favorable experience during the conversion and training period, and with the post conversion support organization.

Mostly importantly, Xtra Effort users are now offering unsolicited comments about productivity gains.

Xtra Effort would definitely suggest Crelate if you feel a need for improved value and function from your ATS technology AND vendor team. It is fantastic to truly valued as a customer by the vendor who is most critical to supporting our efforts. Contingency recruiting is challenging, it is nice to know that such an important partner cares and "has your back"

Nachteile:

It would be great to have "required fields", forcing users to enter information on critical areas; and it would be helpful to limit users to specific pick lists, and not enable them to enter any data they want

Daily Use

Kommentare: Overall so far Crelate has been a decent CRM - ATS I would just say be cautions when migrating and ask lots of questions as you go!

Vorteile:

Crelate offers many features and there are multiple ways to work in the system making it much easier to taylor to each users specific liking.

Nachteile:

When merging into Crelate it will create companies for "past employers" which HIGHLY increased the number of inactive companies we not have mixed in with our data.

Crelate Review 8/25/2023

Kommentare: Melody has been a God Send. Whenever I can have access to her, things magically happen. When reaching out to support, for the most part it has been good, but there have been times when things get sent into the Abyss. And it's hard to put in writing issues sometimes, it takes a lot of time and sometimes a lot of back and forth. Crelate has frustrated me to tears and brought joy and smiles to my face at times.

Vorteile:

That it gives us options to run our recruiting business as we run it, we are not traditional.

Nachteile:

That functionality and reports are locked down when they should be more open to manipulation. It leaves me feeling like the end user is not in mind when creating the ability.

Crelate Talent

Kommentare: Prior to getting Crelate we had only HR software which didn't function well as an applicant tracking system. Crelate has helped so much. We now can make sure people don't slip through the cracks. It keeps us organized and multiple people can see what's going on with our candidates and where they are in the hiring process. Customer service has been helpful and responsive.

Vorteile:

I like the ability to quickly look at the home page and see notes left about applicants by my colleagues and myself. I like the ability to create tasks for myself and others. We have just started using the mass emailing and will try out texting too. This is very useful. The system helps me stay organized with candidates for multiple jobs at all times.

Nachteile:

I don't like how you have to scroll down to view the open jobs. I have multiple pages of openings and it's annoying. I only like one home page view, the other views are too visually cluttered in my opinion. The nice thing is you are able to change the view.

Crelate Talent- BIG BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Vorteile:

Extremely easy to you, affordable and the customer service/support is outstanding.

Nachteile:

Nothing that I find that I do not like. I have no complaints!

Crelate is Awesome!

Vorteile:

What is there not to love? Crelate is super intuitive and customizable. I love how everything can as zoomed out or zoomed into the details as you want. The job postings are super quick and easy, and really help with our passive sourcing.

Nachteile:

I haven't really found many areas where I feel Crelate is lacking. One issue I have occasionally is the Crelate extension will stop working out of nowhere and the only way I've found to get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall the extension. This doesn't happen that often though and isn't too hard of a workaround fix.

User friendly system

Kommentare: The team has been quick to adapt and utilize the system.

Vorteile:

Crelate is a smart tool that has an easy flow to set up, manipulate and make work for both the recruiting side and sales functions.

Nachteile:

Integrating with additional resume databases would be beneficial, having the ability to link with additional sales software, like Apollo would be nice.
