This can go for weeks at a time causing massive frustration for my staff around the country as well as disruption to my business.

Kommentare: A great overall platform for anyone selling products in the market that wants to control their Inventory correctly and the workflows in relation to an Inventory business. Also from an accounting background it is a full end-to-end solution in relation to ensuring the accounting is 100% correct in the business.
Vorteile:
The features we like most about Dear Systems and so do the clients we work with are: - Integrations around stock control and sales workflows with Woo Commerce and Shopify. - Complete bi-directional integration with Xero and QBooks Online. - Love the fact that we can do Supplier Deposits and Customer Deposits, tracking them correctly within the accounting system. - Also the fact that we can do multi-level Build of Materials for manufacturing clients and then sell via multiple of sales channel.
Nachteile:
The features we least like most about Dear Systems: - Reporting in the platform takes abit to set-up and ensure you are getting the reporting you want out of the system. - Would like to see more integrations over time into the core platform overall as well.
Cin7 Review
Kommentare: Over all its ok. I think the best thing would have been to do was to upgrade OrderHive and leave that inplace. It was a great system that worked well.
Vorteile:
There isnt really anything that I feel sticks out. I think its a little cumbersome and easy to get lost or forget to click on one of the tabs. Too much back and forth.
Nachteile:
Not user frindly. Too much clicking to get where you want to be. Not able to modify sheets.
Bad experience with Cin7 Core

Nachteile:
Cin7's recent price hike is unacceptable. They've increased fees by $72 per month ($864 a year) while offering no tangible benefits for my business in return. They claim the increase is for platform improvements, but none of the so-called upgrades—like B2B modules, advanced WMS, or virtual agent support—are relevant to my needs. It's frustrating that I'm being forced to pay for features I don't use, and this isn't the first price increase since Cin7 took over. Despite these hikes, the service remains the same, just more expensive. This feels like a cash grab, with no regard for existing customers. Avoid if you value transparency and fairness.

Using Cin7 Core for Order Management
Kommentare: I had one-on-one help onboarding and troubleshooting from Muskan Israni who was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the software.
Vorteile:
I like that I can integrate my sales channels (Etsy and Shopify - Amazon is an option too, but I opted not to integrate it to save money) and input manual orders in one place to keep track of orders, inventory, shipments, and payments. I used their previous product OrderHive, so it is all fairly intuitive to use, and they provided great onboarding and setup.
Nachteile:
I wish it was more affordable for my small business like OrderHive was
Cin7 Core Review
Kommentare: Our onboarding was very informative and taught us a lot about the best ways to use the system as it related back to our business objectives. Himash was extremely patient and very informative. He did a great job!
Vorteile:
The level of detail you can achieve within the system.
Nachteile:
My response would be unfair since we just activated the system today. However, I haven't experienced any particular part of the program that I would take issue with.

Easy to implement and get onboard training. [sensitive content hidden] answered all of our questions in a quick and timely manner.
Nachteile:
Just getting our product catalog uploaded correctly seemed to take quite some time.

Overall good platform, but needs some basic improvement.
Nachteile:
Purchase orders. They do not populate all products per vendor and does not populate 90 day usage of product on PO. This is vital for creating purchase orders.

Please do more in integration side to be posted, the side effects if we have the wrong steps that may affect each software. I would like to apprecaite [sensitive content hidden] from her/his last support to me, I was really satisfied on her response, it's being clear and detailed and informative, I was successfully implemented my client's needs because of good support. I look forward to see that kind of support to improve your customer service.

It's inventory module that is really in detailed feature. It's not easy to integrate since you have to feed the data more detailed and informative especially in importing the products. Some companies are not complete in their product details. But it worth the patience, when it's successful, it will be more ease for the users/clients to use the whole system as well as they are trained and learned how to use it.
Nachteile:
About the support in my previous months, I cannot get the satisfaction based on their answers, especially when I have a very technical and critical situation. They are not consistent on their solutions, hence, I was disappointed. The support is given 24 to 48 hours of response and yet there are times that their answer to my query is not kind of convincing for me to follow. I have this instance that their advise for me to do this and that lead me to almost danger situation of the system and to my client. So I want your support team to always discuss the DO's and DON'Ts and the effect of the situation of each query especially when it comes to technical side of integrations between other software like in Xero, most commonly cloud based integration.
Great support for training and set up
Kommentare: My CIN 7 experience so far has been great, apart from that I couldn't get urgent support from the daily support team after the training project is closed. Being a new user, this is essential, as even I have been trained, to be able fully function, further support is needed in a timely manner.
Vorteile:
[sensitive content hidden] has provided great helping through training sessions and initial set up of the system to make my job easier, she has gone above and beyond which makes me feel that Cin 7 Core is a system I can easily recommend to other people from this prospective.
Nachteile:
0Customer support from CIN 7 Support Team (after system set up), the turnaround to get back to me and the response is not user friendly for new users, all new users would be experiencing a lot of questions and issue at the very beginning start using the system, and the problem I experience actually stop my office functioning, to book a call online for a few days in advance doesn't work to this situation at all.

A Powerful Tool for Managing My eCommerce Apparel Business

Orderhive does what I need it to do, and more. Selling print-on-demand apparel on multiple platforms requires software that can bundle raw materials with final products and push out inventory updates in real time to multiple marketplaces and sales channels. Orderhive does this, plus it is a central location for order management, shipping, and reporting.
Nachteile:
The process for switching over my inventory system from my previous provider has been long, but it is a one-time task and I know it is necessary no matter which software solution I transition to. Thankfully, Atulya, my onboarding specialist, has made the process as painless as possible by being extremely accessible and responsive whenever I have a question and has walked me through every step of the process on zoom calls.
The worst and most useless support you can get. Terrible Software
Kommentare: If I could leave less than one star I would.We have been using similar software for over 6 years, but Cin7 Core acquired the company and to everyone's surprise decided to stop supporting it and we were forced to move to Cin7 Core , uniting us that it offers the same functionalities as the old system. The onboarding process was OK, but even then, we noticed that Cin7 Core has much less functionality than the previous software we used [sensitive content hidden]The real problems came when we launched the system and started actually using the Cin7 Core.We have several channels through which we sell: our own sites and a marketplace, and all our orders are processed by a 3PL ( fulfilment center)

The worst thing about Cin7 Core is their support. Support is extremely slow and so far has not resolved any of the cases we have written to them about. The open cases so far are:- Cin7 Core does not send our orders to the fulfillment center and therefore the orders are not processed on time.- Cin7 Core does not submit accurate quantities to the marketplace we sell in- Cin7 Core is not properly syncing all the new listings we put on the marketplaceIn general, basic functionalities for which similar software is still used are not implemented, which means that users like us suffer lost benefits in the most important period of the year.
Himash was great
Kommentare: Some integrations such as Quickboks online transfer all vendors or purchases I've made to people and automatically populate them as suppliers in CIN7 Core. Similarly Avatax, once a transaction occurs, it automatically populates that specific location and it's tax rate in the drop down field, when I will always only need Tax lookup selected from the drop down. So both integrations have these messy autopopulations that don't have a simple fix to.
Vorteile:
Onboarding support with Himash has been fantastic.
Nachteile:
some integrations with ship station and Quickbooks haven't been as smooth as I had hoped

Kommentare: After a few months trying to get everything working, I had a great experience with support agent Anitra De Silva. She was able to resolve all the pending issues that nobody else got me answers on. I am finally up and running as I expected.

Kommentare: I quite like Cin7, can be a bit complicated at times. I contacted the customer service chat long after I got home, with a query and [sensitive content hidden] was fast with a response and help. I’ll try the remedy when I get to work tomorrow 👍
Vorteile:
That I can see where I’m up to from Order, Pick, Pack etc by the colour of the next step being yellow
Nachteile:
That even to simply amend a lot no / serial number, everything gets undone right back from the Invoice and had to be redone.

Vorteile:
Great and friendly tech support. The DEAR API function is powerful.
Nachteile:
- Order fulfilment information or report on Sales Order processing.- Online Search Reporting has limited filter options.- Stock records data query from DEAR API is a bit complicated, which required to query by each order id or task id.--> It will be good if offer an option to export order item records by order modified date, especially data query via DEAR API.

Kommentare: Lakitha Thirimanne from Cin7 Core was very helpful and friendly when it came to an issue that i was experiencing on the system its self, she managed to get everything fixed and back up and running for me Will definitely recommend Cin7 Core as well as its friendly staff

I think dear is an amazing product and always recommend it to my clients. I hope that the product continues to be a great program even after the transition to Cin7.

Features are exhaustive; you can accomplish any setup. Easy to scale up with more features.

Can be finicky, but once you learn the workarounds it works beautifully.
