A great tool for property management

Vorteile:

Tenant cloud is easy to use for our tenants and for us. It makes it easy to track what is happening where. It allows an open line of communication with tenants and keeps all our documents in one place.

Nachteile:

There are a few things I think could be better. - Options for creating a tenant profile, some of our tenants don't have or don't use email addresses, it should not be mandatory. There should be an option to create an account with just a mobile number. - You can't send group messages. - Can't invite to apply using a phone number. Often times people want us to text them a link and it is not an option.

Easy to use

Kommentare: Ive had a great experience with tenantcloud. Its easy enough for me to use and customer service is always there when i cant figure something out.

Vorteile:

I really like the tenant portal. I like that the renters can use this to help their credit. Any time i have an issue customer service is right on it.

Nachteile:

the documents feature is hard to navigate (im not great with tech so prob. just me) When i try to copy and paste it comes in all over the place and it takes more time to fix than to just type it in.

Tenant Cloud Review

Kommentare: Mostly ok. I've had a couple tenants not have success with their renewals leading to late rent payments. I've also not been able to require the insurance that I want using Tenant Cloud. This is an issue that will make me look elsewhere sometime soon.

Vorteile:

It seems affordable compared to other services, and easy to use for my renters.

Nachteile:

Long wait times for payments to reach my account.

TenantCloud a must have.

Kommentare: Overall I am extremely happy with TenantCloud. The value you get based on the price makes this system a must have.

Vorteile:

I love having access to all my tenants information as well as each of the properties.

Nachteile:

If you manage more than one companies properties through your account then payments and questions from all companies go to users that shouldn't see the information.

Tenant Cloud gets the job done for us

Kommentare: The staff and customer service at Tenant Cloud has been great.

Vorteile:

I like how clean the system is and easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

The only thing thing that I can mention that I like the least is that I wish the payments could be faster. But this is not a Tenant Cloud issue, just a payment processing issue until we want to pay more for transactions or charge our residents to run transactions through their cards.

Best Property Management Program

Kommentare: Amazing! I have experience with a few different programs, all way more expensive with less features, and this one is truly the best.

Vorteile:

TenantCloud is very user friendly both for a property manager and a tenant. The app is very handy for working on the go and I love all of the features. It has everything you need to operate smoothly wherever you're at.

Nachteile:

Nothing. I've used a few different property management programs in the past and TenantCloud is hands down the best.

Perfect for new landlords

Kommentare: Overall i highly recommended tenant cloud. Listing the property, managing application, renewing lease, and collecting rent has been simplied.

Vorteile:

Its an easy and a professional platform for tenants to use. Its easy to screen teants, list the property, collect payments. Works great for small portfolios

Nachteile:

Wish all notifications were pushed to an email. Such as tenant maintaince request

Tenantcloud - The Goliath Slayer

Kommentare: Great overall, highly recommend it. Just realize support is meh. It is way better than appfolio and a tenth the price AND easier to use. Did I say the support sucks?

Vorteile:

There are so many features you have to have in a property management solution. I like the application system, background checks, automated ACH systems, ability to put my leases and proprietary documents in, listing ability, accounting systems, pretty much everything you need in here is done really nice. Most important it looks like a modern tool and works well on my phone, tablet, and computer. I reviewed many, many systems and most had a very old school and bulky user interface that was not enjoyable.

Nachteile:

they change things and make old features paid for features...Their customer service and tech support is pretty crappy. Used to be phone call (which is the best), then chat (which is meh), now it is a stupid ticket system that creates LOADS AND LOADS of extra work on my part and I don't think the tech support actually reads the tickets.

ROOF Tenant Cloud Review

Kommentare: I enjoy it, and wouldn't want to go to another company even though most of the things have been changed and features are now charging more. It's safer for me to stay with Tenantcloud because I am a loyal customer to good products.

Vorteile:

The best part about Tenantcloud is that the customer service and sales have always been personable and available. I love the fact I can have me or my clients call in and they love having live help.

Nachteile:

Since the trade from Dwolla to Stripe it's been difficult having new accounting protocol and keeping track of the income and expenses in real time.

Well Rounded PM Software at a Reasonable Price

Kommentare: Overall we're very pleased with TenantCloud, and would refer it to other property managers. While there are a few items I'd like to see upgraded, ultimately the value is great for the price. I tested several PM softwares before deciding on TenantCloud and have been very happy with our decision.

Vorteile:

I like a lot about TenantCloud. To summarize, I like the ability to maintain all property management related features in one place, the ease of use and comprehensive coverage of the accounting feature, the ability for tenants to download the app and submit payments, maintenance requests, etc directly from the app, the reporting functionality is great, and the application process is streamlined and professional looking.

Nachteile:

It is sometimes necessary to develop work arounds for simple features that are not available such as: creating an invoice for the first payment due on a renewal lease, viewing a lease that is currently out for signature, etc. It would also be nice to remove the per ACH charge given that can be problematic for some tenants. It also takes 5 - 7 days for funds to credit our account after a rent payment has been made, but it used to only take 1 - 2 days which was greatly preferred over the longer timeframe.

DD Tenant Cloud

Kommentare: i really love the program and would highly recommend

Vorteile:

user friendly, easy to navigate, screens are spacious and easily legible

Nachteile:

sometimes certain features are missing that would benefit me, for example when someone is paying rent for a future lease, i am not able to record. or moving out a tenant that never paid their balance to move a new tenant in is not possible

Tenant could makes managing my properties a breeze

Vorteile:

The app, both web and mobile are very intuitive, the feature offer everything I need to manage my nine properties while holding an unrelated full time job.

Nachteile:

Nothing comes to mind, I really get everything I need from this tool, and it’s very reasonably priced.

Best value for small landlords - all in one.

Vorteile:

All in one platform - payment, messaging, maintenance requests, posting listing. Incredible value for a small landlord. Really useful for recording all messages with tenants. Like also the maintenance feature for assigning service pros

Nachteile:

Not able to message all tenants on one chain -- I think it is behind a paywall for larger landlords

Private landlord with 10 doors

Kommentare: Best option I’ve found. Easy to use. Keeps all my info. Good for doing taxes.

Vorteile:

I like the app and that I can input expenses as they happen. I also like that I can filter by unit.

Nachteile:

Lots of button pushes to input a simple expense.

Great Software

Kommentare: Good overall. App experience is a little difficult to navigate but you can get around it with a few clicks

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Tenants like to use it and it makes managing the property much easier. As an owner of two properties it’s easy for me too.

Nachteile:

It’s difficult to get the lease renewed. Sometimes the invoices don’t post on a recurring basis.

Good value

Kommentare: Good enough that I would keep my membership, but I wouldn't pay much more.

Vorteile:

Online application are great, especially with digital signatures and the lease function.

Nachteile:

It's clunky and can be slow. The accounting function can be difficult to get through. More like quickbooks would be better.

Experience with TenantCloud

Kommentare: Overall my experience with TenantCloud has been great. Simple and quick to log expenses.

Vorteile:

Simple clean software used to create leases and collect rent. Able to do everything between finding tenants and collecting rent.

Nachteile:

Although the cost is not too high, for one property it can add up.

Great system for property managers!

Kommentare: The overall experience with TenantCloud has been great. I have not found the need to look for a "better" company to provide services.

Vorteile:

The feature that is most impactful to a small property manager, is the feature that allows your listing to populate on popular rental websites. Additionally, the whole listing process is most important, as it features a background check option and it's all in one system, TenantCloud. Beyond that, the "one-stop-shop" that TenantCloud offers with automation to the property manager/tenant relationship is imparable.

Nachteile:

A feature that could be improved through the TenantCloud system is ease of use or knowing where to find the feature. For instance, for the small property manager who doesn't work in the system full time, it's difficult to find what you're looking for. However, the help team via chat is wonderful and quickly answers questions and provides help. Additionally, there are tutorials that I would recommend someone new to the product review.

Great Property Management Platform

Vorteile:

Very comprehensive property management software, ease of use, great pricing, awesome and speedy support team.

Nachteile:

Setting up an owner's account is not very convenient as it still requires verification via taking selfie. The entire process to create and verify an account could be much simpler and quicker. Property manager and owner's accounts should not need to have to periodically need to reverify their accounts that could potentially cause delays with payments

TenantCloud Review

Kommentare: We use TenantCloud for tenant communication and payments. This has been pretty smooth considering the price.

Vorteile:

Ease of use at affordable price. Auto invoicing is convenient.

Nachteile:

Lack of quality financial reporting. Supplement with Quickbooks.

Good Value and Features

Kommentare: Good. A good value for the cost compared to others.

Vorteile:

Very responsive when issues come up; willing to make updates based on feedback.

Nachteile:

Current inability to customize reports to remove unneeded information.

TenantCloud: Easy to use with great potential for more

Vorteile:

Easy to implement and manage rental activities.

Nachteile:

Poor QA, bugs that delete user data (e.g. Terms of Use).

live updates on apartments not available and applicants losing their money resulting in complaints.

Owner

Kommentare: I use Tenant Cloud for all my properties and require its use by my renters. I use it for lease creation, electronic signature, payment capture, maintenance requests, and all tenant communications.

Vorteile:

The flexibility it provides with leases and lease creation.

Nachteile:

Does not interface with my bank for expenses.

Best bang for the buck property management software.

Kommentare: Overall a great platform for the money.

Low cost, ease of use. Great for online payments, lease tracking, and maintenance requests.

Nachteile:

Accounting is not robust enough. A few glitches that seem like they could be fixed to eliminate some clicks
