Kommentare: We've had a really positive experience and I would highly recommend. The help-centre is informative and when I've needed to contact the support team, they've always been quick to respond and super helpful.

Vorteile:

We've been using Survicate for just over 3 months, and have been overly impressed with the entire platform. It's straightforward to set up and sync/integrate with any CRM. I love the ease of being able to send ad-hoc surveys out at different touchpoints of our Customer Journey. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate, and the reporting tool is ace.

Nachteile:

I haven't come across anything that I've not been happy with or found a workaround for.

Great tool for collecting feedback both on web and app

Kommentare: At our company, we use Survicate to collect feedback from our users across our different sites, in different languages, both on the web and in the app. We love the versatility of creating segments and showing a specific survey to a specific group of users. Plus, we link these surveys to our screen recording software, so we have the feedback and what the user did in the meantime - a great mix to solve problems.

Vorteile:

Easy of use, pricing, versatility, scalability, support, integration with other tools, "topics" functionality... it was a great discovery for us and offers all we need for our end-user surveys.

Nachteile:

For our necessities I have no complaints about it. Maybe more design options, but they release new features from time to time.

There are not much option to play with Font and subject body within for normal user who don't know backend coding.

Intuitive and sleek

We had some stuff which needed tech effort where it would've been cool to solve it directly in Survicate (e.g. triggering survey on a specific schedule)

An amazing tool supported by an incredible team!

Vorteile:

Survicate is an immensely robust and versatile tool that looks great and works well, but the above-and-beyond factor is their incredible attentive and responsive team that provide high-touch and timely support to make sure we're able to work as effectively as possible!

Nachteile:

Missing some additional features at present like custom skip logic, though it is on the roadmap!

Vorteile:

Setting up new surveys is straightforward, whether starting from scratch, using their templates, or leveraging their AI tool. I appreciate the ability to quickly extract data manually or use their clever insights AI to categorise user responses into digestible outputs. As a CRO manager, I no longer need to spend hours digging through user comments to find bugs or optimisation areas. I particularly love that it can integrate with our A/B testing tool, allowing us to launch surveys and gather feedback across different experiments.

Nachteile:

The mobile survey design could be improved.

Very good experience with Survicate

The took is easy to use, just needs a few features to take it to the next level.

Vorteile:

The tool is very intuitive and flexible.

Nachteile:

Not being able to download the reports as one full PDF report. I have to download one question at a time.

A solid survey maker

Kommentare: Overall the experience is pretty solid. I created numerous surveys and never had a problem with the responses. The way the responses are analyzed is also easy to understand.

I like that it's pretty easy to create and change a survey that looks good both on desktop and mobile

Nachteile:

Sometimes is not that easy to understand how to implement the survey on a page.

Vorteile:

We can determine client behavior, trends, and other relevant factors with the help of the program Survicate. This is accomplished via survey tools that are built into websites. The program helps me manage quick surveys and gather customer feedback regarding their website, services, and products.

Nachteile:

Although we have the option to create our own tags through the survey links, I wish it was a little more user-friendly. Perhaps adding a dynamic component would allow us to keep the same survey copy while having it respond differently to diverse audiences.

Great survey tool for all things surveys

Kommentare: Overall, great experience - just get in and play around with the features, because there are a ton of features and possibilities - and they are well orgnaized. I love the suggestions and the ability to edit from a template - and download results (with paying version). You do get a LOT from the free- which is also great.

Vorteile:

Love the ease of most integrations, especially Intercom, and how easy it is to create surveys - whether from scratch or from a template. Very easy to ensure a non-biased question and have great data capture options

Nachteile:

I found it frustrating to send a single link but have it collect identified information, without using an email tool - without integrating the survey into Intercom or Marketo or another email tool, sending an identified email link is cumbersome - we often have those emails blocked by email servers, so being able to one-off send a link is important.

Survicate - Great Survey Tool for Mobile!

Vorteile:

Survicate makes it really easy for us to get feedback on the fly without new deployments on mobile (we use React Native). Its been invaluable at getting fast feedback

Nachteile:

We face occasional problems with newer technologies such as React Native, and Zapier but once we raised them to Survicate they did resolve them :)

Vorteile:

How easy it's to display the survey and gather feedback for our app + their support is incredible.

Nachteile:

Used to be the date segmentation that lacked specific options "after this date", "before this date" etc — which they already improved.

satisfactory survey software

Kommentare: I had to get my user id transferred from a previous employee. In the meantime i had to use his account log in. Upon logging into his account, there was no data. I reached out to Survicate team for help, and they were able to help within an hour. They said it was because they had removed previous employees access to the company info.
Why not just delete him from the user base?
Otherwise, overall software works fine. It doesn’t have as many bell and whistles as it’s compettitors, but the functionality is there and pretty user friendly.

Vorteile:

You can integrate contact forms directly onto your website with this software.

Nachteile:

From an admin perspective, when you have a lot of continuous responses, the responses are hard to navigate on-screen. I wish there was a “view all” where i could filter responses by date range. From a user perspective, pop up surveys are irritating to the user and a dated feature.

We're currently rebuilding the 'Survey analysis' part in Survicate. After we've done it, it will be easier to navigate multiple responses on-screen. 3. We're also planning to add in-line website surveys in addition to the widget website surveys we offer today. 4. Happy to hear we've managed to resolve your issue quickly! Just for the record, we're not allowed to remove user accounts without permission. When it comes to that particular user, we only removed their access to the account at their explicit request. Easy to use, customisable

Kommentare: It's great to be able to launch website intercept surveys so quickly and easily, user-friendly interface. There are lots of customisation options in terms of who the surveys are displayed to, where and when on the website. The outputs and exports of data are also great, user friendly and detailed. Customer service has been very quick and helpful, functions that are not yet included in the software seem to be taken on board for consideration.

Broad feedback after 6 months of use from a buisness developers perspective

Vorteile:

Easy to use interface. Ability to get several different customer insights in one place. Good tools for analyzing results, outcomes and customer feedback. What I would be thinking about in this step is how can we help our clients to package insights in the best way to make it easy to communicate to the organisation? Great customer support. Proactive, helpful and good tools. I get the feeling you have thought through you own customer journey i the help phase. Proactive product development. New and relevant features are released. I believe the step towards using AI to analyze large sets of customer feedback is the right strategic step for you product.

Nachteile:

Not much. Small thing: for some reason I have to log-in every by typing my email manually. A "remember me" function in the log-in step would be nice.

Great product , great price point

Kommentare: Really great, plenty of support with setup and unlike competitors doesn't charge a fortune for CRM integration.

Vorteile:

We use Survicate to run surveys from Hubspot. It was easy to setup and came in at a much lower price point that competitive products we looked at.

Nachteile:

Literally nothing, on the professional plan you pretty much get access to everything you need at a great price. Setup and management is easy even allowing our marketing team to manage it.

Beware - They freeze surveys to respondents!

Vorteile:

In the middle of a survey they just froze the survey access to respondents demanding we upgrade. By the time we did of course, we now have to re-send the survey. Awful and completely illogical way of running a survey service. It is tremendously expensive if you are regularly surveying people. 1,000 responses a month (for all surveys) is 1500 a year base. It gets very pricey, very quickly. Do not recommend them.

Nachteile:

Pricing freezes - complete shut-down of active surveys.

Vorteile:

Embedding a question into an email intergrated with intercom is a killer feature.

Nachteile:

That I managed to not realize I was not in my company environment until after I sent out a survey to 1,000 people. Maybe make it more clear when you're using a free account?

Hi, thank you for the largely positive feedback! We agree embedding surveys into an email in Intercom is a killer feature. Happy to let you know we've since further improved the Intercom integration. For example, you can run surveys directly in the Intercom messenger, send Intercom attributes to Survicate to better analyze survey data, and much more. Kommentare: all in all I'm pretty satisfied with Survicate, they do what they say, the customer support is definitely out of this world and one of their strengths.

Vorteile:

The UI is amazing, super easy to understand and the AI to create new surveys is an interesting new feature.

Nachteile:

I had some feedback on some features but it looks like they might take some time to implement them. Also, the fact that you loose you can't pool a report from all the surveys together is not ideal. I feel they can improve the reporting part and the integration with ZD so that you could have all in Explore.

Horrible customer service and misleading company

Vorteile:

I like the email integration with HTML. However, the Zapier Connection did not work with infusionsoft.

Nachteile:

This company mislead me by saying that my essential plan would get me access to excel export features. Long behold when I tried to use it they said I had to upgrade my plan even though I had a screenshot that clearly says "your plan" has access to " export features". I showed this to the support team and they simply said not our problem you will have to upload to get access to this feature. I feel like this was a misleading bait and switch by survicate. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a company.
