We use Busybusy both in the field and in the office. We love the flexibility & mobility it gives us!

Kommentare: Access to real-time data and tracking and the ability for users to provide additional information by using descriptive fields.

Vorteile:

It can be used anywhere. We have construction crews in the field and it's great that they can use it wherever they are and we can have real-time data without having to wait for the end of the week for paper timecards. It takes a lot of the burden off of our foremen and frees them up for more important work. Plus, their customer service is outstanding!

Nachteile:

Limited reporting features. Their canned reports often provide either two little data, or too much data that their canned reports often provide either two little data, or too much data that nut then needs to be manipulated in Excel.

Vorteile:

I don't have to write out my time any more. It's really easy to use. I like the project information and can go right to an address

Nachteile:

Not really sure. Never have used another app before

Its easy to use however, its functionality to save clocking in and out is an issue

Kommentare: Being able to clock in on my phone. Accessibility through phone and computer. Being able to view time cards and current hours in pay period. Checking and signing time cards makes it easier to be paid on time.

Vorteile:

busybusy offers an app that has a simple design and easy to use interface. It also offers a website that has a simple but more in depth view if needed. The layout for the clocking system is cool and I like how it tracks your time. Viewing old time cards is a positive thing for me also.

Nachteile:

The app and website have been unreliable at times to save punches, which makes it where employees have to remembers their times instead of what the app is suppose to be doing, which is tracking those punches. It wastes time for the administration staff to have to go back into time cards and fix multiple punches between multiple employees.

Consistent!

Kommentare: Overall, BusyBusy is honestly amazing and we've used it well over a decade, or at least close to it.

Vorteile:

Its very easy to use and it tracks a lot of critical information

Nachteile:

I do not like that we cannot drag and drop, or, relocate projects/subprojects. I do not like that we are unable to set a range for labor hours, it will display the current month only

Busy Busy time tracking integration/quickbooks

Kommentare: We are able to be alot more efficient with getting time entered and put through quickbooks. We were doing it manually before and we have reduced mistakes/errors.

Vorteile:

They have great customer service. They respond quickly to my problems. The initial set up was pretty seamless and the team was easy to work with.

Nachteile:

The speed when trying to click into different parts on the website can be very slow at times. It is delayed or just spins.

The best option for field crews

Kommentare: It's been great! Lots of meeting with implementation, however for a successful launch of a new program it was very much so needed!

Vorteile:

It's simplicity for our field crews. Our guys need what is fastest and makes the most sense. When reviewing six or so other time card apps so many didn't have integration capability or the "switch" would appear as a "stop." "Switch" is much better for ease of use and what is actually occurring during the working day.

Nachteile:

Currently it's the scheduling "day" display that I don't love, however I have a meeting with a developer tomorrow, 7-14-23 to discuss possible improvements that can be made!

Easy to Use and Great Customer Service

Kommentare: The feedback and responsiveness not only from the customer support but also the Dev. Team will keep us using this product until we can no more.

Vorteile:

The ability to enable and disable almost every basic feature makes building out the system easy and quick. Allowing you to make it the exact way you would want it. With the room for growth into the application from a basic time and project tracking to full blown project management and profit tracking, the opportunity for you and this company are endless.

Nachteile:

While there are a few niche things we were looking for, but couldn't get to work, Busy busy makes up for in their customer service and willingness to receive customer feedback for improvements.

Not to Busy for Busy Admins

Kommentare: I would recommend this time tracking software to any small business (especially if you have a lot of field activity). Staff will find that it accessible and easy to use to keep time on track. It will also cut back on anxiety when staff may not be able to clock in and out on computer bound software. Its a win either way. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Busy Busy is that it is easy to use and accessible on my mobile device. The app software was no as "busy" as most so the user does not get caught up trying to figure our its proper use. Kudos for making this a user friendly app.

Nachteile:

What could have been improved is the ability to communicate with support expeditiously when there is an issue. Also, sometimes I had to revise my weekly invoice manually. No worries, it still one of the best time tracking apps out there.

Great tool for job cost accounting

Vorteile:

Busy Busy makes it very easy to switch between jobs and labor divisions. For a busy remodeling company with several open jobs, Busy Busy is invaluable for keeping our labor costs on the right track.

Nachteile:

Busy Busy would be even easier to use if it had a widget or was able to work via voice commands on a phone or tablet. Text reminders to punch out when leaving a jobsite would be enhanced with text reminders to sign your timecard at the end of a given pay period.

If you are on a big job site, you keep getting notifications that you have left the site. I usually turn off my location after I log in so I don't get those notifications

Vorteile:

This software really helps us with our time tracking, job costing, payroll. I like the customizable options, allowing us to use the software to our specific needs and workflows.

Nachteile:

It provides the job that I require so I really have no cons as of the moment.

Combination of benefits for General Contractors and the like -

Kommentare: I was very hesitant to try Busy Busy (or any sort of time tracking for that matter). It was actually at the request of my husband. I really drug my feet. However, while setting it up and working on the integration part of the set up I could not believe how helpful, accessible and knowledgeable the employees were. What could have been a real pain in the you know what actually turned out to be super smooth and easy. And now I get the bonus of quick payrolls and any sort of employee/job reporting I want in a matter of minutes. I'm a huge fan!

Vorteile:

The most beneficial being able to do payroll on payday as soon as your employees clock out. I can have payroll done before they even arrive to the office for their paycheck. I can then run a job/time report in QB and bill our customers for the hours, down to the minute, with descriptions of what the employee has done. At the end of the quarter I run a similar report monthly and quarterly which helps me to calculate taxes. There are so many ways to use the imported information. It has saved us so much time and our customers love the detail!

Nachteile:

I WISH I could figure out how to get the "Description" information (in "Job Details") to transfer over to QB. It would give our customers just that much more information on exactly what our employees are doing.

Great Software! We love the ability to keep track of Different Projects and Equipment!

Vorteile:

The most impactful features of course, are the clock-in and out feature and being able to tell what Projects the employees are working on and what equipment is being used for each project!

Nachteile:

There are a few things that we don't use as much as we thought we would . Such as Scheduling. Working in agricultural can't really be scheduled; its all determined by the weather, moisture and such.

BusyBusy Super User Friendly

Vorteile:

We especially like the time keeping function of this software. The ease of use and mobile integration work very well together. We are able to train and have people up and running on it immediately. We love that you can clock in and out on breaks and the using the geo system has allowed us to use time management more effectively.

Nachteile:

The time off requests are still a little cumbersome to work through. There needs to be some notification when requests are made and the reports seem to be limited.

Could not possibly operate my business without busybusy!

Kommentare: Legendary. The team over at busybusy helped get our systems set up and integrated with our accounting software and we were off to the races in a matter of 45 minutes.

Vorteile:

Moving from paper time cards to a fully online digital time tracking solution that each of my guys can access from the phones they already have is huge. This saves time, validates hours worked, and allows me to do accurate Job Costing

Nachteile:

Very happy with what busybusy is offering at the moment. They have updates and extra features that come out periodically and I've been pleased with how they are keeping things up to date to help me operate my business in an ever changing economic environment.

Great time keeping app.

Kommentare: Great experience. The busybusy team sets everything up within a couple meetings.

Vorteile:

Sync with quickbooks makes payroll quick and easy. Real time job progress helps keep me organized and on budget. Equipment and cost code tracking is easy and helps keep our services on schedule. The ability to create custom daily reports is nice.

Nachteile:

I don’t care for the scheduling portion. It isn’t fluid enough.

Overall a great timekeeping and reporting tool for your business

Vorteile:

Busy busy is a very easy program to use on a day to day basis. It has a functionality to support many types of employees (Feild workers, trucks/delivery drivers, office). As both a user and an administrator I can attest to the ease of use and its user friendly functionality

Nachteile:

We as a company have used busy busy for many years and have used a few versions of this program as they have gone through updates over the years. In the last update there was a feature or two that I felt was lost when most reports were encapsulated in the "legacy reports" specific job perchance and job costing reports by specific project that I can no longer access.

Good product for time management and digital reporting

Vorteile:

Easy to clock in and out. I like that you can create reports and upload photos directly to the reports. I like the ability of supervisors to assist the workers in clocking in/out and switching between jobs throughout the day just in case they forget. I like that the mobile progress reporting platform allows you to make line breaks without making entirely new notes.

Nachteile:

It can sometimes take a long time to load notes and daily progress reports on the mobile platform resulting in wasted time, and sometimes my phone will even time out and lock itself while waiting for the reports to load. I'd like to see faster load times, but perhaps if you could add an option to keep the phone awake like some other apps do I could at least stop having to tap the screen every 15 seconds or so to keep it from locking.

Efficient Commercial Concrete Time Clocking Software

Kommentare: Busybusy has been a company that we have never encounter an issue working with and that has made overall experience excellent

Vorteile:

BusyBusy for our company has allowed the employees to have an simple, understandable and easily correctional app at their fingertips for all their time clocking needs. This feature has helped our company complete and process payroll in a more effective and time matter.

Nachteile:

One con I have found with the software is it allows employees to clock in while already clocking in causing a little timecard confusion.
