Excellent customer service and response time!

Vorteile:

I am SO impressed with how quickly they respond to me within minutes when I have a concern. I was so concerned moving agency management systems, actually started the move when I was in CA for a memorial service and trying to get this organized,it wasn't seamless, but let me tell you, they were so responsive with all of my concern literally they resolved my problem in 24 hours. So recently I had another issue with commotions while i was trying to work on my E&O renewal, I was frustrated I had not set up my companies correctly, team grabbed the problem, saw a few other issues and got back to me within less than 20 minutes! I LOVE this management System, worth EVERY darn penny I pay!!!

Nachteile:

There a no cons, they are great! Fast responses and if they don't think they can resolve it via email, they pick up the phone and call me.

The Best Agency Management System!

Kommentare: I really like how Nowcerts has given me a handle on the business that I am writing and help me communicate cancellations and renewal information better with my insureds. This is helping me reduce the cancellations and lapsed policies

Vorteile:

The features are customizable for our agency. We can add forms that map data from Nowcerts or reverse-map data to Nowcerts. We can integrate from Website or between different programs. I love the daily cancel emails when insured is in cancel status.

Nachteile:

I would like a little more flexibility with reports on the design and data that is put into them.

Great Concept - Needs a little bit of polish

Kommentare: My overall experience has been positive and I have seen the potential with this software. In my opinion this software needs a little more "polish" before I may recommend it to colleagues with larger agencies.

Vorteile:

1 - Web based. Multiple clients are able to be open at the same time using browser tabs. 2 - Integrates with other technologies to provide a comprehensive experience. 3 - Intuitive and easy to get comfortable with. 4 - At the end of the day I was able to get my work done 5 - AWESOME customer service! Thank you Peter!!!

Nachteile:

1 - Software hiccups - items that are not insurmountable, but are annoying and time consuming. I can name at least 3. 2 - No mobile portal. 3 - No formal training provided. This could be seen as a plus as I was able to pretty much figure most of how the software operates on my own. Unfortunately, I am still not certain of the full power of this software. 4 - The file management is not very well done and there are multiple places to store files and only a cumbersome way to view all the places/policies files are stored.

Awesome Product

Vorteile:

Had everything we wanted in agency management system downloads, self service COIs, cloud based with open API.

Nachteile:

Lots of clutter on the dashboard. I would like to see where I can add the information I find valuable. Customized.

The training and support that comes with NowCerts is the best. Every issue or need we have had they had a solution for and are always very quick to respond.

Good, But Could Be Great

Kommentare: I have found the staff to be very supportive and easy to get a hold of. There are still some issues that have yet to be resolved such as how data pulls in from carrier downloads, how the parent folders are created for uploading files and some automation functions.

Vorteile:

The Open API Software that's compatible with many raters, Quickbooks, RingCentral & Many other useful softwares. Also, my last AMS was an offline platform so this is a much more convenient solution for working on the go.

Nachteile:

Don't like how data pulls in with duplicate contents that have wrong info or lack info. Don't like how cluttered some of the information is and how the user cannot customize fields they want to see/don't want to see. The interface is sometimes clunky/lags.

Perfect for my trucking agency

Kommentare: The NowCerts team is always working on making things better and are very helpful when we have issues with their system.

Vorteile:

It has been great for my independent insurance agency that writes mostly trucking for hire.

Nachteile:

Some of the reports are difficult to understand

Kommentare: Satisfied using NowCerts vs other management systems due to the simplicity & accessibility.

Vorteile:

Ease of accessing the program/site. The ease of uploading documents, entering data & finding information.

Nachteile:

The accounting is confusing, too busy of appearance.

It works but needs some improvements

Kommentare: It's been ok but really annoyed about the certificates being difficult.

Vorteile:

It seems pretty straight forward - everything uploads easily

Nachteile:

The certificates do not seem to work at all - they always mess up, the Additional Insured never populates, and there is no accessibility to make easy changes to the Certificate holders.

Amazing Software with Superior Ease of Use

Kommentare: I started my Independent Insurance agency back in July 2015 after being an agent for around 4-5 years and had experience it TAMOnline from Applied Systems which costed by previous employer almost $ 800+ per-month. As a new agency I couldn't afford that and was for several months recording all accounts in Excel Sheet. Until it got exhaustive and kept missing things I checked online after some reasrch and found this, and gave it a shot. After joining I have been impressed with the support team hands on approach resolving any issues and updating this AMS and best part it's cloud based and no software installation of any sort is required just a good network connection. I have been issuing Certs from my iPhone while on the road marketing keeping in close touch with my clients. I love the next generation looks for this software and its fluidity of jumping from one option to the next. This software is also good as making notes and uploading any files it's kept in cloud and can be assessible from any device with a browser and connection, this is golden for us agencies who are making sure we document everything to prevent E&O Claims. Hands off to them, to many options to describe and for the price it's set per month is a steal for start-up and developed agencies.

Cloud based & accessibility from any device. Excellent format of software and learning curve is great.

Has everything you need and more...

Kommentare: Overall, NowCerts and CSR have been great and very helpful. As i mentioned the Zapier connections now allows us to automatically add prospects and accounts to the system when we process different gravity forms. It saves us time and keeps us from having to do the same thing multiple times.

Vorteile:

NowCerts thought of everything. They're leaps and bounds ahead of most insurance management systems out there and they're constantly adding new features and ways to link it to other functional systems out there via Zapier. This alone has opened a ton of functionality and automation that saves us time and money.

Nachteile:

There are so many features, that it takes a while to figure them all out. We've been using it for a couple years now and we're still coming across new features that we can use that we didn't know were there, or new ways to use features. It takes a little while to wrap your head around it all so you can see how it all works together.

Hidden Gem

Vorteile:

This was clearly developed for the Insurance Industry, not just an average management system. I have used many different AMS and this one has the greatest functions, ease of use, and overall data fields. I love that if something is missing I can call customer service and get it added to my dashboard. I love the CSR that handle their calls. Everyone I've ever talked to has been overwhelmingly willing to help me get any issues resolved.

Nachteile:

I genuinely don't have a "con". I love this system.

Kommentare: it been good but there been a lot go back and fix this or that due to the fact that you don't know to click each thing so it dose everything.

Vorteile:

what i like is everything in one place.

Nachteile:

that when you put data in you think everything being tracked completely and only later you find you got do 20 more things for that to happen. one thing that may help with this is have a walk throw that you put everything in as it asked and now certs would have pop up that say hey we need this so you can do this or that. one thing that needs to be added to types of policy's the name of it needs to be "unoccupied homeowner" we have a lot of these policy's and now certs dose not have this so we have to use a wrong title so that we can add them in but know what they really are.

Easy to Use Agency Management Software at a Reasonable Price

Kommentare: Never had an issue that went unresolved.

Vorteile:

This software is very easy to use. It's affordable. Our agency offers more than just insurance and this software has the flexibility to allow us to keep track of our other products/services that we sell in addition to the insurance. I would recommend this software for all levels, new ventures and established agencies.

Nachteile:

I would like to see more marketing tools.

Use Of NowCerts

Kommentare: This organizes the data so it cuts down the folders needed to become more paperless...and more virtual.

Vorteile:

Pretty straight forward in its usage - once you get the approach that NowCerts uses to store and organize the data and the usefulness of the data that has been put in this data base. I like that I can access it via my phone, too!

Nachteile:

sometimes it is slower to response in saving and or locating a data file - but it might be my system. It does not have two address data bases - mailing vs physical address vs alternative address

Great for Sending COIs and Organizing Documents

Vorteile:

Integration and the ease to send forms, id cards, cois, etc... saves a lot of time!

Nachteile:

When you do a search of an Insured, that begins with a number, it seams like it dont work!

Great System at a Great Price

Kommentare: Good experience, yes I would recommend.

Vorteile:

Sending Certificates is very easy, even adding new Cert Holders.

Nachteile:

Unable to Customize: Dashboard, Fields, States, Coverages, etc.. The navigation is not that simple. I tried using the email option but its not that great. They should offer "Tier" service, I don't use the service for accounting or commission tracking.

Best Insurance Management System

Kommentare: The system is always changing to better service our agency and client information.

Vorteile:

I have been in this business for 42 years and this has to be the best Management System I have used over all the years. The staff and management of Now Certs are very receptive to updates and suggestions. I also appreciate the great customer service! I will highly recommend this product to other agencies.

Nachteile:

I have not had any issues with the software.

Works great for our smaller agency!

Vorteile:

The ability to create Certificates of Insurance and keep up with them from year to year is a valuable tool. Our clients are happy with the feature to create an account and issue their own certificates 24 hours a day. Being able to list all units and drivers and convert the information into excel has helped our agency keep track of renewal information.

Nachteile:

There are still a few of the forms that have not been mapped properly. It is hard to know where the information will be mapped. Our agency only used this software for Commercial Lines and it seems that there are still a few places within the system that have not been addressed.

The best AMS for the price

Kommentare: We have tried at least 3 agency management systems in the past, but the layout don’t look as nice & clean and intuitive as NowCerts. My staff is very happy with their “superfast” service. My partner loves [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] because he is always open to new ideas to make their system better. Besides that, the support team always respond to our requests after business hour.

Vorteile:

The layout looks nice & clean and intuitive.

Nachteile:

If I can remove or hide all the unused navigation tabs for Personal Lines.

Payment and renewal control

Vorteile:

I like to have the data of policies and to be able to warn my insured of a possible cancellation, thus we can prevent major inconveniences.

Nachteile:

I like everything in it, perfect, including the controls we have with our schedules in the company.

A feature-packed AMS at a budget friendly price

Kommentare: NowCerts has allowed me to give my clients access to their own portal. This feature makes client communication and record keeping easy. This feature would cost a small fortune with any other management system, but it is included in the pricing of this system.

Vorteile:

The best "bang for your buck" by far! There are so many features to this that the price almost feels like a scam. After using it for a year, I have very little to complain about.

Nachteile:

There are random errors that I run into during invoicing and certificates that are typically not resolved right away.

Great for our business

Kommentare: We use it to manage our clients policies and certificates on a daily basis.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use for our insurance brokerage and has a lot of features we love.

Nachteile:

The invoicing and premium screens are difficult to navigate and understand when it doesn't auto download from a carrier in regards to inputting fees and taxes.

Best Management system I have used

Kommentare: I have used Applied TAM, Amsoft and AMS 360 and Now Certs is far better than these. Once you get the hang of it... The system works with you.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of issuing Certificates and submitting applications. Also, the fact that it is web based, not windows based.

Nachteile:

Sometimes things need to be entered twice in order to populate on forms
